The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

Perfect location on Jaco Beach! You're within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants, literally within a few blocks of you. The condo was spectacular, the views magnificent, and the service from Dream Maker's matched the quality of the property! 100% first-class in every way!!

Norman is the best host. Very communicative with excellent recommendations for our stay. His place is gorgeous and we would happily stay there again if Costa Rica weren't so far away. Loved our vacation, thank you!

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

Loved our stay thanks. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and the pool was perfect to cool down in. Having the beach right outside was so convenient and it was only a short drive or 20 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants of Jaco. I would love to come back for an extended stay.

Muy bonito alojamiento, la casa cuenta con todas las comodidades, el plus del lugar es la hora del chek in, ya que permite llegar temprano y difrutar del lugar eso me pareció super bueno adicinalmente que dejen llevar a los perritos otra estrella, me sentí como en casa, super recomendada, gracias a Adriana por todo.

Nailed it with this location. We have never visited Costa Rica before & I can’t express how helpful Caesar was through the whole process with any questions I had. He was very quick to respond and always incredibly helpful. The house itself was a dream. It was much bigger than we actually needed, but it was nice to have the space to spread out. we felt very safe in Punta Leona. The views from the house were so incredibly gorgeous. Waking up every day to the sounds of the ocean and all the birds and wildlife all around will be missed, but we do hope to return one day. Hazel the housekeeper comes every day and she is such a special person. She was also very helpful. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. We saw tons of monkeys, iguanas, scarlet macawas, and many other birds from the house. Plays Blanca was wonderful to snorkel every day. We watched sea turtles hatch from the beach and snorkeling with sea turtles & colorful fish. It was perfect.

La cas es muy bonita, te sientes a gusto, además el condominio es seguro y tranquilo, hay de todo lo necesario para pasar unas lindas vacaciones, de resaltar que a 7 minutos está Playa Agujas, una playa lindísima que no conocía. Recomiendo el lugar al 100%

Definitivamente la descripción del anuncio se queda corta con la realidad del alojamiento, sobrepasa las expectativas, recomendación deben ampliar la descripción con las comodidades y acabados del alojamiento. Para nuestra familia fue sumamente placentero, cómodo y atractivo, el bungalo totalmente equipado, muchas comodidades, por ejemplo: Un abundante inventario de utencilios de cocina y vajillas, cocina con artefactos electricos en buen estado y en variedad, la piscina del complejo y el área social muy bonito, el balcón del bungalo un total espectáculo privado y se logra mirar el mar. El bungalo posee acabados, mantelería y blancos americanos. Por cierto, el baño exterior es totalmente relajante. En síntesis, demasiado conveniente, placentero y cómodo.

La casita de Carlos fue más agradable de lo que esperábamos. La zona se siente muy segura y no hay ruido en la noche. Queda muy cerca de la playa y de lugares para comprar comida y café. Carlos estaba dispuesto a ayudar en todo! Muchas gracias! 100% recomendada!

My family had the best stay at casa tucana! The space was perfect for our family, and close to our cousins wedding location. Chloe was incredibly kind and accommodating and her home was clean, so comfortable, and truly relaxing and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful month at Hilltop House. We enjoyed all of the wildlife. There are beautiful scarlet macaw that roost in the neighborhood and watching them fly by every morning and evening was a highlight. Iguana antics are sure to amuse the kids. Watching the wacky Toucan fight with his reflection was hilarious, but best by far were the daily visits from the sweetest neighborhood dog you will ever meet. Everyone was always excited to see Chloe. We all laughed so hard when she started chasing cows down the street. Our favorite part about the house was the pool and we spent 80% of our waking hours swimming or working poolside. We did have a few mechanical things fail while we were there. We didn't have internet for the first few days, and the power occasionally went out in the neighborhood, but these things are par for the course in Costa Rica. The dirt road to the house is very rough/steep. It is manageable with a 2-wheel drive, but not ideal. Very safe neighborhood!

Una villa cómoda, tranquila y recomendable para viajes de descanso. La zona de la piscina muy bonita, tanto Priscilla como su hija fueron muy atentas y amables. La villa estaba muy limpia, el baño esta reci9entemente remodelado, solo la puerta está un poco deteriorada. Recomiendo mucho el sitio, entorno muy lindo, muy cerca de la playa.

The place is very nice, but the access to the beach is difficult. Parking places are very expensive close to the beach.

The house is directly beside the boutique hotel (but on 2+ acres and very private), so service is easy to access and they are very responsive. It’s also hard to beat the breakfast buffet; get it! The pool is fantastic and cleaned daily, and you can just sit there and enjoy seeing many species of beautiful birds and lizards.

It's a cozy, clean apartment equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. Located in a pleasant area, it's also very close to the beach. The host is very friendly and responsive. Good place for people with kids.

El apartamento está en un condominio donde hay mucha seguridad y tranquilidad; la ubicación inmejorable, cerca de Herradura, Punta Leona y Jacó. Recomendado 100%

La casa realmente supera las expectativas, esta totalmente equipada, todos los dias encontrabamos algo nuevo que nos servia para cada situacion. La propiedad es realmente grande, ideal para mascotas, los cuartos estan muy completos y se pueden apreciar vistas hermosas dentro de la propiedad. Fui con mi familia y a todos les encanto desde pequeños a grandes. Hay personal en sitio, muy discreto pero siempre atento a la seguridad y comfort de nosotros, completamente recomendado, la rentaria de nuevo sin dudar!

Had a great stay with four couples we all had our own private area of the house. Very close to main strip where all the action was and beach was very close.

Perfecto! Lynn’s place was exactly as described, very clean, and the gardens were beautiful. Most evenings we had cocktails in the pool and watched the Scarlet Macaws fly back to their nests. It was magical. We couldn’t have asked for more accommodating hosts than Lynn and Billy. I feel like I’ve know them for 30+ years! We will definitely be back.

We loved staying here! It was family friendly and beautiful! I didn’t realize it was two separate spaces when we booked but it would be so perfect for two families traveling together wanting their own space. We barely used the upstairs space but it was nice to have the extra room! Val and Oscar were super responsive and helpful with recommendations and suggestions. We loved the gated community. It was not very walkable to anything but we really enjoyed Hermosa and the proximity to Jaco! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was has described. my contact, Marlon, was responsive in a quick manner. If I needed something they would provide promptly. Well situated. I really liked my stay and will probably book again next year.
