We had guests coming into town and needed a place for them last minute. Zoe's place was perfect- plenty of space for 6 adults. Good location, easy to get to. Worked out great and our guests raved!

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Richmond. Immaculate with all the amenities you need. It is in a neighborhood with many beautiful, well cared for homes. Cary Street is nearby with alot of restaurants and shops. We felt right at home. We would definitely stay again.

Frank was an excellent host, and provided my friends and I a great stay in early April. Very clean, looks as advertised, and great for a private getaway.

We had such a wonderful stay with friends. The house feels like a home rather than a rental. Beds were clean and comfy, sheets were great, hot tub was hot and well maintained. No complaints- this was a truly wonderful place to stay, and the fact that our furry friend was welcome made it even better ♥️

Big views, comfy bed, cool history and excellent jump off point to explore the surrounding area. It was nice to meet John to at check in too felt like early days of Airbnb. A special find you should consider booking if you are in the area.

Darwin’s place was wonderful for us. We had a group of nine and everyone had their own bed. The house was spacious, neat. and tidy. It was cozy and had all that we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table as well. The location was great. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Wonderful place that I would recommend. The house provided great amenities in the kitchen. The linens were comfortable provided extra blankets that were soft to not like hotels as well as the towels were very soft and fluffy. The theater was an amazing addition. Everything in the house is a smart house was a little different to get used to, but once we understood it was so easy. Our family had a wonderful experience.!

We had an awesome time staying here. The weather was wet and cold but we had such a great time inside because there’s so much to do! Downstairs was the perfect space for the kids with the bunk room and gaming space. We all really enjoyed the pool table and shuffle board. The kitchen is huge and we loved the bar and high top table. We loved cooking here and we played many games at the table. The half circle couch is really cool and we loved the Apple TV. The porch movie room is perfect and the kids want to come back in the summer. We were thrilled the master bedroom has an adjustable bed and we loved the rainfall shower. The koi pond and patio space are gorgeous and we can’t wait to enjoy them more in the summer. Host Erik was responsive and really respected our privacy. Highly recommended.

Tara is a very responsive host. As a Marriott facility, there are staff members on hand to assist with your needs and access to other amenities. The vacation rental itself is spacious and clean. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to drive to anywhere you need to go - dining, entertainment, or shops.
