Spacious, comfortable, immaculate and well stocked with many incidentals that allow their guests to comfortably manage being away from home. Tongila and Ted are thoughtful and attentive hosts and I feel grateful for my time in their home. Thank you both for being so welcoming!

The room was attractive and well appointed. Although it was in a private home, my room was right next to the front door, so that I could come and go without disturbing the owners. As promised, the location was a short drive to the location where I spent most of my days.

This place is beyond expectation. A block away from the beach with great restaurants and coffee shops within minutes of driving. This place has everything you need, beach chairs and umbrella, even a high chair for my one-year old. Owner is super easy to communicate, always respond within minutes. My family had a great time and def coming back in the future!

I just traveled home from a wonderful, long weekend at the Sea Salt Townhome. This was a great location. I felt at home right away, and it was so clean. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, and my bed was SO comfortable! Thanks again for such a nice place to stay and enjoy.

I stayed here for my senior spring break girls' trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved being just steps away from the beach! The host was incredibly responsive. It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the sun, and make unforgettable memories!

My family I had a great stay at the Ocean Oasis! Very close to the beach and fantastic outdoor patio with hot tub, chairs, and a firepit. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Karen’s, we’re moving to Jacksonville in a few months and this unit is extremely conveniently located for the neighborhoods where we’ve been touring houses. She’s very accommodating for families - I was not a tardy or messy person until I had a toddler :( - and the unit has everything that we need for a long weekend. I hope it’s available for our next trip (hopefully to sign closing documents)!

Great location. Great house. Perfect place to setup camp near the beach for a few days. Easy walk to food and beaches.

It was very clean and nice

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and beautiful beach villa. Plenty of space and large rooms. Limited parking was our only downside, only room for two vehicles and parking along street could be difficult depending on time of day/year. Otherwise the location and villa itself was awesome and we would definitely stay again.
