It was the most relaxing place to stay. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. We will go back.

Loved our stay at the Graham Ordinary! The location was great, very peaceful and close to many trails for hiking and not to far from the downtown area for food and drinks. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us recommendations for nature activities and local spots to grab a bite! They also gave us the pleasure of sampling quite a few of their delicous Meads that they make themselves! 10/10...highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area :)

Place was great. Family loved it. Plenty to do. Communication was great and check in and out was a breeze!

Sarah and her husband are very kind and share their home with care. My husband and I had a very comfortable stay. The $20/person a breakfast sounds like a lot but it was well worth it! Sarah and her husband made one of the best breakfasts we have ever had AND it is a LOT of fresh, organic food, definitely worth it. We didn’t even have to eat lunch that day. The space is great for people wanting privacy or wanting to say hello to their guest visitor. Would highly recommend to anyone and would go again. The internet is weak, but you don’t go to the mountains for the internet haha. Just recommend downloading offline maps and if you need to video chat, Elkton has good signal. Loved going to Shenandoah. Perfect anniversary stay!

We stayed in the Patriot Suite and the King Size Bed was AWESOME!!! Amy & Paul were great Host and made you feel like family. We even went to church with them and were highly blessed! Thank you Amy & Paul for everything!!! We highly recommend staying there! Nancy & Randell

Beautiful grounds. Place was perfect for our 2 families to stay comfortably for 3 nights with plenty of room. Amenities were great.

Rob and Julia were super responsive and accommodated our last minute booking. The condo was nice, clean, and spacious for our family of six. The facility overall was well maintained and good with guests. They were particularly conscientious about covid protocols to keep everyone safe. Unfortunately that meant some of the amenities like the gym and restaurant weren't reopened yet but that will surely change in coming months. So if you're looking for a decent, family friendly spot for a few days, this is definitely good option.

First time staying at this resort location. Prime spot, easy access to. all amenities. Clean space, proactive responses, and engaging staff. Will stay here again for sure!

We had another wonderful stay at the Inn. This is our 3rd visit and we are looking forward to coming back.

The unit was very large and had everything we needed. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg and restaurants. Christian was very responsive to the few questions I had— great host!

First of all, the staff are tremendously welcoming and helpful. They make it worth it, even if you prefer more upscale. If you’re not above an average motel, this one was great… and to be clear, I stayed in a terrible place the night before (no affiliation to Airbnb) so I felt like this one was just grand in comparison! 4 pillows on the bed, white linens, snack machines nearby, mini fridge and microwave in the room, we reheated pizza! Easy access to places around you, and in a cluster of other motels. Patio chairs on the front and a restaurant attached on the side!

Be aware that this is a timeshare unit, which means that you'll be asked to attend a timeshare presentation. However, if you don't want to do it, you can decline, just know to allow a bit of extra time at check-in. The amenities were great, although there was construction going on while we were there.....call ahead to confirm what construction may be taking place. The advantage in Williamsburg is that there are 3 properties, so if something is under construction on the property you are staying at, there are 2 other properties whose amenities you can access. The game room/arcade at Kingsgate is amazing, and all games are free of charge. The outside property is well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. The unit we had was actually a connecting 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom, meaning there were 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms, in addition to the sleeping spaces, so plenty of room for a group. The units were up-to-date, clean and well-designed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Maria was indeed a great host. The loft was perfect for what I needed, and the location was 8-12 minutes to every destinationI selected. I love that I had my own parking space and a lock on my loft door from the inside.

Hotel was nice, check the age first in the extra details page because it’s not put out unless you look, shower floor was dirty, everything else was great.

We had a great stay! The condo is as pictured. The view is very pretty overlooking the 9th green of the River Course. The condo is perfect for 2 people! Marli even supplied coffee, creamer, and bathroom toiletries. The condo was Very clean! Check-in and check-out were easy. I'd highly recommend Marli's condo for a couple visiting Kingsmill!

A great place with lots of room inside and outside as well. Located in a historic neighborhood that is like stepping back in time. It was very clean and well organized and had everything we needed.

This was a great place to stay for my husband’s birthday weekend! It’s in a cute area w/ plenty of its own offerings but w/ quick access to downtown Norfolk. We arrived late in the evening but were welcomed warmly by Erin and Jason and enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant downstairs. Street parking was easy on a February weekend, especially with the overnight parking pass provided. The patio access is essentially a private entrance, and mornings are quiet since the restaurant doesn’t open until 5 PM. Unit #2 was perfect for two people w/ a comfortable queen bed and convenient bathroom across the hall — plus an added bonus of a sitting room and coffee/tea space on the same floor. It would probably not be ideal for very light sleepers due to nightlife sounds on the weekends, but the hosts are up front about this and offer a noise machine if needed. Overall, this was a great option for us and we would stay again in the future!

this place is not what you expect and that is a good thing the pictures on the Airbnb website do it no justice the pictures are beautiful but the home itself is way more beautiful than what you expect you're getting more than your money worth staying here.

Ernesto’s place was spotless and beautiful inside. He had towels, laundry detergent, the necessary kitchen implements, complimentary drinks in the fridge and it was comfortable. We enjoyed our time here and appreciated the cleanliness. He was responsive and we would stay here again. The location isn’t the best but it isn’t the worst for being in a mobile home lot. Ernesto’s place is definitely the most upgraded and clean home in the area. Not much to do in walking distance but if you have a car you’ll be fine getting around to places/restaurants nearby within 30 minutes. VIR is about 25 minutes away which was convenient for us since that’s what we were visiting.
