My boyfriend & I had a wonderful stay here! It was perfect for the two of us. Everything was walking distance so it was easy to go out and come back as we pleased. I would highly recommend this air bnb to anyone who’s visiting St.Augustine!

Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

the place was nice perfect for a couple right next to 5 points so a lot to do within walking distance the only thing is the room can get a little warm at times so i would bring a fan but other then that small detail it was a perfect stay i would recommend this place to anyone

This sweet little apartment was everything I hoped for—quiet, cozy, and full of charm. It had such a peaceful vibe, with lovely natural light and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The neighborhood was safe and serene, perfect for slow strolls and just minutes from historic downtown. What made the stay truly special, though, was the kindness of the hosts. They were incredibly warm and understanding, which made all the difference and left me feeling genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely stay again the next time I’m in town!

Liz was a very welcoming host with a beautiful place to stay. We were so comfortable and everything was superb. The bodega, taproom & food truck were also great. We enjoyed a nice few nights there.

Lovely apartment with everything you need! The gym and pool are perfect. I got in all my workouts. I really liked the walking path around the little lake: about 20 min to walk around, so many birds living there! Also appreciated being able to walk to a sweet cafe (Veneta) with good food and European flair! Perfect for breakfasts! Neighbors were friendly and easy going. Everything was delightful!

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

Annie’s home was home away from home! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants, easy check in and out, and was clean. The home looked liked the pictures posted and the pool was clean. I would definitely book again when in the area.

The kids were very excited when they got to the house and saw the game room. We got plenty of space to spread out. The water pressure was amazing

nick was an amazing host, the place was perfect and it made the weekend so enjoyable ! coming to a private, clean, and quaint home after being out exploring the city felt so amazing. couldn't be happier we got to stay, and will be back as soon as possible. bonus points for the most comfortable bed AND an extra fan for those who like a cold sleep !!

The area is not far to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and clear access to highways. The grill was easy to use and the beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but the host was very responsive and flexible.

Appreciated the sweet treat left for our 3 kids and the coffee pods for the morning!! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed sitting in the front screen room and would happily stay again!

Katie was an excellent host and was always responsive, even to concerns that surfaced later in the evening. She was responsive and always provided friendly and clear communication. The house was in great condition and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Eric's place was great for my family for our trip. I was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, comfortable and a great value. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. One thing to note (this didn't impact us in anyway, but may bother others) there is not a tv in one of the bedrooms. I am just noting this as it may be a big point for some. The property is a great value for the price. We would stay at Eric's place if it was available the next time we are in the area.

Anita’s house was perfect for our Family! The house was clean and spacious enough to accommodate us. She had toys & books for our toddler and also bought an inflatable tub for her to use since the house doesn’t have one. Also had a goodie bag of play things for my kiddo and a bottle of wine waiting for me after a long road trip. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The washer didn’t work during our stay but she compensated us with an extra day at no charge! ❤️ We will definitely come back to visit soon

The condo had a great view of the beach with easy access to the water. The sunrises were amazing. It is close to stores and great restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable and had plenty of linens and kitchen necessities. The thick walls were soundproof, so it was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely book with them again. ☀️

This was the perfect spot! Ginny reached out multiple times in advance and even once we checked in - offering local recommendations and making sure check in went smoothly. So close to the beach and the home is perfectly as described and pictured. We would absolutely stay here again.

Girls long weekend spent in this wonderful apartment. Kimberly was an excellent host, we needed some extra hangers and she got them to us very quickly. The apartment was just expected, the decor was so pleasing, the rooms were big. We sone joyed our weekend and would stay here again if we get to come back

What a great place!!! Peaceful and serene at night and within walking distance to great times, food, and live music!! Excellent place for a much needed quick get away for a weekend with my sweetheart. Just enough space, with comfortable temperature (because of an overhead fan and AC) and a comfy bed. The towels….smelled AMAZING. You know what I mean. Just out of a shower and a fresh, soft, CLEAN smelling towel IS THE BEST. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available to use, a beautiful view even with cloudy skies. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate for a second to go back.

Great time staying here, close to beaches, restaurants and anything you can want to do. Pleasure working with host and would recommend to any staying in the area.

We loved our stay here! Very convenient for a day at the beach, a day trip to St Augustine or checking out the golf in the area. Extremely clean, quiet, peaceful and a great getaway.

We enjoyed our stay during the night of lights. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the downtown across the bridge. The apartment was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Very clean. The king bed was SO comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful property with wonderful views of the ocean and of a great lawn. perfect for dogs to run. This property is a perfect example of how dogs and humans can coexist and enjoy time together on the beach and throughout the resort. Throughout the resort, the dogs were well behaved and people cleaned up after their dogs, which was wonderful to see it really is a dog and human paradise! The condo itself was well maintained and has all of the amenities that you need for a stress free vacation.
