Spent a day in Ocho Rios with my family of 6 visiting Dunn’s River falls, and needed a place to stay overnight as we had a flight to catch the next day in Mobay. I booked at a different air bnb in a different gated community that went really bad, as we entered that house it was taken over by ants that my 2 young sons freaked out about and refused to stay there. So I was left without a suitable accommodation at almost 6 pm at night when I searched and came across this listing hosted by Janet and luckily it was available. I booked and it was ready for me within 20 minutes. Janet was a great host, the place was modern, very big screen TVs in all the rooms, locks and keys for each rooms in case travelling with a group, garbage bins everywhere, good size private backyard for kiddies to play or private couple time, AC kicks in instantly with cold air, separate beach towels provided, access to laundry to wash and dry my beach stuff, comfy bed and linens, and as my kids said…. NO ants/bugs!!!

Jamaica dreams come true at Slippers Villa! Immaculate, spacious accommodation with everything our family needed. The serene views and perfect location enhanced our stay, but the PEOPLE made it magical. Jeffrey, our exceptional host, provided clear communication and warm hospitality—especially to my mother who needed healing after losing her son last year. Garfield (driver) shared invaluable local knowledge, while James prepared delicious meals with genuine warmth. Housekeeper Stacy kept everything spotless! The welcoming community instantly made us feel at home. From sunset beach walks to morning coffee on the veranda overlooking the Caribbean, every moment was perfect. Jeffrey, Garfield and James went above and beyond for my family—a kindness that means more than I can express. Slippers Villa exceeds all expectations! If you're considering Jamaica, look no further. This hidden gem offers authentic island living with luxury touches. We're already planning our next trip.

Our large group of friends had an absolutely wonderful stay! Coleen, the house manager and cook, and Pepper, the puppy truly made our experience unforgettable. Coleen's cooking was outstanding, and we were genuinely sad to leave. She also offered fantastic recommendations for nearby activities and even helped organize a fishing trip, preparing a delicious meal from the catch. No matter what we needed, she went out of her way to make sure we had it. The beach area was perfect for snorkeling, the waters were calm, and the beach felt incredibly private. We drove ourselves from Montego Bay, and if you're familiar with driving in Mexico, you'll find it easy to adjust to the roads here. We made a few trips to the nearby mini markets for snacks, beer, and a meal. The town is small, but it has a charm, and Black River, the nearest larger town, offers a bigger grocery market. Pepper, the owner's well-behaved dog, was a delightful companion. We all can't wait to return!

Nos hospedamos por 5 días con 2 amigas El departamento es espacioso, muy cómodo y lindo, exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Es fácil el acceso y está a unos minutos caminando de la playa y cerca de bares y lugares recomendados para salir de noche. Valeria fue siempre súper amable, respondió rápido a todas nuestras preguntas. Llegamos horas antes del horario del check inn y nos permitió dejar nuestras cosas para que pudiéramos aprovechar el día de playa mietras que terminaban de limpiar el departamento. Además, durante nuestra estadía accidentalmente por error de uso, rompimos la tapa del anafe y fue súper comprensiva con la situación. Logró resolverlo rápido y tratando de encontrar la opción más económica para nosotras . Súper recomendable! Si vuelvo a Negril, volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl und sicher in der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation und Anweisungen/Beschreibungen waren einwandfrei. Ich habe das Taxi zum Flughafen auch über Bridgette gebucht, funktionierte super. Die Bilder entsprechen genau dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Sehr schönes und gemütliches zu Hause wo man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Man hat alles zur Verfügung was man braucht. Ein Katzensprung zum Strand und auch der Supermarkt ist gleich nebenan. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Bridgette ist sehr offen und freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Danke viel mal für alles.

Savannah at the Vistas is a wonderful find, a jewel in the hills of Runaway Bay. The community is safe, quiet, and cozy. If you’re looking for the perfect place to disconnect and be still, this is a great place to practice. Eileen’s home is the right size for weeks of disconnecting and rejuvenation. We highly recommend her home.

When I say highly recommend! I mean it. The location was great! Prefect for what we wanted. Everything was extremely close by no more than 15 minutes drive to some great attractions and restaurants! The place is just like the pictures but 100% even better in person. The host was so attentive and quick with his responses. Area felt safe and extremely clean! Loved it so much! 10s across the board.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shawnn’s place; it felt like home, and we had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and highly responsive to all our questions and suggestions. If you're considering it, definitely book this place—you won't regret it. Great location also ! My family and I are looking forward to returning. 1000/10

Apryl’s place is a slice of heaven on earth!! Tranquil, clean and really good amenities. Kitchen was well stocked, the barbecue grill was a bonus! And the cookbook was great for trying out new recipes. Loved the trampoline as my adult self could be a kid again. The cleanliness was on point. All in all, I felt right at home! I can’t wait to visit again!

My family and I had a great time! We felt very safe and secure. The photos that we saw prior to booking does not do this place justice. It Looks even better in person! Very clean and organized. I will definitely be staying there again and will be referring my friends! Thank you Leesan!

My stay at this property was exceptional. The host provided clear instructions prior check in and check out. The property was clean, organized and I loved that it felt like home. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with necessities and the location was easy to find. Access granted at the entrance and the ability to move out and in with no issues. Overall I really nice place. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Bahia 128 was amazing!! Pictures really does this home no justice. The attention to detail throughout the house was incredible & it smelled AMAZING! It has everything you need to feel at home. The view in the backyard was my absolute FAVORITE! Beautiful, breezy and cozy! Nicholas was an amazing host! Friendly & GREAT communication! I will for sure be back.. My new home away from home. Thank you again Nicholas !

My family and I usually stay in hotels when we go on holiday and although we have family in Jamaica, we decided to book an Airbnb for the first time and Simone’s home was a fantastic place to stay. We stayed for 3 weeks and didn’t want to leave as it was like a home from home. As we were staying over Christmas and the New Year, Simone made sure we had all the essentials, so that we could make our favourite food over the festive season. The house looked just like the pictures and was clean and tidy with the added bonus of having laundry facilities, which you usually have to pay for when staying in a hotel. Before we arrived I contacted Simone who responded quickly even though there was a 5 hour time difference and when we arrived she was always at the end of the phone responding to any queries I had. I would definitely recommend Simone’s house to anyone looking to stay in the area and I would be over the moon if I could book her home again the next time we plan a holiday in Jamaica.

This stay is in a fantastic location. Private and just steps away from the beach. If a very back to basics stay if for you then the is the place. No AC and the fan is a little small, could really do with a decent fan. Also no easy access to water and would really benefit from An outside grill to cook basically. This isn’t gripe. Still would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again

I really enjoyed Lisa's place. I felt right at home. I never do Airbnb but the exprience at Lisa's place and with Lisa herself was very refreshing. The energy in the home was extremely peaceful. I will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my stay at Cleveland & Susette’s property. I felt safe in the gated community. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. The house looked exactly as described. Instructions for everything were clear. Communication with the hosts was great. I would recommend staying here.

Well where do I begin. It’s the best Airbnb I have stayed in Jamaica. Beautiful tranquil surroundings felt right at home and safe. Enjoyed the whole time immensely. The host ‘Sophia’ was superb very attentive friendly positive energy nothing was too much. Not that we needed her that often to honest as everything was in good working order. Would enjoy staying here again the whole are is fantastic the views/surroundings safety with security. 🎉🎉🎉🇯🇲

For years I've tried to find even half way decent accommodation in Black River and literally gave up. Then I met Landing Strip.... I can't wait for another reason to overnight in Black River just for the opportunity to enjoy this beautifully appointed home again. Thank you for getting it so right.
