Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. Daniel’s place was spotless. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and I295 & I95.

My absolute favorite place to stay in Jacksonville. I will never stay anywhere else!

Nice welcoming ocean decor. Lots of info about the area in pamphlets and books. Lovely one bedroom with nice kitchen and furniture. Chair and desk area. Warm and cozy atmosphere.

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

Very nice place! Too bad weather was too cold for the pool! Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Daniel was an amazing host, very communicative, respectful, and accommodating. The home was wonderful with no issues found. 10/10 would recommend and would also visit again.

The area is not far to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and clear access to highways. The grill was easy to use and the beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but the host was very responsive and flexible.

Katie was an excellent host and was always responsive, even to concerns that surfaced later in the evening. She was responsive and always provided friendly and clear communication. The house was in great condition and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Kristi’s place. My parents rented her in-law suite on the property and it worked out amazing to have the extra room! Would highly recommend it is close to so many amazing restaraunts and a small drive to Town Center!

Eric's place was great for my family for our trip. I was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, comfortable and a great value. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. One thing to note (this didn't impact us in anyway, but may bother others) there is not a tv in one of the bedrooms. I am just noting this as it may be a big point for some. The property is a great value for the price. We would stay at Eric's place if it was available the next time we are in the area.

Dawn was awesome she knew we were coming out for my son’s radiation treatment and even offered a few extra days if we needed. We appreciate her very much 🙏🙏

Beautiful view. The patio was my favorite place to be. Straight walk to the beach. Very private, updated bathroom I loved. I will definitely come back in the summer.

The unit was nicely furnished & clean. We were very comfortable during our months stay. The sound of the waterfall below the unit deck was relaxing. The elevator was conveniently located near the unit. The pool & grounds are beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

What a great place!!! Peaceful and serene at night and within walking distance to great times, food, and live music!! Excellent place for a much needed quick get away for a weekend with my sweetheart. Just enough space, with comfortable temperature (because of an overhead fan and AC) and a comfy bed. The towels….smelled AMAZING. You know what I mean. Just out of a shower and a fresh, soft, CLEAN smelling towel IS THE BEST. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available to use, a beautiful view even with cloudy skies. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate for a second to go back.

Absolutely loved this condo! Waking up to a conformable home with everything needed, opening the sliding glass door to the serenity of the water fountain every morning was so peaceful and harmonious. The hottub was awesome, friendly people, and beautiful surroundings. The host is very quick to respond, personable, and very helpful. Will be back again!! Definitely added this to my return to list!!
