Came here for the Players Tournament. Beautiful little place literally one block from the beach and a 2 minute drive to a bunch of little restaurants and bars along the beach strip. Would 100% come back again. Thank you so much

This place was the perfect get away! Beach is very close and walkable! Zac was also very responsive with any question/comments/concerns we had during our stay. Would definitely book again!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location near the ocean was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to the host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Glenn's bungalow is cozy and comfortable. The location is only a short walk to the beach; perfect! We really appreciated having beach chairs to use. We will be back!

Communication was great- I dealt with Jordan and she handled everything quickly and efficiently. While we had a couple of hiccups upon arrival- trouble with the lock and the top floor was very hot, these issues were handled quickly and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our stay. Someone talked me through getting into the home, and then came to replace the batteries on the lock within the hour. I reached out about the AC, and a repairman was there within the hour as well! The house is beautiful and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The elevator was nice to bring up our bags. The kitchen was well stocked for all our preparation needs. The beds were all comfortable and we slept peacefully. The short walk to the beach did require us to cross A1A, but we had no issues and it was easily managed while carrying beach necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

Great place to stay in Jax Beach, both sides were identical and we had them both. Great place for multiple families to stay.

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

This will be my go to place to stay in Jax Beach. Spacious. Classic. Wonderful neighborhood. It has all of the amenities that you need for a family beach vacation whether you will be cooking or going out to the many great restaurants. We will be absolutely looking here first when we come back. Thank you Courtney for such great accommodations.

Perfect location! The house was beautifully decorated and was very comfortable! Marty was excellent and always responded quickly when we needed him. We will definitely be back.

The Seascape was an amazing property, literally on the beach side of A1A, right off the deck into the sand. very private. The house was roomie and clean. The kitchen and house was well equipped, lots of extras like spices, TP, trash bags, paper towels, etc... which is much appreciated on a trip. The beach was private and not a lot of people, extremely welcome!

Would stay anytime, walking distance to beach and plenty of restaurants. The old charm of the house is off the chain, I loved it!

The condo had a great view of the beach with easy access to the water. The sunrises were amazing. It is close to stores and great restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable and had plenty of linens and kitchen necessities. The thick walls were soundproof, so it was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely book with them again. ☀️

Great place and host

Where do I begin! We stayed in Jacksonville Beach for our daughter’s senior spring break. Our Condo was more like a tranquil, peace of home. There were so many extras we only had to bring food and ourselves. Hillary was so responsive, always there if we needed a recommendation for good restaurant or shopping. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds, so much space, quiet, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We felt safe, easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Hillary was one of the BEST hosts we have rented from. Thank you for sharing your place with us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation right on the beach. William is a great host and was very proactive in answering all of our questions. We love the views and hearing the ocean while we slept. We will definitely book this property again.

We loved our stay here! Very convenient for a day at the beach, a day trip to St Augustine or checking out the golf in the area. Extremely clean, quiet, peaceful and a great getaway.

Waking up to the sound of the ocean surf and to the sunrise, looking directly at the beach, and being able to walk right onto the beach right from the apartment is unbeatable. The apartment was well equipped with lots of little amenities, very comfortable, and exactly like described. The personal welcome note was a lovely touch. We loved our stay and will be very happy to come back and recommend Bruce and Pamela's apartment.
