Our stay was great! It was very comfortable and very well stocked with absolutely everything we needed, plus extra! The location was peaceful and perfect. A very short one block walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend Susan's apartment and would love to stay there again!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location near the ocean was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to the host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

The rental was beautiful and very well appointed. Glenn was very informative and gracious when I experienced difficulties. The rental was within very close proximity to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Very quiet and serene getaway!

We enjoyed our stay and loved having access to the gym next door. The unit was clean, good location and we would definitely come back. The unit owner was very easy to communicate with, very helpful at any time if we had a question which was appreciated. Highly recommend this rental.

My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

Stayed in St. Augustine for our daughter’s wedding, the house was perfect! Pleasantly surprised at how well stocked it was with kitchen accessories. It was quiet and easily accessible

Was a great place for my shih tzu The only thing is she’s not too crazy about stairs. So i needed to carry her up and down every day and multiple times….i kinda thought that the family room was near the outside backyard . But, that is downstairs from the living space, kitchen, etc. If you have some dogs, young kids or napping babies, or want to take a nap yourself, sometimes the other dogs bark a lot in the area in ear shot of your place….couldn’t leave the sliders open on nice mornings or sit on deck sometimes ‘only sometimes’. Otherwise, i enjoyed the deck, sun and morning coffee Shannon was very quick on her responses and always accommodating Bedding was comfortable and towels were fluffy Place didnt smell like pets ….some places do sometimes Couldn’t get live tv only the apps ….was trying to watch live sports. Wish a small tv was downstairs bedroom so when i was in the bedroom could watch it too Glad we rented this cute place and it was perfect for our needs. :)

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

Always a joy to return to the beach. Noon’s place was a great location for so many of the things our family enjoys. We were able to dine, sharks tooth hunt at Mickler’s landing, go on a boat tour in at augie and play night frisbee on the beach with ease. Plenty of space to chill and relax too

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!

Would stay anytime, walking distance to beach and plenty of restaurants. The old charm of the house is off the chain, I loved it!

Great place, very clean and spacious. I loved the balcony. The neighborhood was very quiet and really close to the beach and park. I loved that they had items for the beach such as chairs, beach mats, and balls. I will definitely stay here again, the next time I am in the area. Host were very responsive

Great 2 night stay! Everything was as described and Christine was a great host. Super clean and lots of little details she thought of!

Very nice place. Furnished and decorated nicely. Identifying the unit was a bit challenging as we arrived at night. Improved signage would help. Mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable as they were softer than we're used to and master was uneven.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view and beach access was unmatched -- so gorgeous! The Condo was clean, roomy, and had All the amenities! We could have just brought our bathing suits and EVERYTHING else we needed was waiting for us when we arrived! 10 out of 10 would stay again!

Beautiful condo with comfortable furniture and a very nice screened in porch to sit in. Close to downtown Amelia Island and the beaches.
