The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

We had a great week staying at Casa Tortuga--a beautiful 3 bedroom house with a lovely backyard garden and pool. It is in a quiet part of town, especially the 2 bedrooms facing towards garden, and situated in a local neighborhood just a 4-minute walk to the main street and 7 minutes to the main plaza of Sayulita. We were very happy with our time here, and our hosts were responsive with questions we had during the stay. I would recommend this casa as a great value and nice option away from the business of the central area and beach front.

This a huge, well laid out and modern house in a quiet, traditional neighborhood away from the craziness of centro. We loved our neighbors and the easy access to stores, fish, and restaurants around us. It's an Uber to beach, but very, very worth it.

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

We had a great time at this convenient and nicely appointed home. It had everything we needed and a wonderful host in Drew. The king bed in the master was a little challenging for us, being extremely soft but others may find that to their liking. Highly recommend…

We had the opportunity to stay at Casa Castillo for a week. My husband and I were joined by one other couple in the house, though it would easily accommodate a third couple with its 3 bedrooms, each with its own dedicated bathroom. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house looks a bit ominous on the approach, with a 14-foot-tall wooden door and three stories. But inside, it is warm and welcoming. We loved the coziness of it. We spent hours on the covered patio near the pool, drinking our morning coffee and later, unwinding after a hard day of work at the beach. The host, Brandi, was amazing in how quickly she responded to questions. She even gave us a bit of history of the house after I asked, telling us it was modeled after an Irish castle by the original owners. One thing of note is that the house had a number of amenities: a basket of suntan lotions, first aid kit, towels for the beach, a rack of sunhats, and the kitchen is equipped with just enough spices.

We loved our stay from the first minute (when Ramon waved down our Uber driver who had driven past the entrance) to the last (when our hosts wished us a safe journey home). Truly everything about the place was wonderful: the bright warm colors of the buildings themselves (inside and out); the lush garden; the four sitting areas; the terrace just outside the lower bedroom; the fully-stocked kitchen (we had everything we needed for cooking meals); the privacy of the two bedrooms created by having one separate from the others; the comfortable beds. Even after a week of staying there, we continued to exclaim to each other, "It's so beautiful here!" Our deepest appreciation goes to Miguel, for the magical garden he tends so tirelessly, Mariela, for doing a load of laundry for us when we ran out of clean clothes, Ramon, for responding to our every need and our hosts, Posie and Don, for sharing this wonderful place and for their warm welcome and recommendations.

Me encantó mucho la casa, la verdad cumplió con todo lo prometido el agua de la alberca súper calientita y los jardines súper lindos, te daba una vibra muy bonita ☺️ Solo que el internet se iba mucho, pero no perjudicó mucho ya que queríamos unas vacaciones sin tanta tecnología, sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí!! muchas gracias a la anfitriona que siempre estuvo al pendiente

Exceptional stay at Bede’s home. We stayed there for a week for a family celebration. We all had a ton of space to ourselves and to enjoy as a group. We appreciated Ester’s help as concierge to book catered dinners and transportation. Roberto the Chef and Martin the Driver were spectacular. Everything went so perfectly and smoothly. Cleaners even came midweek which was so nice. I would absolutely stay there again. Don’t hesitate booking if you want to be centrally located, have spacious accommodations with a compound feel while still feeling like you have some amenities of a hotel.

Muy hermosa propiedad, confortable y espaciosa. Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días y sentirse como en casa, habitaciones grandes y cómodas, baños suficientes para no batallar, mini splits para aguantar el calor; el área de la alberca increible. Definitivamente regresaría a pasar unos días ahí

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Bonita was amazing! It's a beautiful house with an amazing pool and an awesome outdoor chill spot. The house itself is very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a big hill to walk up and down from the town center, but that was ok with us. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Overall, a perfect stay!

I cannot say enough about how amazing our week was at Marg’s casa! Our family of 6 plus our 2 yr old granddaughter stayed for 7 nights and it was perfect. Not only was she extremely helpful and responsive during the booking process and with all questions prior to arrival, our accommodations exceeded all expectations. The highlight of our stay was Carmen and Fidel. Fidel greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the home and how to operate things like air conditioner, tv, pool lights, etc. we had Carmen prepared breakfast and most dinners and these meals were by far some of the best meals we’ve had! She is an amazing cook and our family loved everything she prepared! The ceviche, guacamole, fresh fish tacos, chicken enchiladas, freshly squeezed orange juice, French toast, eggs, and literally everything was a 15 out of 10! It was an absolute pleasure to have her around! The property was beautiful and all rooms very clean. I wouldn’t change a thing and looking forward to going back!

We had stayed here in previous years, and would be happy to stay here again in the future when looking to stay near the center of Ajijic. I would say "ditto" to my previous review a year ago.

Place was as described, easy walk to the beach, nice and quite street. Having the canal in the back is great. Everything was clean and AC worked great. I would definitely stay there again.

Excelente atención del anfitrión, la casa super limpia y hasta con un aroma muy agradable aparte de que cuenta con todo lo necesario, excelente ubicación frente a la playa, lugares para comer muy cerca, sin duda volveremos en otras vacaciones super recomendable

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

Excelente espacio para relajarte y pasar unos días fuera de la rutina, las amenidades de esta casa son perfectas para pasar un rato con amigos y familia.

Spectacular setting. We had 3 generations sharing 3 sections. Spacious and private. Pool very sweet for babies and kids. Very steep hike to beautiful beach. Brenda prepared 3 delicious meals for whole group. Cost effective. great at bedtime. Lunar Eclipse made us aware of boundless sky and sea. Sayulita itself fun/touristy. Appreciated porta crib, lots of fun games. On the downside, every Uber and hired van had difficulty finding the house. Brenda was very helpful but we had family arriving at different times-harrowing in the dark. Often Google map brought us within a half mile, but we had no way of knowing this. How about a (digital?) notebook with close up area map with simple instructions for arrival as well routes to beach, town, alternative routes -chronic(?) construction. Also where to hire boat for snorkeling? best local groceries stores? tips like driver and vendors expecting cash. Since beach equipment can't come on plane, providing lightweight beach chairs, boogieboard, etc?

Casa Chica exceeded our expectations. It's absolutely beautiful. The rooms were quite nice and the large outdoor space overlooks the water. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. Paty, Casa Chica's house manage, is super response too and helped us with some shopping. I would stay here again as soon as I can get back to Careyes.
