The house was really clean and in a great location. The hostess is very attentive and would be there if you needed her. Nice family place with everything you need for a great time inside and out!

I had a wonderful experience! Carleshia was responsive and attentive throughout my stay, providing exceptional customer service. Her care and attention to detail made my visit comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Stayed in apartment 17 early March 2025. The view I was exactly what I was looking for.Front door with deck, kitchen and one of the bedrooms faces the ocean. Pros: very clean and tidy,ample parking and that VIEW! Cons:minor repairs needed. Faucet in the bunkbed bathroom sink is loose, shower faucet in common bathroom is loose, slow leak in the common bathroom toilet,suggest repairing and adding more solar lights to the outside stairs. We visit Jacksonville several times a year and plan on making this apartment our home away from home going forward.

Family Beach Getaway w/ Pool & Sports Playground

Had a great stay! We really enjoyed the backyard area. Host was very responsive and the house surpassed our expectations. Loved that it is within walking distance to the beach and it has many great restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

An absolutely perfect stay in a perfect house in a perfect location…so - pretty much perfect! This is a lovely cottage in an idyllic ocean front setting, with absolutely everything you could need during your stay. Truly a home away from home. They nailed the VRBO thing and we’ll be back! We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

Fun in the Sun - OCEAN FRONT!

What a great place!!! Peaceful and serene at night and within walking distance to great times, food, and live music!! Excellent place for a much needed quick get away for a weekend with my sweetheart. Just enough space, with comfortable temperature (because of an overhead fan and AC) and a comfy bed. The towels….smelled AMAZING. You know what I mean. Just out of a shower and a fresh, soft, CLEAN smelling towel IS THE BEST. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available to use, a beautiful view even with cloudy skies. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate for a second to go back.

we enjoyed staying at Ben’s place! loved the close proximity to local shops + restaurants (whole foods and fla juice are our go-to’s) and walking distance to the beach/beautiful homes of ponte vedra. Ben was a very responsive host and accommodated us last minute. the rooftop deck was an awesome space for sunrise watching and remote working. highly recommend!

Rachel’s beach house was everything we were looking for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing ocean views that you could see from just about everywhere in the house. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Rachel was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect, right on the beach, making it very convenient. The pool was also a very nice addition. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, this is it!

South Beach Sands - 2 Blocks from the Beach

Kyle’s place was great! It couldn’t have been in a better location. We enjoyed beach walks every day, and it was an easy walk to Whole Foods to get groceries for dinner. Driving to the beach bars and restaurants couldn’t have been easier. I also enjoyed how much his place felt like home. I was “working from home”, and the layout and lighting of the space made it easy and comfortable. The rooms and closets were spacious, and we took advantage of the lovely outdoor deck and terrace. Kyle was a fabulous and responsive host, and we would definitely stay there again!

We had another fantastic spring break at the Beachcomber. I was reading different reviews to get a sense of what to write, and I was struck that so many people have stayed at this location multiple times and continue to choose to come back. I think that speaks a lot to how great this place is. And we have already reserved a return trip!
