Wonderful stay with home as listed! A great getaway for those with kids with many features that kept them entertained everyday! Very clean with most things provided for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Host responded in under an hour with each request or question. Highly recommend!

Our stay was incredible. We really enjoyed the property and the surrounding area of Jacksonville! I could see how amazing it would be for a family with kids - but it was also perfect for myself and my husband who are both disabled. It was so easy to get in and out of the pool, shower and bed without help. All steps into and out of the property had handle bars and the slope to the dock was easy to navigate. The kitchen was wonderful to work in and the grill did a great job with our steaks! I can’t say enough great things about this house. There are only two things I would change if I lived there: 1. A king size bed because my husband and I are large and could not sleep in the same bed. 2. A larger sofa - (possibly reclining sofa) for the same reasons. Honestly, you just can’t go wrong with this place. The pool was heated and so warm! We hope to return next year.

The lot was beautiful and plenty space for ages 8 to 80! Due to storm did not get to use the amazing fire pit , but everyone was able to take turns , get on the lake, walk neighborhood and pool was nice chilly! beds were comfortable. Stores close by and we had all needed to cook great meals. Could have used more kitchen towels. Plenty dishes, cooking needs and several places to spread out. Very beautiful spot. We loved our stay. The house was beautiful and the location was great - private but just 5 to 10 minute walk from town.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Jessica was super sweet and super friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay there again when we come back in town!

We have stayed at Anne’s place several times and it never disappoints. It is a dream home with a happy decor and the views are spectacular! Anne goes above and beyond to accommodate your every need. Home is well stocked and beds are very comfortable. This is always our first choice for accommodations when we are in Jacksonville and look forward to next time!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home is stunning, but more importantly functionally designed. The flow of the home feels perfect, from the front porch all the way to the secluded backyard and side yards for storage. We appreciated the 1st floor master bedroom for the grandparents, the open concept for socializing, the wall hooks throughout for towels, spacious bathrooms, adequate seating for lounging, and cabinets stocked with dishware, appliances, coffee, creamers and even laundry detergent! All of which were unnecessary but appreciated! The spa was easy to use and heated up quickly. Our kids spent hours upon hours in between the pool and spa (due to mild weather). We brought scooters for the kids, since the bikes are adult sized. Riding our scooters to Caps for dinner was so perfect, we did it twice! And would have done it again if we'd been able to stay longer.Honestly, this review isn't even doing this place justice. We were obsessed! Comfortable, relaxed and happy.

Great place to stay. Close to lots of restaurants and parks for kids. 30ish minutes from Jax stadium. Fantastic view, very relaxing. House was clean and had everything you could need. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, silverware, etc. Upstairs bedrooms were great as well. Very comfortable beds. We had 4 young kids in our group and place was mostly kid friendly, just need to keep extra eyes on stairs while inside the house. Definetely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Would most definitely return if we need another airbnb in Jax.
