Excellent place to stay, house looked just like the photos. I would HIGHLY recommend this house to stay at. We felt right at home. Location was great and the view of the water was relaxing. Will definitely be coming back.

We frequently travel to the area as our son is there (military base & college) & we’re always looking for a great place that feels like home while we’re away. It’s not often we can achieve this however at Daniel’s place we felt right at home! The home is more beautiful than the pictures, extremely comfortable, welcoming & clean! You walk in to great aromas, soft music & a relaxing atmosphere. Daniel was very kind, responsive & we truly enjoyed our stay! We will absolutely book his place again! My husband, pup, and I traveled to Jacksonville, NC to visit our Marine, his wife, and their new baby. The home was beautiful, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The expansive outdoor area made it feel as though you were in the middle of nowhere, yet in reality you are close to everything (restaurants, grocery, gas, etc...). The huge walk in shower has made me rethink my own bathroom, as I would love to have something similar in my home. Cathy, the host, was always available and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. If available, we will definitely stay here again next time we travel to the Jacksonville area.

We wish we’d had more time to spend on site, but we were in the area for our son’s engagement, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the many things to see and do there. The tent was adorable and clean. It was great having our own private bathroom “attached” to the side. The landscaping right in front of the tent made it so welcoming and homey, the Adirondack chairs were a perfect place to sit and enjoy our coffee each morning (there was also a fire pit with wood available to use, which we would have loved if we’d had time in the evening - there were even s’mores supplies in the tent!), and the decor in the tent was perfect. It was truly a great experience, and our family really enjoyed it! The host was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice clean home. Kitchen was fully stocked which was super convenient. Everything was exactly as described.

My husband and I stayed a weekend at A frame of mind for our wedding anniversary. We have taken weekend trips through Air bnb every year on our anniversary and both decided this was our favorite. We have been to 6 water front locations and this was truly unique. We highly recommend a frame of mind.

The house was very homey and comfortable with everything you’d need for a long term stay. A fully stocked kitchen, laundry set up, and cozy details. The house is centrally located and easy to find. There is a fun backyard and patio area to relax. The master bed was comfortable. The addition of a fireplace makes the living extra cozy. Absolutely love the skylights This place really felt like home and I look forward to returning. Thanks!
