Two high tumbs up for Donovan and his place. Donovan was quick to reply and when a minor issue arose, he jumped right on getting it fixed. Super friendly and professional. Place was close to amenities and spotless. Sandra, the housekeeper, was great also. Would definitely stay there again. High praise. You won't regret staying there.

Es ist etwas schwer diese Location zu bewerten. Es ist eine unwahrscheinlich perfekte Lage direkt an der Blue Lagoon mit eigenem Weg und Privatstrand. Mit dem Kajak kann man die Gegend erkunden. Dafür bekommt diese Unterkunft ihre 5 Sterne. Es gibt einige Baustellen auf dem Gelände und es wirkt sehr verlassen und unbewohnt. Wir waren gefühlt die einzigen Gäste. Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt. Uns ist das alles nicht so wichtig, wir haben die Ruhe genossen und uns wie "Bonzen" gefühlt. Besser ist es, wenn man sich gut ausrüstet mit Getränken und Snacks. Es gibt eine Bar am Strand, die Menschen sind sehr lieb, das Angebot ist nicht so groß^^ Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen, weil die Lagune eine der schönsten Plätze auf Jamaika ist. Dieser Ort braucht aber unbedingt Liebe ❤️💛💚

I stayed at this beach resort with my fiancée and it really was everything that was advertised and more. Rory made booking very fast and straightforward and she answers your messages promptly. On the day of check in, we received a call to remind us of our reservation and to see if we needed anything additional which I think was a really nice touch. The check-in process upon arrival was extremely easy and the receptionist was very attentive and gave information without you even having to query. I requested an oceanfront room and Rory ensured that we got what we asked for. They also have a few free watersports that you can do while there which is a very nice touch. This place is worth every dollar that you’ll spend. We can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks!!!!

I enjoyed my stay. Place was very clean and look just like the photos. Donovan was very responsive and attentive. I will definitely book again.

We always enjoy our stay, Winfield and his brothers are the most kind layed back professional business men, They all are always so polite and professional, They all take time to great and speak with their guests with a warm welcome, We have been visiting for the past 7 years and the Resort is always spotless and honestly is the one Resort even compared to all inclusives that remodels very often. They take the best care of their property which is what makes us so comfortable and it has become our Home away from Home. The staff does their best to accommodate when it's possible. If your lucky to catch a open date trust me you will not be disappointed and you will definitely become a return guest as well. It's nightly entertainment at the resort, every holiday or event like Super Bowl 🏈 which we attend every year they always have something nice for their guests. Beautiful property! Great beach, pools, restaurants and amenities. Host was great to deal with, highly responsive and accommodating. One caution: the cab fare on that stretch of hwy is so expensive! We did utilize the driver recommended by the host, and he was great, but all cab prices for that area are highly inflated. Tip: once you are in town, you can find well priced Ubers to get back to the condo. We found one for $14USD.

We are frequent travelers to Jamaica. However this was our first time in Negril. Travellers were great! We've stayed at a lot of resorts and this was by far in our top 3! There were a few mishaps, however they were resolved swiftly and personally! We really appreciated that. It was not all inclusive, but there is a restaurant on the property and the prices were really reasonable! Food was delicious! Top shelf liquor as well 🤪 The crews were attentive and really personable Needless to say we will be returning to Travellers for our next Negril stay 😊
