Lots of room. Big private back yard for our dog to run around. Fun games in the game room. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

This is the perfect place. Carolyn is modest with her description of her home. This is amazing. The view of the river is great. Home was decorated beautifully. My sister called it fancy. Carolyn gave total access to her home plus detailed instructions for access to the internet. She responds immediately and walks you through whatever you need. Although their are plenty of fish and crabs restaurants near, you don't want to visit one because you can catch your own right from your own private dock. The dock is screen, keeping buzzing insects out. The hom is located across from the public loading docks. I rented jet skis that delivered and picked up rather than meeting at the public dock. The dock is a bonus, especially since it rained. I could sit and watch the rain without getting wet. Probably the most amazing, I saw a dolphin. It came to the dock, looked at me, and swam away. I strongly recommend Carolyn's home.

One of the nicer Airbnbs we've stayed in. Clean, well appointed, and maybe most importantly - very comfortable beds. 10/10 would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and entry into the home was very simple. The house was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. John provided excellent recommendations on local restaurants and coffee shops. I would definitely stay again.

House was fresh, clean, and comfortable for my family + 2 dogs (really appreciated the fenced in back yard). We did not have difficulty with the lock on front door as others noted, but the handle is loose. House was nicely decorated and well-equipped. We did not have any issues with the space during our stay but would recommend repair or replace of sliding glass door in back since the handle is missing so no traditional lock and security of door is questionable (only has a manual security bar).

What a perfect place to stay! We parked the car upon arrival Friday, and walked to everything we wanted to do in town all weekend. The house is great, and the neighborhood is clean. Will definitely be our go to place to stay on future trips.

My family and I have stayed at many AirBnb locations over the years, but this was the best, by far, of them all! Sue has thought of everything, and those details really set this home apart from the rest. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the home is very spacious and well appointed. This home is on our “definitely will come back” list!

We came for a girls trip and everything was perfectly within walking distance. Night life, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The house was clean, beautiful and we would definitely stay again. The host was gracious, kind and responded with any request quickly.

This place was perfect. It was my wife’s birthday and we decided to take a quick trip to Charleston. Not only was the place clean and immaculate but the bedroom was decorated nicely for my wife’s b-day with her favorite color, flower petals on the bed and a nice gift. She absolutely loved it. We felt at home during our entire stay and the host checked on us and provided excellent restaurants. This will be my go to chill out spot when I visit Charleston.

very respectful upbeat personality and generally a great person. supplied all the main amenities. I flew across the United States to undergo a serious brain surgery procedure, she was available to all of my requests and replied back as soon as possible she also added a very sturdy ramp and railguard on the side of the three stairs going into the main house. her courtesy could not be matched and she is one of the best top notch airbnbs in this area. also to make my stay more comfortable and more at home she asked me what types of drinks and snacks and breakfast items that I would like upon arrival and fulfilled each request. I've never had this type of service at an Airbnb before and was blown away on the cleanliness and high standards of care that she has for the people that stay in her homes also she reached out to me to see if I'd like anything washed like the bathroom rugs and the kitchen towels. this Airbnb is only about 5 minutes away from CHS airport and is well located.

Quiet, private, great layout, very cute. Loved how quiet and private it was yet in walking distance to King Street and the downtown tourist sites. Very clean and well-appointed, bathrooms larger than expected. Would definitely stay here again!

Beth and Joe were friendly, helpful, and great hosts! Made me feel completely at ease staying in a room in their home. They thought of all the things a traveler might need and anticipated questions you might have. Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Not an issue for me, but for others, know your room is upstairs. I was grateful to have access to their kitchen and food to make myself breakfast in the morning. A super stay that perfectly met my needs for this trip!

The place was as described plus added gracious touches by a thoughtful host. We had a long drive, arrived at 1:45 am and we checked in easily with oranges, cold water, ibuprofen, some candies and a cozy bed waiting. It was beyond appreciated. Would stay again.

Catherine’s Airbnb was definitely in the top 5% of the Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. You’ll be “part of the family” so to speak. My suite upstairs was perfect, with lots of thoughtful bathroom products in case you forgot something. The bed was comfy, the room a treat for respite, eating, personal care. And Catherine is a delight!

Het verblijf bij Regatta Inn overtrof onze verwachtingen. Het verblijf bood veel toegevoegde waarde, zoals gratis gebruik van beach cruisers, een happy hour (met hapjes en drankjes) en een fijn ontbijt. Vers fruit en verse koekjes. En bovenal rust en ruimte en een prachtige kamer (met heerlijk bed) en een ruim balkon met twee comfortabele deck chairs. Het strand is op 10 minuten lopen en het strandhuis zelf en de omgeving is prachtig. Absoluut een aanrader!

Such a relaxing place to stay! My boyfriend and I decided to do a “staycation” and this was the perfect choice. My favorite part is that it was pet free, I couldn’t find any other bed & breakfast in the area that was pet free as I have allergies:) The host is amazing and so sweet…we felt right at home❤️

Christy set the bar high. Although we didn’t partake, we appreciated all the extra touches, the breakfast and late night snacks of cookies and microwave popcorn. Our room was sizable with lots of windows. Shower was to die for. We enjoyed easy access to downtown and Berts- always a great stop for anything you might need. We would rate our stay a 10 out of 5 if we could. This is Folly’s best kept secret :)

easy spot to stay in charleston. Bit of a walk downtown but a beautiful walk and appreciate everything done to help us feel comfortable there.
