Our family of 3 (plus our dog) stayed at The Treasure Chest for 4 nights over our spring break. It was such a relaxing and pleasant trip, thanks in large part to this beautiful beach house. We loved the private and easy access to the beach. Taking in the sunrise each morning was amazing! The home itself is safe, well-stocked, clean and contained all the comforts of home (fans in the rooms, kitchen and laundry supplies etc). The porch and backyard are also clean and well-maintained. We are already dreaming of our next trip to this amazing home!

My family stayed here while attending a memorial/funeral, but we’d love to come back as a vacation rental. Holly was very considerate and kind about the reason for our trip. Her recommendations were helpful and as a beach rental especially this property shines. We loved it here

We spent a week at Lori’s place and would definitely return. The neighborhood is quite and super dog friendly. We took many walks to the beach and around the neighborhood. The house is cozy and bright with sunshine. The kitchen is well equipped for meals at home. Thank you Lori.

Me and my friends had a great time staying at Christopher’s listing in Neptune Beach. It was the shortest walk to the beach and central to a lot of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The beach wasn’t crowded and the condos had their own private beach access which was just a short walk from the condos. The place was so cute and well decorated with plenty of space, bathrooms and everything we needed. I really appreciated the pack n play for my baby and access to some beach chairs.

Michael was an excellent host and I now have a new place to stay when I come to Jacksonville. The beach front views are perfect and relaxing. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Best, Jelani

This is a beautiful property with wonderful views of the ocean and of a great lawn. perfect for dogs to run. This property is a perfect example of how dogs and humans can coexist and enjoy time together on the beach and throughout the resort. Throughout the resort, the dogs were well behaved and people cleaned up after their dogs, which was wonderful to see it really is a dog and human paradise! The condo itself was well maintained and has all of the amenities that you need for a stress free vacation.

Stayed for 12 nights. Check-in and instructions were clear and simple. The place was fantastic and very clean. It was exactly like on pictures. The fenced backyard was perfect and location was great! I really enjoyed my stay!

Views from the master bedroom are stunning! Especially the sunrise. Sleeper sofa in master was great for young kids.

Everything at the Twin Palms was exceptional. Steven was the best host I’ve ever experienced. He was instantly responsive, very thoughtful and helpful. He is also someone who understands the value of details. Every single corner of that entire place was incredibly thought out. First of all, there’s an elevator which made taking our bags up and down a complete breeze. The pool and back area was gorgeously designed and Steven was very kind and flexible with us having two little kids and turning the heat up and having the hours be a little bit earlier since our kids wake up so early. The second floor was extremely beautiful and offered beautiful views of the ocean, which was a short walk from the house. The kitchen was cleaner than any kitchen I’ve ever been in and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Also had nontoxic cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were all massive with extremely comfortable king size beds, and again the cleanest bathrooms. We can’t wait to return!

Great unit, very spacious, looks just like the pictures. Loved the easy access to the beach and quiet location. Hosts were super responsive and easy to work with ( including last minute rebooking because of the Oct hurricane). Would definitely recommend.

Such a beautiful place for our 10 day family vacation. Decorated beautifully. Great furniture in every room. Fully stocked kitchen for any cooking needs. So much space for 6 adults and our dog. The heated pool was amazing. Literally a 3 min walk to the beach for sunrise or anytime.A gorgeous quiet beach. Loved using the golf cart!So fun!Went to Caps on the Water with it for dinner. Publix just down the road. Close to St George Street and so many restaurants and other beaches too. A car is needed. We love St Augustine! Thank you Christopher.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the daily walks to the beach, which was just a short distance away. The location was fantastic, and the home was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Our family had been to St. Augustine before and loved it. This time we chose to stay at Vilano Beach to be closer to the beach and ocean. Dani’s place was perfect. The house was very clean and well organized. The pool out back was well kept and beautiful. There were plenty of beach chairs that we took for our 3 block walk to the beach. The kitchen was well supplied and organized allowing us to cook several meals. Although we were near the beach, St. Augustine was a short 2 mile walk across the bridge. We loved our time in Dani’s Airbnb! Dani was a very good and responsive host. We hope to get back there soon.

Great place for a solid group of people. Loved the "beachy" nature of the house. Jodi did a great job communicating and preparing the house for our stay! Would definitely come back.

We had a great time ! The location was prefect , The House has lots of kitchen cooking items which was nice. There were lots of bath towel's and even beach towels ! There were lots of beach chairs and boogie boards and sand toys for the kids very thankful for that ! Thank you !

My favorite house ever! It’s so beautiful and in the perfect location!

My family stayed for a long weekend at Laura and Jeremy's place. It was a lovely stay in a quiet little neighborhood. The house was well equipped and we never felt crowded, plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen had a good supply of cookware and the Publix was right around the corner. We would stay here again if we make another trip to St Augustine!

Beautiful house across from Jax Beach. Super clean, host was super easy to get ahold of and replied immediately. So hard to find homes that allow dogs and this house was great with a fenced in yard. Will rent again for sure.
