I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

Everything was great and just as expected. The apartment was very clean and close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. It was also very close to the expressway, so really easy to get to. I would recommend it if you’re going to be in the area. Ciera, the host, was very responsive and communicated well. Exit and cleanup were also wonderful! She had her cleaning crew do everything. We just had to make sure the lights were off and the doors and windows were locked. 100% recommended.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything seemed brand new, communication was quick, the pool was very relaxing, and there was so much to do nearby. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of room. We look forward to staying here again.

Place was great as described by the host . Host and his friend Rodney were very helpful throughout the stay. They understood our needs and took care of all the problems. If you want to stay near the downtown this is the great place .

From our first communication, Glenn and Kelly they were very nice very responsive the whole process of checking in went very smoothly. The place was absolutely beautiful and very very clean. It was a very nice area. We felt very much at home and It was far enough out-of-the-way to be private, but very close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend Glen and Kelly as hosts and we would also recommend the property that’s a beautiful place to stay in Saint Augustine

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Brooke is an amazing host. Very responsove. Thout about all detailed needed for traveling. The house had beach chairs, umbrella and beach towls. So nice to not have to bring or buy them. It was quiet and peaceful. We ate next door at the bar a couple times. We walked to then pier every day and walked around downtown Jax Beach. Its a great location. We will be back!!

Natalie and Mike were wonderful hosts. The instructions for finding the apartment were clear and easy to follow. After a long flight, it was such a relief to arrive at a clean and comfortable apartment. My 5-year-old and I felt right at home from the start. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made it easy to prepare meals and avoid takeout. The apartment was peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and get a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this place!

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay here. The space feels even larger than I expected. It was clean and the neighborhood felt very safe— we had no problems. The beds were super comfy! We would definitely stay again. My only feedback is it is missing some thoughtful touches— a book of recommendations, a better equipped kitchen, a store of towels and blankets. The living room and dining room furniture don’t accommodate as many people as this place comfortably sleeps, which feels like a miss. Again, we had a great stay and were not necessarily inconvenienced by any of this, but some feedback as maybe it feels like a newer Airbnb. The hosts checked in with us and we felt supported the whole stay. I wish we got a chance to check out the pool! We were about 10 minutes from the beach and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Jessicas place was nice and great for family. perfect layout, calm serene environment, clean and thoughtful. The host was very communicative and helpful. we will stay again! place definitely met expectations.

Great location, ease getting in and around the area. Lots to do and see. The home is well maintained, and the host is a great communicator.

We had a great stay for the two nights we were there. Vibhav was very responsive and even allowed us to stay a half hour later which was very nice of them to do. House was spacious for the five of us, clean and peaceful area. The only small complaint I have is the couch in the living room, not the most comfortable. We wanted to watch TV as a group and it wasn’t really comfortable to do so and it could really only comfortably fit three people. Overall that wasn’t a huge deal for us but something to know for future guests. I would definitely recommend this place!

We stay in JAX beach often and this was my favorite place so far! It looks exactly like the photos and has everything you need. The master closet is perfect for the pack and play if you have a young child. It’s a short walk to the beach and they have plenty of beach chairs, a wagon, and beach toys. The game room in the garage and the pool provided plenty of entertainment for everyone. This place is perfect for family get togethers and we really enjoyed our stay. The owners respond asap if you need anything!

House was very spacious with plenty of seating. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Kitchen was great. Nice backyard. Neighborhood was safe and very nice. Convenient to San Marco restaurants and Community First Igloo hockey rink.

Yelena was an amazing host! A group of friends and I were coming to FL from various states to celebrate our friend’s wedding. Yelena was always responsive, friendly, and great to work with!
