We loved our stay. We were very comfortable at YOURPAD! The bed was great and had a very nice bathroom. We would come back again!

We had a great stay with CHC Vacation Rentals. The place was spotless and comfortable. There are so many great places to eat and shops within a block of the property. We stayed while visiting colleges and it was the perfect location. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. The parking space is SMALL so definitely keep that in mind if you have a larger vehicle but there’s off street parking on the road. Overall great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time visiting Charleston. The place was the perfect spot to walk and explore the neighborhood. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Important things for me are, comfortable bed, good water pressure, clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, we had good water pressure, and the place was clean. We did not have coffee, but we survived -The beach access is nice, we enjoyed the screened porch and having a bed that faces the ocean with double doors that open made for a spectacular view. My group and I had a blast visiting Charleston and CHC Vacation Rentals made everything extremely easy! They were responsive, very clear and overall a pleasure to speak to. We enjoyed the walkability and close proximity to King Street!

Our stay at The Charlestonian was perfect. It was very comfortable and had all that we needed. Location was great as we walked almost everywhere we went. Very nicely restored and to its time period. Thank you for having us!

We helped our daughter and her nursing friends plan a long weekend and the property was perfect. Here's their combined review: "We had a phenomenal time in Charleston and CHC Vacation Rentals contributed to our trip. They were more than accomodating when our plane landed early and we arrived to a spotless apartment with an additional gift bag welcoming us (so very thoughtful). This location is just a 5 minute walk to all the action King Street has to offer. But since it's all located just around the corner from the action, we never felt unsafe or like there was too much noise! Very close to all the cute shops too. We were able to cook breakfast in the apartment with the full kitchen and supplied cook set and dishes, etc. This allowed us to have a few meals at the apartment when we were not ready to start our days. We could not say enough good things about this amazing apartment and the helpful team at CHC Vacation Rentals. Thank you for helping us have a perfect stay!"

Extremely comfortable beds, spotless home, tons of extra towels and linens, well stocked kitchen, excellent wifi and tvs, super great location, and very safe for a family with kids. This is the best Air bnb I have ever stayed at . 100 percent perfect stay!

Group trip to Charleston with 4 couples. The house was excellent and exactly as billed with spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen, huge hot tub and beautiful marsh views. Less than 10 minutes to downtown the location is a no-brainer. Would highly recommend for group trips. Of note the bunk bed room doesn’t have its own bathroom and the only other bathrooms on the floor are in the 2 other bedrooms so just have to be comfortable with that set up (probably best for kids but worked for us!)

One of our sons had a baseball tournament at Shipyard and it was just what we needed. When it said 4beds 2 baths I did think there were 4 bedrooms but there were 3 with one of them having a bunk bed but it still worked out fine for us. (3 kids 4 adults) The pictures do show every room though. It was great and very comfortable. I would go back if we have another tournament there.

We loved our trip. This home was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of beach gear to enjoy. We loved the oversized couch! The location of this home is perfection. We don’t like hearing nightlife and we didn’t have to worry about that here.

Peaceful Haven was a perfect place for a long weekend in Charleston! The older house is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood in James Island, yet is convenient to everything Charleston! It is nicely equipped with modern amenities and very thoughtful supplies. Cathy, Shane and Elizabeth are great hosts and were very responsive to questions. The arrival treats were delicious and a much appreciated surprise.

Perfect spot to explore downtown Charleston. The place was clean, well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. The cottage is tucked back from the street and very quiet which is always a plus. Stevenson was very nice and responsive, 10 out of 10 would stay again.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this location again! The view was perfection! It was very very clean, we had everything we needed. We are sad to leave.

Everything was perfect! We even got to check in early! The resort has so many activities to do! The condo was perfect, pool was right behind it. Not a far walk to the beach and indoor pool was on the way! Would definitely stay here again! We had fun and loved it!

We took a winter getaway with our adult children. The location and views were great! We could walk to many shops, bars and restaurants, and did a bike ride one day. It’s About 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and the ocean view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We’d highly recommend!

We had a great experience with the place. Everything was easy to access and Dawn was a wonderful host.

Liked the easy walk to Presley's seafood restaurant and beach access 37 for sunset walks with dolphins! Waking up with the hot tub right there was a treat. Info packet had helpful sheets like a tide chart, local dining and sights to see.

Lovely and cozy place! Shellie was an incredibly friendly and helpful host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean, comfortable, and had a warm atmosphere. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Shellie, for your wonderful hospitality!

This unit is in a beautiful location. It is a walkable community with access to the beach (the beach is about a 1/2 mile away). It is located close to restaurants and shopping. We did not use any of the amenities such as the pool because it was off season. The unit has space for two vehicles. It is one floor; however, it is a raised unit so there are steps to access it. All of the basics are available, such as linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The ensuite for the king room has a gorgeous soaker tub. There is a shower, but it is cozy. There is a screened in porch to enjoy the lagoon behind the unit. Everyone who works at the property is really nice and eager to assist if you need something. We would definitely stay here again.
