Wow, this is THE place! I know you’re reading all the reviews and you can read how wonderful this place is but now I can tell you firsthand. You don’t need to look any further. This is the place you want to rent. It’s phenomenal! It’s located up a windy road in the piney woods and you feel like you’re all alone out there. But you’re not far from anything. Beautiful views. Great hot tub. Hot Springs is only 20 minutes away and not a bad drive at all. There are restaurants all around. The home is absolutely perfect, clean as heck, has everything you need, super comfortable. Terri will meet you and lead you up there the first time, and she is a jewel! She is so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know and was wonderful! We have never had such a welcome reception. If ever we go back to the Hot Springs Village area, we will rent this place again without hesitation.

Even with the lake closed this is a great place/host to stay with. If you’re primarily looking for lake experience you might want to ask host before booking. This host has the best cancellation policy and he will work with you on any adjustments but I didn’t need any on my stay. Highly enjoyed this place and the host experience.

The place is very nice and comfortable, unfortunately we arrived to unmade beds, dirty sheets and linens and dirty bathrooms. The place looked 60% cleaned as if the cleaning crew picked up and left without finishing the job. The host however handled the situation in a timely matter and was very nice. This seemed to be a one off and I am sure this was a situation that had never happened before. We would definitely rent this place out again.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing outdoor space. Our kids loved playing sports outside, and to our surprise, the sloped driveway made for some great soccer matches! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated having a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. While we weren’t able to use the fire pit due to a county burn ban from high winds, we recommend checking local alerts before arrival to set expectations. The nature trails within The Village were absolutely scenic and beautiful. There’s also a basketball court—so don’t forget to bring your own basketball! The mini-golf course was a fun addition, though it closes early in the afternoon unless you bring your own putter and golf balls. Overall, we highly recommend this home! Mark was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. We’d love to stay here again!

This was perfect for our weekend volleyball getaway! We had a wonderful time with friends and everyone had plenty of space. The ONLY downfalls were it poured rain the entire time and the gate attendant would not let some of our party in until they finally got ahold of me to send them a screen shot of the AirBnb confirmation #, even though they’re names were on the guest list. Neither of which Anthony had any control over! That was Mother Nature and a rude gate attendant. The sauna was wonderful after the tournament stress. Very comfy beds! Super clean. We would definitely stay again!

Feels likes a luxurious treehouse! It’s very quiet and private and we loved being up high in the trees. East to get to the national park and a very relaxing getaway.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home. it is a very nice home and close to family.

Beautiful home and surroundings. You’ll need to pull up directions on your phones map as it can be confusing winding through the neighborhood. Kids loved the arcade, playing checkers and ping pong. Father loved the scenic golf courses. We weren’t able to use the grill, but aside from that the house was everything we were wanting. Remax/host was always very responsive and accommodating.
