Was able to work from the cottage during the day and enjoy evenings and weekend with my friend in the area. Very clean great basic kitchen amenities for coffee, breakfast, lunch. Exactly what I needed!

I just can not say enough about my stay at this cottage! The hosts were such nice people, very accommodating, the cottage was so clean and cozy, with lots of privacy. I felt very safe and was the perfect location for me. I highly recommend this cottage. Thank You for such a pleasant stay.

Our stay at the waterfront was exactly as expected. The cottage was well-stocked and most tasteful. Evenings on the patio was very comfortable with plenty of shade. While very compact, the cottage adequately provided space for comfort. Deborah was extremely prompt in answering questions. Fishing from the pier is a plus but just be alert to low tides. We would not hesitate to stay with Deborah again.

Overall an exceptional stay! I came on a solo trip with my dog and was looking for somewhere I could relax and feel at home. This place exceeded all my expectations! It was beautiful inside and out, the location is ideal as it is walkable to the beach, stores and restaurants. I also really enjoyed biking on 1st street to Neptune beach! I felt very comfortable and safe, the home was gated and the host allowed me to open and close the gates as I pleased. Additionally, it was great to meet the home owners, they are both very kind and hospitable, wonderful people. I enjoyed my stay so much that I am hoping to return again!

The Piney House is a precious tiny home nestled in the woods, but only about a 5-10 minute drive from historic downtown! It was a delightful retreat after the hustle and bustle of the tourist scene. It was so nice to sit outside by the fire pit to enjoy a cocktail in the evening and a cup of coffee in the morning. My only regret is that we forgot to bring firewood! Ashlyn was very prompt in answering all my questions and requests. The home was very clean with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable overnight stay.

The Little Pink House was the perfect pre-wedding sanctuary for my best friend and I. We loved all of the details inside of the cottage. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the cottage was spacious but very cozy at the same time. It’s also only a quick walk from the historic district! Our host, Lori, was responsive and super friendly!

Very nice place for a quick get away. Close to everything we needed to do. And comfortable enough for a family of 4. We felt very comfortable. We would come back here next time we visit St. Augustine

Beautiful house, very modern with every amenity. The house was very clean and the hosts all responded quickly to all questions. We walked to the historic district every day and it was easy and quick. Highly recommended.

The hosts were extremely responsive. Check in and out was extremely easy. The home is beautiful and accurately described. It is in a great location, quiet neighborhood and cozy house that is beautifully decorated. The home is equipped with everything you need. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to St. Augustine. The location is convenient with so much to see and do and attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the St Augustine area.

This place is a gem! The pictures were accurate and I felt at home and peaceful. The attention to detail throughout the loft was amazing! The bed was super comfortable, and the fairly lights were icing on the cake. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the bikes that were included in the rental. The host was super responsive and accommodating, I will definitely stay here again!

This cabin is exactly what I was hoping for. Small, quiet, and clean. The keurig did have some left over coffee grounds that I easily cleaned out. Steve offered to send the cleaner over but I didnt feel it necessary for something so simple. I had a small issue due to my own actions and Steve was literally on the phone in less than 1 min. We were able to resolve my mishap. He was super patient and understanding. I will definitely rent from him again next time.

An absolutely perfect stay in a perfect house in a perfect location…so - pretty much perfect! This is a lovely cottage in an idyllic ocean front setting, with absolutely everything you could need during your stay. Truly a home away from home. They nailed the VRBO thing and we’ll be back! Lori’s Tupelo Studio was the perfect weekend get away! She really thought of everything. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchenette had everything, the bathroom was clean. Quiet and cute neighborhood and the bikes were a huge plus!! Highly recommend!

I stayed here for The Players Championship in March 2025. The location was absolutely perfect and Peter provided a bike so I could avoid traffic/parking. It took 10-15 mins to get there so was ideal. The AirBnb was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and had everything I needed. Peter/family were all extremely friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Sweet little spot, perfect for a weekend stay. The decor was well-curated, and we appreciated the thought that went into the space. We didn’t get to walk around as much as we had hoped due to rainy weather, but the neighborhood was beautiful.

The tiny home was quite spacious for two people. Kitchen was large enough to cook and contained everything you would need to make the meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was very peaceful even though you are just a stones throw from shopping and restaurants. Mary and Freddy were very proactive and helpful in their check in instructions as well as making sure we had everything we needed and they even made sure our check in went smoothly. The place was clean and everything was labeled and had clear instructions on how to leave it. I also appreciate that they had a little scrap book and pamphlets of things to do in the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. A great stay with fantastic hosts!

Drew, Stacey, and their family are great and very friendly. The location is private and ideal for dog owners. They were helpful and kind throughout my stay. I was fortunate to find this place—it gave me peace of mind knowing my dogs were safe while I attended a work-related event. I highly recommend this location to anyone, especially fellow dog owners.
