The moment I saw the photos of this place, I instantly fell in love—it truly felt like home. Without hesitation, I booked it, and sure enough, when I arrived, it felt even more welcoming than I imagined. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and impeccably clean. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from fresh towels and toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking or dining in. But the absolute highlight? The amazing bed with a pedic mattress—an absolute dream! The owner clearly has great taste and puts a lot of thought into every detail, making the stay incredibly comfortable. If you’re visiting Jakarta, especially around Menteng, this place is a must-stay!!!!! ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gold Coast PIK Sea View Apartments and overall, it was a delightful experience. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The view from the room was particularly impressive, providing a serene backdrop throughout my stay.

Letaknya strategis, dekat dari stasiun MRT Bendungan Hilir dan LRT Setiabudi, unit sangat nyaman dan bersih, amenities lengkap dan terawat dengan baik, handuk dan sepreinya juga wangi dan tidak kotor

My family was in Jarkarta for 7 weeks. This 3 bedroom apartment was a great fit for us and became our home away from home. With MOI next door, there are many places nearby to purchase food, and if one wanted to cook, there are grocery stores nearby as well. We didn't have much need to contact the host, but I did have one day where I left the apartment, forgot the key in the apartment and the host was able to quickly respond and get us back in. This building has a nice walking path (about 750M) around the perimeter of building with along with swimming pools and tennis courts. Other residents I encountered during my daily walks were very friendly. Lastly the reception team in the building were always friendly and helpful when coming into or leaving the building.

Loved the place! It's clean, designed effectively (not the prettiest but very practical!) and it had everything we needed. The location of the apt is super convenient, what with an LRT *and* a busway stations nearby. The room is on the 36th floor and you can see Jakarta restricted only by pollution. (Yeah.) Tere was also very helpful and for the most part responsive.

Farah’s 2 bedroom apartment, up high in a skyscraper, is a great place to stay. We are relocating to Jakarta and needed a long term furnished rental while we wait for our household shipment to arrive. The apartment is very comfortable, made up to invite you in. Farah was very responsive when we had questions and very helpful. We have no problem giving a high recommendation and 5 stars.

Strategis, bersih dan sangat mudah untuk checkin & checkout. Sayangnya cuma dapat selimut kecil 2, padahal kamarnya ada ac.

We stay here for our visit to Jkt everytime. Asya is always helpful and responsive to our requests, and the location suits us as its in the centre of the citu with easy access everywhere.

Nginep disini cuman 1 malam karena mau staycation bareng temen buat bukber dan saber, tempatnya ternyata nyaman banget, peralatan makan dan masaknya lengkap, kita yang tadinya mau makan diluar jadinya malah di unit aja ngobrol dan masak masak bareng, dikasih handuknya banyak dan wangi, dikasih barengan pas ambil kunci. Host nya super baik dan responsive. pokoknya bakalan rekomendasiin ke temen temen yang mau staycation juga dan juga akan balik lagi kalo butuh tempat staycation. Unitnya deket banget sama lift dan mudah ditemukan. Ada setrikaan juga dan dikasih free kopi, mie instant dan juga air mineral. pokoknya wow banget deh. Thank you so much 🩷

semua sesuai deskripsi dan emang homeyyy bangetttt, cuma karena letaknya dekat toll jadi agak berisik tapi untuk aku pribadi masih fine bangettt, dan barang2 yang dipake semua bagus2 juga kualitasnyaaa, pokoknya bikin nginep lebih lama lagiiii

untuk yang ke sekian kali kami menginap di apartemen milik Christian, lokasinya dekat dengan 3 mall besar di Jakarta Barat, Central Park, Neo Soho dan mall Taman Anggrek, ada akses langsung ke mall Central Park melalui East Tunnel, ada mini market yang buka 24 jam di area kolam renang. Semoga bisa kembali lagi.
