Beautiful, Safe & Peaceful Location. Up in the Hills & Away from the Busy Areas, which is exactly what we wanted! All the rooms were very comfortable. The home in itself is quite Spacious & includes a beautiful backyard! The hosts & grounds staff were extremely helpful in accommodating even the most minute details. Highly recommend if staying in Mandeville & would absolutely rebook.

The property has stunning views that were truly exceptional. It provided a tranquil home away from, which was exactly what we were for. During our stay in Jamaica, we chose to rent a car; however, for people who may not feel comfortable navigating a foreign country, taxi fares can be high. Murine, the house manager, was outstanding and treated us like family. Hector, the groundskeeper, was also very kind. Although we arrived late at 7 PM, Murine was there to welcome us at the gate, give us a tour, and clarify how everything worked. The kitchen is equipped with nearly everything one might need for cooking, and there is a coal grill situated by the fire pit. The pool is large, and the hot tub nice at night. We are looking forward to returning next year! As For supermarkets, HiLo supermarket offers the best prices, while Progressive Foods has a better selection, both have parking and easy access to other nearby shops. Raheem, thanks again you for making us feel at home.

St. Thomas Oasis was wonderful, my family and myself felt right at home. Trevor the host was very responsive. I will definitely come back if i am ever on that side of Jamaica again.

Repeat guest group & it was great The house setup allowed for some persons to be working while others relaxed. Kitchen was even better than we remembered & great for pizza making. Being in walking distance of gym and pool was fantastic. The group will definitely be back and for a longer stay next time.

Kevin was a great host. The house was exactly as the pictures. The amenities were what was described. The community was peaceful and safe. We had no issues with the house. Kevin was very responsive with any questions we had. I would recommend and stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely beautiful a real dream. Everything was perfect, from the cozy interiors to the lovely extension outside. The seating area outside was incredibly nice and comfortable, and I felt very warming in the thoughtful setup. The TV outside and the jacuzzi were great touches that made the experience even more enjoyable. The host was responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This was my 2nd time staying at Mineral Heights and I loved it as much as I did in December 2023. My husband and I call it home 🏠. Maxine was wonderful as usual- Clive is amazing and has a real lovely property. Will definitely be back again, hopefully Clive’s property will be available again ☺️when we’re ready for our next vacation.

La Clearview Villa était tout simplement parfaite! Le personnel est merveilleux et attentionné ! Nous avons même eu droit à de belles fleurs sur nos lits! Pethula et Maxine étaient très sympathiques! Le chef Tavoy nous a surpris à chaque repas avec des plats délicieux. Un must pour les famille! Les enfants et les adultes étaient sous le charme de la beauté des lieux! Merci Jenny de nous avoir permis de découvrir la Jamaïque à partir de ce lieu magnifique! Ps: nous vous suggérons MR. Brown pour le transport et vos déplacements! Il est patient, avenant et nous décrit les lieux à chacun des déplacements!

Chris and Kay were absolutely amazing so accommodating, and kind. The house was even more beautiful in person, the pictures do not do it justice. Will definitely be back!

We booked this trip for my wife's 50th bday. She wanted luxury and relaxation. We got what we wanted and more. Javier, the owner was responsive to questions I had after booking. Once we got closer to the trip we were put in contact with Leyre who was also responsive to questions and gave us a clear outlook of what to expect. She put us in contact with our host/chef Anne Marie. We were met by Anne Marie upon checking in and this was by far the easiest check in I've ever had. The house was beautiful and spacious. Upon bringing in our bags we were greeted by rum punch and dinner and that set the tone for how this trip was going to go. The food was simply AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING she cooked was great. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I cannot sing her praises enough. Just because of her we are planning our next trip back. Andrew the security guard was helpful as well. He made us feel safe and showed us a couple of other coves on the property. Great times!!!!!!

loved Nais place. I mainly booked this home for the outdoor space, and it did not disappoint. the house is fully stocked, we were able to cook big family meals with enough dishes and utensils for every one. Micheal was also a great part of our stay. he was very helpful and responsive when we needed anything. he even came and chilled with us throughout our stay. a 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Staff: Davion, George, and Maureen were outstanding—welcoming, attentive, and professional. George always had meals perfectly timed and prepared, and handled all the planning and shopping with professional and ease. Davion was the epitome of Jamaican hospitality—warm, fun, and friendly. Maureen kept everything spotless and ready at all times. Location: The villa isn’t walkable to nearby spots, so plan to rent a car or hire a driver. We used their recommended service and had Carl, who was excellent—professional, punctual, kind, and patient. Villa: All rooms were comfortable and included en-suite bathrooms. I traveled with my 2- and 3-year-old kids, for them the property requires constant supervision with little ones due to multiple stairs, hard tile floors, open balcony railings, and a pool overhang that isn’t child-safe. They provided a pack n play which was very convenient. This house is perfect if you are traveling with older children/teens, so much to do.

1. Location of this house was perfect. Slightly above Ocho Rios with wonderful views and very peaceful. Close enough to get to the beach and restaurants in just a few short minutes 2. House was spacious and clean. We loved that each room has its own bathroom. Outside areas were wonderful for relaxing in the morning and evening. This house was great for my two year old. It was toddler proofed enough that I didn’t have to stress about him every second. 3. The community was great for us, especially with a two year old. It was quiet and hardly any traffic so we were able to walk around and explore. The playground kept us busy for hours. The pool was beautiful, with an amazing view of ocho Rios and the ocean. I loved that it had sloped entry so it was easy for us to play. 4. Host went above and beyond accommodating all of our last minute requests and giving recommendations. She checked on us often. Would definitely would stay again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, luxurious, and filled with personalized touches that went above and beyond our expectations. Shushan, the bartender, was a true artist behind the bar. Her cocktails were nothing short of masterpieces, perfectly tailored to our preferences. Whether it was a refreshing mojito by the pool or a custom-crafted nightcap, her skills added an elevated touch to every evening. James, the cook, deserves a standing ovation. Every meal was a culinary adventure, showcasing fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and impeccable presentation. From hearty breakfasts to exquisite dinners, it was like dining in a 5-star restaurant every single day. Amber, the event planner and scheduler, was the glue that held it all together. Her attention to detail and ability to create a perfectly curated itinerary made our trip stress-free and unforgettable. Give this place a shot!!

Overall, I was very happy with my stay. Elvis is a great host and did so much for us while we were there. It felt like having our own personal guide & cook the whole time we were there. Elvis gave us recommendations of places to go, cooked authentic food for our whole group twice a day (7 people), and took us around Negril to the beach & supermarket when we needed. Seriously, he's really great and elevated this AirBnb from mediocre to amazing. The accommodations themselves are pretty basic (no hot water, no AC, yes fridge, yes fan), but they're roomy and don't have any glaring problems. The only thing I disliked was the loud bar across the street, but even they were willing to turn off the music at a reasonable hour most nights. Also there are some annoying roosters in the neighborhood that make noise early in the morning, but what can you do. It's still Jamaica haha. You can walk 5 minutes to catch a taxi or have Elvis take you places in Negril.

This place is literally a huge slice of heaven nestled here! We were mesmerized from the moment we came through the gates. First of all…the hosts were so amazing! They were very warm and welcoming. We immediately felt like family as soon as we came there. The cottage was well appointed. We kept seeing a different special touch over and over again. I absolutely loved the decor! The artwork and the details that went into everything was impeccable. Even the shower curtain was unique. We were outside at night with a drink and listened to the birds chirping and the nice fresh breeze drifting by us in our cozy chairs and snuggly blankets. The food! Heavenly! Everything they prepared was home grown on the farm there. We had 2 dinners. The first night we had the most amazing fish with rice, veggies and some lemongrass tea. The second night we had some calaloo, okra, salt fish and sorrel. When dessert came we wanted to move in! I extended my stay! Definitely family atmosphere! We’ll be back!

Cottage Blu is a quaint cabin set in the peaceful valley of the Blue Mountains. The surrounding nature is breathtaking with morning glimpses of the Blue Mountain and the river providing a calming background hum. ⛰️ The space was great for my parents and myself, especially with the hammock and tables outside so we could each have our own space. The kitchen has all the basic utensils, plates, and pots and pans. I was glad that I brought some specific kitchen items with me to bake a cake. Jahope, Dale’s brother, was a wonderful guide and naturalist, he showed us all of the plants in the area! 🌿 If you travel here, I recommend using Apple Maps, NOT Google maps as it does not have all the roads. As we got closer to the cabin, we looked across the ravine to see our cabin and asked a very friendly local for more directions. Keep going and there will be more signs along the way! We would recommend having an 4wd vehicle for the trek 🚘 10/10 we would recommend this place and would return!
