Everything was great. The location was perfect. close enough to the action without being in the middle of it. we were able to get everything we needed within walking distance. The Apartment had everything. Gustavo was responsive and took care of anything we need. Would not hesitate to stay there again. 5 STARS!!!!

Estuvimos hospedados cuatro días, tres noches, el apartamento es precioso, acogedor, igual a las fotos. Cuenta con todo lo necesario en la cocina tanto en electrodomésticos como utensilios, habitaciones cómodas. En general es muy cómodo para todo, el lugar es tranquilo, familiar, limpio, recomendado para ir con niños o adultos mayores. Es muy céntrico cerca de supermercados y restaurantes y cerca de la playa, la verdad quede muy satisfecha tanto con el apartamento, la anfiotriona y el lugar, sin duda alguna volvemos.

Alfredo’s place is beautiful, wonderful location with gorgeous amenities. He was incredibly responsive and resourceful when washer broke in the middle of our visit. He had a new one delivered within hours !! Incredible !! Cannot wait to come back !

He was there anytime I needed anything, I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s beautiful. You won’t find a better place to stay. I left Florida for the rare cold time. I loved it there, A+

The best place to stay in Jaco! As someone that looks for cleanliness, location, views etc, Barry’s place checked all my boxes and exceeded my expectations! This condo offers everything you need and more! This is hands down the only place I’d stay when I come back to Jaco and also highly recommend to friends and family!

The Airbnb was perfect. In an up and coming area. Looks exactly like the photos, beach front access, close to many stores and restaurants. Quick access to the main road to get out of Jaco. I would highly recommend to everyone to stay here. I would definitely book again.

La estancia es mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos: un sitio muy seguro, limpio, cómodo y moderno. Excelentemente ubicado y bastante cerca de la playa. Y si no se desea salir, los "delivery" llegan a la puerta del lugar. Además doña Gilma es una gran anfitriona: atenta a cada consulta, apoyadora y muy dispuesta a cooperar en todo momento. Lugar muy recomendado!

Casa Moa es una casa super linda para hospedarse en familia. El condominio tiene amenidades muy bonitas y es muy tranquilo. Tardan un poco la primera vez que ingresan pero después facilitaron el proceso un poco. El anfitrión es demasiado atento y cordial, me encantaría volver a hospedarme aquí pronto.

Our stay in Jaco was MADE thanks to Christian’s home. Exactly as depicted in the pictures and better - the bathrooms felt like a spa oasis with the high ceilings and outdoor feel. The complex pool was right next to the unit and most days, felt like our private pool. The complex itself felt very safe and private. While Jaco beach isn’t the star of the show, our airbnb location was ideal for accessing all the other great beaches, nature preserves, etc. in the area. And, when going out isn’t in the plans for that day (we stayed there for a month), the vacation vibes kept vibing thanks to the pool, patio, and pretty parakeets that seem to live onsite. 😉 …thanks for your recommendations (Tsunamis for sushi is a must!), above and beyond accommodations (beach chairs and towels), and prompt replies during our stay! Optimal host and stay.

Les recomiendo mucho hospedarse en esta casa, es igual a lo que se muestra en las fotos lo que es ideal ya que en muchos AIRBNB son fotos de hace años y las casas están deterioradas. Dennis nos comunicó sobre un inconveniente 1 hora antes de realizar el check in con la tina de hidromasajes y sin embargo pudo resolverlo en minutos lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. La ubicación es muy buena ya que queda prácticamente a 500 metros de Farmacias, restaurantes y supermercados. Otra cosa que valoramos muchísimo es el tiempo de respuesta de Dennis que era casi inmediato. Las instalaciones del condominio son súper buenas, una de las piscinas queda cruzando la calle lo que hace que la ubicación de la casa sea perfecta! Todo en esta casa era genial…!!! No puedes pedir más. Sin duda volveremos.

This place was a wonderful place to stay! The backyard is very special and quiet with the waterfall pool and the beautiful artificial grass that was perfect to stretch out on. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed to make a few meals and the bedrooms were wonderful with comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains that let us sleep extra long into the morning! When we had trouble getting in (my fault, I was looking at a key box on the side of the house rather than at the digital keypad on the door handle), Emmanuel immediately wrote back and helped us get into the house. His fast and friendly response made me feel comfortable to reach out with other questions if needed, but most other useful information was spelled out, so it wasn't necessary. This will definitely be our first choice if we find ourselves back in Jaco someday! Thank you for hosting us, Emmanuel!

En general todo muy bien. Las instalaciones son sencillamente hermosas, José Luis muy amable, la ubicación excelente.

This is one of the best condo buildings in jaco. Easy check in. Great location good beach and pool acces. Mostly rental units second time I have been in this building. Phillips unit has the best view in the building.

El lugar está súper bonito! Me encantó lo fácil que fue el acceso, la casa estaba impecable y nos encantó los diferentes espacios. Fui en familia y me gustó que tenían algunas cosas para jugar, mi hijo y yo aprovechamos el espacio para jugar tenis y futbol en el área verde junto a la piscina. La comunicación fue excelente y siempre contestaron mis preguntas. Excelente host, súper recomendado!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Danilo. L’endroit était super propre et bien équipé, le lit de bébé était parfait pour notre coco de 20 mois. C’était vraiment un beau séjour.

From check-in to check-out everything was great. The place was just as described. Caroline’s place is toward the top of Veranda so it is quiet and private. She had everything we needed plus more. We have stayed in Los Sueños for the past 5 years and know what to bring with us. It was awesome being able to pack less, because Caroline provided the extras we normally have to bring. From the Keurig to the tide pods and beach towels, Caroline made sure her condo had everything we needed plus more. It is the little things that matter most when it comes to traveling and Caroline has thought of them all! Definitely will be back.

Montserrat’s place is a great place to stay. The condo is very modern, spotless, with great Mountain View’s, and a small ocean view..The place has 24 hr on staff security and is in a gated community. Check in is easy! Montserrat is a great Host, she goes above and beyond to assure you have a great stay. She is very responsive and is a pleasant Host. I will be looking to book again. We loved our stay at Casa Keda. Petra was very responsive and helped in any way we needed. Helped with recommendations of places to visit and where to go. Would definitely go again. Very clean and private. Would definitely recommend

A perfect beach apartment. Just in front of the beach, well equipped, you got all you need for your vacations. Its a very safe place, easy access, 3 swimming pools and a clearly marked parking place. The host was always available. 100% recommended.

This was one of the best rentals that we ever had. The apartment is gorgeous with great views and right at the beach. The pool is lovely as well. Thanks to other reviews, we did some grocery shopping before we arrived so that we did not have to leave during our 3 night stay. We did eat at the restaurant one afternoon and it was good. We hope to return one day soon. Thanks to Jose and his wonderful hosting.
