My boyfriend and I went taking a weekend getaway and was in aw of how much Jennifer broke the scale of expectations, anything that you might need on a trip she had it was an amazing experience and will definitely be back!

Immediately after pulling up to the property and getting out of the car, you are met with the most STUNNING view. Regardless of the time of day, it’s amazing. Once you walk into the home, you immediately feel the cozy homeliness. The home smells fresh, the soft carpet under your feet, many places to lounge around or eat. I immediately felt like I wanted to stay forever. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. There are no words to really explain how amazing the host Rhonda was. She was so kind, considerate, helpful and great with communication and there for whatever we needed. We booked two nights and paid an extra fee for to have a small wedding ceremony with a few close family and friends. We were respectful and communicated throughout the process. She was also very respectful and gave us space, which we totally wouldn’t have mind if she joined us all because she was just wonderful!! She even made us breakfast and left it by our door. And it was amazing!!

Thomas was very accommodating and very communicative. He listed local sights to see and things to do. The apartment is very spacious and both of the bedrooms have a TV. We felt very comfortable here. There is plenty of parking and we felt safe leaving our cars here.

It’s clean, comfortable and convenient! The communication with the hosts was outstanding! The description of the studio was accurate. We slept great and recommend it to anyone using Mayo .

Susan's place was a perfectly located close to both of our daughters' homes. We will definitely rebook whenever available. The space was a Key West style cottage with a very private back yard setting. You will barely notice that the owners live in the main house. Susan is very pet friendly and even allowed our daughter's dog to visit and play with our pet. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and is only a few blocks from the beach.

Yoe’s airbnb was SO clean, cute, and convenient. A lot of “extra’s” were available: toothbrush, toothpaste, nail brush, bathroom hand soap, and liquid soap, etc. It was nicely decorated. the kitchenette was small, but had everything we needed. The next time I am in Jacksonville, I would love to stay in Yoe’s Airbnb!

Dawn and her husband Lue were phenomenal hosts and very friendly. They should definitely charge more for the cozy little guesthouse, it is a steal if it’s available. Will definitely book again if I am in Jax Beach.

Kaya is very responsive and extremely accommodating. The apartment is very clean and well kept. She has not forgotten any detail to make your stay comfortable. I felt safe at all times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dana's place. Very quiet and secluded. Great location between Jax and St. Augustine.

Michelle was a great host! The guest house is perfect for a short getaway in a nice quiet neighborhood and 10-12$ uber away from lots of great food & the beach!
