My husband and I stayed at Daphne's place in Kiawah Island for a spring break getaway. It was exactly what we needed! This was our first time in Kiawah; we knew we wanted easy access to the beach, and Daphne's place certainly made that possible. The villa is just steps from the beach via a boardwalk. The beach was both private and peaceful. While spending time at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch as we sipped our morning coffee. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

I booked Tyler's house for a girl's trip and we loved the space. The location is perfect and safe! The designated parking in the driveway helped make the trip stress free. The house is very charming and the beds are super comfortable. Tyler is a great host!

Susan was lovely and very helpful! The Airbnb was very clean and tidy. The outside of the house needs a little pressure washing but besides that, it was a wonderful stay! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Charleston.

Baker’s place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a great location! Would highly recommend staying here if coming to Charleston.

This place was an incredible value for the location and place. Laurie set a new standard for our AirBNB locations--she had thought of all the little things from yummy snacks to fresh towels and linens to easy-to-use lighting systems and fun books on the history of Charleston. The location is AMAZING, a short walk from the Citadel and a short bike or drive from all the notable downtown locations. Ample parking and beautiful surroundings. The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable for those who like to exercise.

Super clean and as described in the pictures and info. Excellent and quick communication. Easy check in & out. On site gym was better than we were expecting and pool was great also! Location was perfect for us since we were visiting family close by; would absolutely book again!

We had a great stay here! This place was in a great location in North Charleston. There were several parks, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. It was also a short distance from downtown Charleston. The layout of the space was a great way to have everyone in the same area but have their own space. Everything was as expected and Matt was very responsive.

We absolutely loved the home, it was perfect for two families to share for a swim meet weekend. It was super close to the pool and plenty of restaurants close by! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, it was great, just wish we could’ve spent more time there!

This is the second time that I have stayed here for local weddings. It was close to both venues and exactly like the listing. Jason replied within minutes to any email and was very accommodating. Until next time, because if I have another local wedding, I will check the availability here first.

This is a cozy, functional space in a neighborhood with three comfortable bedrooms, two with attached bathrooms - exactly as advertised. Our hosts were kind and attentive, and I recommend this listing.

This is a lovely townhouse with excellent accomodations. Comfy beds, lots of bathrooms, open plan middle floor. The location is right next to the highway for easy access to many locations. Meghan was very communicative and easy to work with. We loved our girls weekend!

Possibly my favorite AirBnb that I've stayed in. I fell in love with the property and how relaxing it was. I will be planning my next trip to Charleston around the availability of this place. I also appreciate how accomodating the host was. I have no complaints, just positivity.

Casa Zoë is a delightful cottage and the perfect complement to our Charleston experience. I kept taking pictures of the many interesting facets of the little house and its setting and decor! Stevenson is very proactive and eager to ensure a terrific stay. We loved our days at this amazing place!

Beautiful home. Slice of heaven with pool and privacy fence. Home is set up to conveniently host a moderate sized group; in our case two families with seven people total comfortably. Conveniently located to the SC aquarium, the beach, downtown and plenty of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend

Kevin's place was exactly as described. easy to find and get into, we got in after dark and my kids and I had no trouble. the locations is within walking distance of the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Folly Beach area. we had everything we needed at the condo including beach chairs and a cart to haul them in, all amenities were there including bathroom needs and plenty of towels and extra lines. washer and dryer was very useful and the kitchen was fully stocked for use! we did not have to contact Kevin at all bc everything was perfect a d we had no issues, but he also had everything laid out in his messages on how to check in, things to do in the area, and check out procedure. we loved this place and we will be back!!

great accommodations. near to major roadways and easy to get around and down to charleston

Condo was perfectly located with beach access just across the street. We had a perfect view of the ocean and could walk any where we wanted. Everything was provided including beach chairs and towels. The elevator was close and parking was adequate. We will definitely choose this condo again.

The condo was great for my family's vacation. The secondary bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo from the main bedroom giving teens and parents privacy. The patio is well furnished and comfortable to hang out on in the mornings and evenings. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk or quick drive to golf and other amenities (if you buy the pass, but it's worth it). Overall, great stay.

We had an incredible week-long stay at this beautiful condo, which was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 young children. The condo was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views of both the ocean and the golf course. All three bedrooms were generously sized, and we never felt crowded. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the beach and even closer to the pool, which provided endless hours of fun for our entire family. The easy parking and short drive to Charleston made exploring the area a breeze. Plus, there are fantastic restaurants both nearby and in the city. Steve was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and very easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We loved staying at Michaela’s place! It was very central to everything we wanted to do in the area. She was very responsive and helpful along with wonderful southern hospitality! Amazing place. Highly recommend!!!!!!

The home was very lovely, spacious and clean. It was in a great part of the island and the resort is very nice as well. We had two kids and it was very convenient for staying with children. We appreciated the board games for inside entertainment.
