This home is perfect! It is spotless, not one speck of dust ANYWHERE! We didn’t need anything but they had so much available.. beach chairs, port a crib, sand toys and much much more. Location was perfect. Parking is a hassle in St Augustine. We parked at the house and had a quick cheap Lyft ride to and from town. We only stayed one night but I highly recommend!

Check in was a breeze and we found the place exactly as it was described. Bunlim and Annie were quick with their responses and sweet to accommodate our requests. I would highly recommend and will be excited to stay again if the opportunity arises.

Great place! Roomy and well equipped. Kitchen has everything you need. Huyen was very responsive and friendly!

Cottontail Manor was a beautiful home away from home! We had plenty of space for our family and it was well stocked. We loved the proximity to TCC so we rented a golf cart to get around. We hope to stay again!

Saki is a very accommodating host. He Is responsive and hands on of you need him. Beautiful house, lots of outdoor space on the water. Our clients loved the home and were very pleased with the customer service. I will be using this home again for future clients. By far a great host and a great house! Thank you Saki!!

Brook was an exceptional hostess- responding right away to help with a cable issue we had! Extremely accommodating and friendly! House was completely stocked with everything you needed from fresh milk and cereals to deodorant, shampoo and razors! Beds were comfortable and so much sleeping space! Short drive to downtown Fernadina and plenty of places to explore! Would recommend -5 star!

I had a great experience while there. It was raining most of the time, but I was near everywhere I wanted to go so it wasn’t bad. Amenities were as described and communication with the host was easy.

This little cozy air bnb was just perfect for the two of us. It was immaculate and just as described. The decorations were so perfect with so many little adorable touches. It was quiet, and very comfortable. It was well situated close to restaurants and stores. Easy to get to Jacksonville university and even the beaches! Daniel and Camy were very responsive and gave great dinner recommendations!

Had a great time in JAX! This spot was a great home base to go all over the northeast coast of Fl. Very clean and nice bathroom!

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

Love love love! Felt right at home. It just felt like me and my sister, the colors, the decor, just perfect. I didn’t want to leave 😭 Definitely recommend, My sister was even in love with it too. She said sis, we have to book this when we come to Jax again. And I agree, I just hope when we do, it will be available.

This B&B is an old home that has been remodeled to accommodate multiple quaint rooms. Nicely done with a wonderful backyard patio where a delightful 3-course breakfast was served. Location could not be better to visit this historical city!

We had a wonderful stay at 44 Spanish Street! From check in to check out, the hospitality and attentiveness really enhanced the experience. The loaction was excellent and parking was a breeze. And the homemade, three-course breakfast was incredible!! Highly recommend.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. They always asked if there was anything they could do for us. The Breakfasts were just what we needed to start the day full of walking and enjoying old town St. Augustine. We enjoyed being able to walk about town but return to 44 Spanish Street to rest, reading books in our room or out on the upper porch. The charming location was perfect because it was quiet but we could walk a couple of blocks to get involved with the night-life. We would stay there again.

The Airbnb and location were wonderful! You cannot beat the views from the bedroom window, the private deck and crows nest. Being that there is a completely separate entrance to the unit the space feels incredibly private. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. Additionally everything was very clean, shoutout to Leo the housekeeper who is awesome! I highly highly recommend this gem of a spot and would stay here again in the future.

The three course breakfast and other extras make this place special. It’s close to old town and has a nice second floor veranda with a swing to watch over it. The staff is attentive snd helpful. Rooms are smaller because of the age of the house but have all the amenities. Would choose to stay here again.

We had an incredible stay! Even though it was only one night, we loved the location and the fact that it was so peaceful but so close to everything! We will definitely be staying here again.

Felt very comfortable with my stay from beginning to end. Struggled a little getting myself situated but Brian was quick and easy to help me get squared away. High key recommend ! Will be coming back here again.
