Such a unique space. Cozy and homey, the original finishes were beautifully maintained and everything worked, the furniture well appointed and the beds were perfect. Very comfortable. The personal touches that Dahely added made the stay so much more enjoyable. Also, shower pressure was amazing. :)

We came for my daughters birthday and grandaughters 1st birthday during the week of 8/4. We were able to have family from California visit at different intervals and enjoyed rafting on the Rogue (twice) and a jetboat brunch tour to Hellgate. The property is so beautiful and centrally located for our needs. We enjoyed cooking at the well furnished kitchen and playing in the game room. It was hard to leave and wish we owned a place in this beautiful location!

The communication was great. That's really important if you're unsure about things. Kitchen was stocked amazingly well with things I needed for baking & cooking. Fenced yard & patio was enjoyed by everyone and there was plenty of room for 4 adult, 2 children & 2 small dogs. We will enjoy our memories made here in Medford Oregon!

Our group of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location made it easy to get around. Although it was off a somewhat busy street, we did not hear any traffic from inside. The kitchen was fantastic. There were plenty of bedrooms for us to spread out. The furniture was comfortable. I loved the inclusion of fans in each bedroom to help with sleeping.

This was a great place to visit. I'd like to come back during the summer time. The river was high and fast so the boys didn't get to fish. Sitting out on the porch and listening to all the sounds around was amazing. The geese in this area are so fun to watch. The house was comfortable. The ping pong table was a big hit! There is a darling neighbor that lives next door and he loves to say hello! The town over has some great little places to eat and they're not that far. I don't think you could go wrong with this stay. Hopefully we'll be back!

I'm a repeat to King of Queens. Suzanne's place is perfect for my extended stays for work. My dog loves the fenced back yard. Suzanne is an amazing host! I always hope her place is available when I need to go to Medford! Highly recommend!

The space is perfect for large groups. Our family felt right at home. The large open floor plan downstairs allows for everyone to be a part of the conversation.

Great location, clean home. Very responsive. Highly recommend! Added amenity to the house is the game room. We enjoyed our visit with our son and grandbabies was walking distance and close to shoping and food/market etc.

Michael's place is perfect, we loved how the room was located upstairs. It is decorated beautifully and very clean. Location is perfect, walkable to the park and library. Hosts are responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again, very recommended!

This is easily the best experience I’ve had using this app. This host is responsive, and the accommodations are exactly what you’re hoping for. Specifically if you’re visiting for OSF, this location is the bomb because it’s not down downtown so it feels quaint not crowded and the restaurants nearest don’t fill up as fast as they do closer to theaters. Having a Safeway across the street is a dream.

Jim and his son both were very helpful , and helped me in every way to make my stay the best it could be. Jim was friendly and really listened to my needs during the stay. I loved the place and I was able to park in the driveway for my entire stay. I would definitely stay again should I be back in the area. I could not ask for better people to be staying next to me, in a time of personal crisis.

Well worth the 14 minute drive out of town. The ranch is gorgeous with thoughtful features throughout (fire pit, roping practice, rope swing, seating areas with the best views in mind). We spent the majority of our trip just enjoying the house and space as the entire ranch feels like a vacation! Quiet. Hut tub was clean and warm. The pool was lovely, we would consider coming back in the summer just to enjoy the pool!

This space is comfy and peaceful. Easy walk to OSF. The towels and sheets are primo! Highly recommend.

Jennifer has gone above and beyond to make Suite Madrona a very comfortable place to stay. I was there for a full week and could not have asked for more. She has attended to every detail. In addition, she recommended some wineries in the area I did not know about. This lovely enclave is only 15 minutes from Ashland without charging Ashland prices, and very close to the airport. I highly recommend Suite Madrona.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at we will definitely be back again. The hosts were so flexible and accommodating thank you so much for everything.

Our stay was great, wish we had longer to stay here. Beds and towels were great.

Everything was perfect and we felt right at home! The place was clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed and more. Easy to walk to downtown Ashland, the CoOp, and the Railroad District. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Ashland!

The condo penthouse was amazing in every way. Beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a great location.

Awesome space. I stayed here and attended UBI which is only a 5 minute walk from the “campus”. Town is an easy walk & a huge bonus was the sauna & spa baths right across the railroad tracks.

The location was perfect, the space was clean and fresh and had a nice feel to it. Definitely will come back here when we visit Ashland again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Upon approaching the entryway, we could not get in, as it was not stated to use the # sign after entering the password, so my daughter and I were stuck for a bit before I tried that. We got in fine after that. Instructions were not clear once inside as to how to operate the heater below the TV. We turned it on, only using the power button, and that was it, as it just was not clear what we could and should not do. The TV was great, however, when using Prime or Netflix, there were multiple accounts, we figured these were from previous guests who maybe forgot to sign off? We just did not know, so we did not touch them. In sum, we had a fantastic time, and your place is amazing, I just put these comments above as I know from previous feedback left, that it is useful, just giving you my full experience is all.

Each time we visit everyone is pleased with the house layout and how convenient and well equipped the unit is. The house is modern, comfortable, clean and easy to relax and work in. We enjoy walking and the location is excellent for walk/access to town and local features. We will look forward to our next visit!
