We just had a great stay at the Coconut Cottage. Very quiet, friendly neighborhood. House was very comfy and cozy. Cannot beat how close to the beach it is. We had so much fun traveling between the ocean and the river in our golf cart. Loved everything about Vilano Beach and hope to return soon.

Host was very responsive and the extra touches were perfect. Highly recommend!

What a great house. The description was exact. The house is in a cul-de-sac sorry it was a quiet street. The beach was a 5 minute walk and a water front restaurant just a 2 minute walk. Holly answered all of our questions, including my son’s Xbox question we didn’t know he was asking. She was great with it all. The bikes and all the beach supplies worked out perfect for us. The home was spotless and the hot tub was a hit. Thanks again holly and we will be back again.

This house is very beautiful and the location is superb. The house is very private with a short walk to the beach and short drive into St. Augustine. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, dock and rooftop patio, very relaxing and peaceful. If you are looking to be away from the crowds this is your place. It is an older home so not a lot of places to put toiletries in the bathroom and the main bedroom has no bureau for clothing. But the setting is worth that inconvenience! We would definitely recommend!

The location was charming. We enjoyed the walk to the river view and it was very comfortable. Courtyard was relaxing and picturesque.

I stayed for the month of March and wish I could have stayed much longer. This place met my needs perfectly. Although this is an older cottage (one of the original beach cottages that still line much of the West side of South Fletcher Ave. between Sadler and Simmons), it was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than many of the high end rentals I’ve stayed at and I loved that there was a small fenced in yard so my pup could be outside without a leash. Best of all was the beach access!

Great & very clean place! Near all attractions we wanted to go to and all the amenities inside the house were wonderful. Nice and very attentive host!

Me and my friends had a great time staying at Christopher’s listing in Neptune Beach. It was the shortest walk to the beach and central to a lot of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

This was truly a relaxing place to stay. We stayed in late December and the weather was beautiful with the exception of one rainy day, but that did not stop us. The location was very close to many eateries, shopping and of course right on the beach where we wanted to stay.

Cute cottage, able to easily walk to the beach to see the sunrise and also conveniently located near the grocery store.

Our first visit to St. Augustine and this apartment is at the top of the list of things we enjoyed most. Spacious with separate living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen made it feel like a small home not just "one room" as is most rentals AND it had a very nice screened in porch nestled in a tropical garden. Kitchen is small, but useful and it was nice that this unit is on the ground floor (a few steps), but not lugging suitcases to an upstairs unit. Has a quaint family "beach house" feel. VERY convenient to the historic district, short walk to coffee shops, etc. Jame's was quick to answer any questions and accommodating with our needs.

This was such a cute space! Deborah made the most out of a studio area and I was amazed how much was available at the house. It was a short stay for me so I didn't get to enjoy the patio, but the house was very clean and organized. Bottled water/snacks were a nice surprise too.

This was the perfect beach house cottage! Took no time to walk to the beach and was easy to drive into Saint Augustine for other activities. Host is very kind!

Very private and unique little place. Host was responsive. Very close to downtown St Augustine. The cottage has all the amenities for easy travel! We really enjoyed our stay here!

The house was perfect for a couple. It is cozy and well equipped for a stay! We loved the location. There’s fantastic vintage store just around the corner, and Avondale is very close! We will definitely stay here again.

An absolutely perfect stay in a perfect house in a perfect location…so - pretty much perfect! This is a lovely cottage in an idyllic ocean front setting, with absolutely everything you could need during your stay. Truly a home away from home. They nailed the VRBO thing and we’ll be back! The cottage on Bayview was perfect for a couple of snowbirds wanting to get some sun. My daughter & I loved it and immediately felt right at home.

Julie was an amazing host! Her home, landscaping and property with river views was absolutely gorgeous!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time meeting her and walking the grounds together. Her home was well equipped and extremely clean. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Her restaurant recommendations were perfect for our time and celebration during our visit. We look forward to another stay and visit with Julie!!

Steven and Stacey are fabulous hosts! Everything about their property was exactly as pictured and described. Their property was so very comfortable! They pay attention to every detail and provide every accommodation you might want. Steven and Stacey keep their home well-stocked and provide generous basics in the kitchen. They are also located in the best area possible. You can take quiet morning walks through a peaceful neighborhood or find yourself in downtown in 2 blocks.... really is the best of both worlds! We are very much looking forward to our next trip to St. Augustine and hope to be Guests again!

The Carriage House was such a nice place! Great location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Getting in/out was so easy. If we had questions, Stacey responded immediately. Loved this place, highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip in Amelia Island. Carrie’s place was in a great spot, private, near the water, and just a short drive away from great restaurants and shops. Carrie was easy to communicate with and made sure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
