we had some car troubles right before traveling for vacation and was a stressful few days. felt great to walk into the Airbnb and everything was just right. clean looked as advertised and felt homey right away. the kids had an absolute blast even on days we just hung out at the house. nice quite neighborhood not to far from things to do. would recommend to friends and family for sure and or stay again. thanks for topping off our vacation with the perfect place to stay!

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Booked this location for a golf team training trip and it was perfect to fit my entire team and provided lots of activities within the Airbnb to do in their downtime that allows great bonding time experiences. Will definitely be booking here again for future training trips if it is available!

Matt’s place was very clean. The area is very peaceful and very convenient for us. There is lot of shopping. Publix is almost across the street for groceries and stuff. I would recommend his place to others.

Chuck is a fantastic host. He is great with communication and made sure I felt welcome. The place is in a gorgeous community with many other available amenities. Chuck was great at accommodating the dates that I needed. I'll definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at David’s home. Everything was conveniently labeled and clean. The home is beautiful and located very close to downtown and the beach. David was responsive with any questions or concerns we had and was extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Simple, clean, private home just a block from the marina. We appreciated being able to walk our dogs down to the marina for a sweet view of downtown JAX. Very easy to check in and had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We felt safe the entire stay.

This home was very clean spacious and cozy. It was a great fit for the 5 of us and our Great Pyrenees. We loved being close to family and lots to do. Micklers Landing ( beach) was 35 min away, easy parking, dog friendly and a nice beach for the kids. Host was friendly and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Hosts were gracious enough to accept an extremely last minute reservation; We were so appreciative, this cutie little home was charmingly calming after a very long drive. The beds are something to dream about, so comfortable. We were able to walk for breakfast and coffee, and a quiet neighborhood to let our dog explore. There are so many great restaurants within a few miles, parks for pets, and lots of things to do. This bungalow is absolutely as wonderful as you hope it will be!!

Mary was so helpful. She was responsive, made sure we had what we needed and overall made it a great experience.

We enjoyed the 1910 General store a great deal. Very pet friendly and very interesting. Plenty of room with thoughtful amenity items such as beach towels, penny candy, breakfast bars, and many other extras not usually found in an Airbnb.

taryn was very responsive throughout the stay to any questions, and provided detailed instructions in advance about parking which was really helpful! the place was super clean and everything we needed was readily anomaly and easy to locate. the place was ready hours before check in, i highly recommend! also very close to the beach and restaurants/shopping!

James & Sarah are great hosts! Personal touches and individual care. I can’t wait to come back and stay longer. Left us a letter with shark teeth finding hints…… LOVE LOVE LOVE

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The view is incredible of the ocean! You feel like you are in the ocean. House is immaculate ginormous with so many rooms and a lot of different entertainment opportunities.

Had a great time! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed! Very easy to contact Sheila with any questions. If we’re ever back in Jacksonville Beach we will definitely stay again!

Staley’s rental was perfect for our 2 couples. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the balcony view of the ocean and the easy accessibility! Beds were super comfy and nice to have our own bathrooms. We used the Beach Buggy service to get to the restaurants. Thanks Staley!

We enjoyed our stay at 616 Surf Villas. A well designed villa, beach/ocean view, and all the space needed for an excursion to warm weather. Furniture and furnishings met our needs and the property manager was friendly and helpful.

The stay was very nice and comfortable. The atmosphere was great! We will be booking again next year when we are in town.

This getaway was incredible—I'm almost hesitant to share it. The unobstructed ocean view, quiet atmosphere, and provided beach gear made it perfect for me and my two girls. It was spotless, giving me peace of mind. We absolutely loved it. Thanks for a great experience!

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Bill's place, The Oasis at South Jax Beach. First, the location was perfect for walking to the beach as well as nearby restaurants. It was more residential than some of the Jax Beach areas further north, so we loved the peaceful setting. The house itself was as described. The bedrooms all had everything we needed, and I appreciated the extra pillows in some rooms. We didn't use the pool due to it being chilly, but the backyard area was very nice for relaxing during the day while grilling out and we enjoyed the secluded fire pit at night. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Bill was very responsive about any questions. We had a great stay and would love to go back!
