Dylan was very helpful with making sure my request to be on the first floor with a ramp was met for my 87 year old grandmother. He responded back quickly and was super nice. Would definitely go back. My family loved it there it was so much to do. Everything was in walking distance.

Our stay at the Wyndham resort in Williamsburg was wonderful! We had adjoining one and two bedroom condos which suited our group perfectly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the resort activities exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of equipment available to borrow. We spent one day at Busch Gardens, one day at the resort, and one day at Water Country which made for a perfect balance of activity and relaxation! Dylan was friendly, helpful, and always responded to any questions and inquiries. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

Very nice space. Perfect team for our family. Bathrooms were different but right next to each other. Be prepared to walk up stairs to the main level. Plenty of room.

This was one of the best places I have stayed with air bnb. I appreciated that we didn’t have so much to do before checking out. That was such an awesome perk. The place was nice. There was many options of things to do. Wonderful experience

Stayed with 4 friends for a wedding and we absolutely loved the place. Also, if you like horses this is the spot for you. Billy was very timely with communication which I really appreciated. 5/5 stars.

What a beautiful place for our 3 generation family vacation (ages 1 yr {we brought our own pack n play} to late 50s). We really enjoyed all the extra outdoor stuff, like the kayaks, and canoes, fire pit with plenty of seating, and the hammocks. The storm surge brought the river into the yard for the first day or so but even that we loved. Our dogs lovedbiunding around in it and our little ones enjoyed it as well. Mark was a great communicator. He responded quickly to our inquiries and was quick to respond when a couple of "life hiccups" happened. The house itself has something for everyone, from the movies to the video games and books and games and even toys for kids. Our family especially enjoyed the Florida room off of the Mastoer King bedroom. We definitely recommend Mark's house at Piankatank Point!

The Blue House in Irvington is a gem! David & Laura are incredible hosts! The house is private & peaceful yet an easy walk to downtown & The Tides Inn. It is also conveniently located to explore the Northern & Middle Neck of VA. The hosts have thought of every detail to make this a home away from home. The beds are comfy with pristine linens, bright white towels are provided, both the living & dining rooms are set up to be functional & comfortable, there are lots of seating areas outside to enjoy the beautiful grounds including a patio with grill & lights, the galley kitchen is complete with everything needed to make an easy breakfast as well as a complete dinner using all of the fresh seafood available in the area. David & Laura were extremely easy to communicate with & were so cooperative in dealing with our very last-minute booking. They provided lots of helpful information about the area’s many special places. They responded quickly to any request. A magical place!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space for our family and a beautiful backyard Oasis. William was very responsive answered my questions immediately and gave me great suggestions for restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice. Had a great time staying in it. Had creeky floor boards and the staircase handle was wobbling. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. I loved the backyard it was nice a big.

Our family of 6 has a great time. Plenty of space at the unit and the amenities were even more than described. We'll be coming back!

Great amenities - my family had a blast! The resort even heated the outdoor pool up enough for outdoor swimming in December. This was our second time here and we would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Williamsburg.

Great place to stay and had a good time checking out the area. Property had all the amenities that our family liked. Would stay there again.

We loved it here! The amenities were great. The indoor pool had just been remodeled and was really nice. The kids loved that they could play unlimited arcade games. The front desk employee told us that we could go to the other two Wyndham properties in the area (less than 5 minutes away) and use their amenities if we wanted. This worked out great because the outdoor pool & putt putting course were both unavailable due to renovations, so we just went to the other locations for those. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient; everything we wanted to visit in the Historic Triangle was close by. We even found a nice beach area about 20 minutes away.

Amazing stay. We were right across from the activity center where there was a cinema, heated indoor & outdoor pool, mini golf, arcade, restaurant. Activities for kids and adults every day. My kids would have been happy never leaving the grounds. Not really walkable to Colonial Williamsburg. It’s almost a 2 mile walk, and then you walk so much at Williamsburg— just drive. And there is a washer and dryer in the unit! Big help if you hate taking home tons of dirty laundry. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our vacation, and the place was awesome. The place had great amenities, and the host was a great communicator. I would definitely recommend this place and host.
