Perfect location. The condo is huge! Clean , safe and in a perfect location to get to attractions and local stores. The outdoor space is a bonus! Highly recommend.

Location was perfect for all there is to do in the area. Very quiet and peaceful and our group enjoyed the stay!

Always a lovely stay at Historic Powhatan. Peaceful, isolated from traffic noise and high volume traffic. However, very close to the center of Williamsburg and the Jamestown site and Yorktown. If you like Virginia history, this is the place to stay. Units are very comfortable, kept in great repair. You can't go wrong staying here.

We had a great stay! It was very close to Busch Gardens and all other Williamsburg attractions. The space was great for us and our 2 children. Great place to stay!

The space was set up exactly how described and was clean. We enjoyed a great stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, but that was not the fault of the host, rather the resort.

We loved that we were right by Kidsburg and all the amenities the resort had to offer. The apartment was clean and equipped with dishwashing detergent, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner. The units are one level with people above or beneath you so be aware of this if you are super sensitive to hearing feet on the upper level, but we were ok with that and really enjoyed being in between Jamestown and Williamsburg and also feeling like we were at a place we could stay at and enjoy.

Second time staying here, second time never wanting to leave! We love the Powhatan resort! So much to do, friendly staff, clean apartments! Best part is you can’t beat the price!!

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and roomy space, areas to walk and eat. If I could complain it’d be the limited parking.

Enjoyed the resort. Indoor pool was great. Activities area was wonderful too. Close to town and lots to see and do.

What a great townhouse and so affordable for our spring break trip! The kids loved the indoor pool, and we made day trips to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens.
