Comfortable ans cozy loft, excellent use of the space, all the amenities, clean and pristine, host was kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I had any questions or needed something. Excellent location, close to everything, always felt safe and secure here. I will definitely be back to stay in one of the properties offered by this host when I return to Aguascalientes!

Beautiful property! Great location at the top of a hill away from the bustle but a very short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The space itself is well-appointed and high quality. And we felt very safe staying there. No complaints, highly recommend this property.

Wow! What a fantastic home! It is right down the street from Costco and La Comer (a high end grocery store) and tons of restaurants. The bus comes right on the street so you just need to stand in front of the house and flag it down— super convenient. We were so bummed that we found the restaurant Chai on our second to last day. Def check it out. Dante is very prompt for all questions or concerns. The house itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well appointed. We stayed for a month and are already planning our return trip this summer for a three-month stay. Excellent— def recommended!

Tom, Maggie y Scarlett son muy atentos, el lugar está bien, es bonito y limpio. Tuvimos una situación muy alarmante en el departamento que inmediatamente comuniqué y Maggie fue atenta, Tom personalmente fue a mi departamento donde me brindó solución al tema, la verdad es que quitando esta situación todo estuvo excelente, siempre me brindaron atención por mensaje o en el chat de la App, gracias por todo.

El loft muy limpio,muy cómodo y para una persona o pareja está perfecto! Una zona muy tranquila y aunque está sobre la avenida está alejado del ruido! La atención excelente y personalizada! Mikaelle siempre al pendiente en todo momento! Sus perros Osa y Tofu muy sociables 🥰🐶!!! El taller de cerámica Sirocco de su hija Oriane está increíble,todo lo que hacen👌🏼!!! Disfrute mucho mi estancia ahí y claro que volvería!!! Muchas gracias !!!

El espacio fue mejor que en las fotos, me toco estrenar la renovación del loft. Agua caliente, aire acondicionado, Wifi, todas las comodidades funcionando a la perfección, la cama muy comoda. Pepe es una persona calida y con un interes sincero en que la estadia sea ideal para sus huespedes. El vecindario es seguro, y con mucha oferta de restaurantes además de un supermercado al cruzar la calle. Lo recomiendo al 100.

Overall a great experience. I have been to PV several times over the last 20 years and the location and this was one of the best experiences so far. This location is ideal for beach, night life, restaurants, and overall convenience. Our building host Alfredo was so nice and helpful and made our check in so easy. There was a minor issue with the room that he was up front about but it was not a big deal and he was super accommodating. Elíseo the owner of the unit was super responsive to my communication and there were no issues with the rental. We met several of the owners during our stay and they were all lovely and very nice. It was a very mature group of owners/renters and we very much felt peace of mind and not a party atmosphere. We would definitely stay at 353 Amapas again.

Luis is very attentive, friendly, a wealth of Guadalajara knowledge and his 4 legged partner Jenry shares an awesome welcoming wag. We look forward to our move to Guadalajara and knowing Luis and Jenry as our friends.

Bonito loft Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Me gusto mucho la privacidad del lugar, las instalaciones, limpieza. Por la noche desde el balcon se observa una gran vista de la ciudad, sin duda lo recomiento mucho.

Wonderful place to stay! Beach, shopping, restaurants, & groceries are all walking distances. Beautiful streets and building security are friendly & helpful We would definitely stay again

Had a great stay at this loft at Avida! The views were stunning, especially at sunset, and the rooftop was the perfect place to relax. The gym was complete and was a great amenity. The location was unbeatable—close to everything but still peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

The underground parking is easy and convenient, making it simple to come and go. The loft is spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to large sliding windows that offer a great view of Guadalajara’s financial district. If you like to stay active, there’s a walking and running path right in front of the building. The loft was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. Julio was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me quickly and making sure everything went smoothly.

Tiene un estilo precioso el loft, es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla súper, ademas está bien organizado y un acomodado impecable, sin duda volvería ❤️

Sin duda alguna el próximo año me volvería a hospedar en este buen lugar, tiene lo necesario para descansar y pasar una noche agradable. Me gustaría agregar que la pantalla no fue funcional pero fuera de todo. Todo excelente

Haber estado alojados aquí fue la mejor decisión para uno de los mejores días de mi vida, Adrián fue SUMAMENTE atento, amable y respetuoso, además, nos indicó donde quedaban los lugares de interes cercanos como tiendas, plazas comerciales y demás, definitivamente recomendado para su estancia! El lugar muy limpio, bonito, cómodo, privado y acogedor, el único "pero" sería la falta de un horno de microondas o similar para calentar la comida, de ahí en fuera, excelente y recomendado!

Me hospedé en el alojamiento 3 noches. Todo coincide con la descripción y las fotos. El hostal siempre atento y amable, al pendiente de lo que se necesitara. A pesar del calor el alojamiento es fresco por la ventilación natural y ventilador, no tuvimos necesidad de prender el aire acondicionado. Me volvería a hospedar aquí.
