Jamestown : locations de vacances avec terrasse

This was my second time staying here. Such a great place in town. I hope I’m able to stay here every time I’m in Jamestown. Great host who’s super nice, helpful & quick to respond.

Christopher’s place at Woodson Bend Resort provided all that was necessary for a wonderful family stay the first week of August. The weather was beautiful and so we enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed back porch; the walks to the pool; the dry-accommodating and nicely-decorated living spaces; and, the closeness in proximity to the pickleball courts. After our days on the boat, we were grateful for the ample kitchen space, cookware, utensils, and kitchen linens to enjoy family meals around the table! The location of this unit is excellent - easy to reach the Pro Shop, pool, restaurant, playground, volleyball court and pickleball courts. We did not use the outdoor fire pit, but noticed the stock of wood and great arrangement of outdoor chairs that would make this a very lovely space to enjoy. Would highly recommend Christopher’s place in Woodson Bend!

This is a lovely condo in Woodson Bend resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the windows is of the golf course and provides a beautiful setting. Close to the pool and the pickleball courts. Host did a great job in communicating and checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. This is a scenic area of Lake Cumberland and we rented a boat for the day from Burnside Marina. The restaurants of Somerset are close by and the options are plentiful. Great location and great condo.

The condo was as advertised. We have stayed in many units at this location. Units have a variety of configurations. Communication with the host is good. Take time to connect with them if you want to get a better idea of which units they have listed might be best for you.

The house was perfect for our family reunion, and Teresea and Tim are incredibly kind and helpful hosts. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to fix all our meals, the living area has comfortable furniture for a crowd to hang out together, and it was great to have so many main floor bedrooms with their own bathroom. We loved sitting out on the deck, and the view of the lake was even better than I'd expected from the photos. We highly recommend it and hope to return again next year ourselves!

This place looks exactly what you see in the pictures. The place was immaculate and the owners had anything you need in their house. I was shocked to see the owners even supplied coffee, cream and sugar for their clients. This was the first Airbnb I had ever rented, other than when I traveled to Europe. I will rent from Airbnb instead of staying in a hotel when I travel. If you like to fish, this is the place to stay. It is close to the lake. Thank you Jodell, will definitely be back, but hopefully under different circumstances. My friend said she will definitely tell families that come to visit her about your place.

My first time getting an airbnb and I say it was a success! I tend to be the cautious type of person so the idea of an airbnb was something I was effy about but since my family was there I was a bit more open! Jordan’s place was a pretty good match for me and my family since we had a few people that would be staying in! They had multiple bedding options and a comfy living room! If you needed anything (rags/towels extra covers, few kitchen supplies) it was there! Since it was extremely cold outside we couldn’t enjoy the outside but that’s okay! I honestly wouldn’t mind staying there again!

Hot tub is very nice nice coffee shop 1 min away that had great coffee but also had excellent steaks! Only about 5 min from safe harbor Jamestown marina.

This beautiful home was perfect for my family gathering. We had more than enough room and this house is soo clean! Sand the view of the lake is stunning! Josh was a perfect host and we will definitely be back ! Thanks for sharing !

Christy's place is very clean and she is very friendly. Everything we needed was there and it is a very peaceful place to stay.

I'm from Somerset and our family came into town for Thanksgiving! Our family has grown so big we can't all stay at mom's anymore. This place was PERFECT! The location was close to downtown and only a mile from our mom's. It was large so no one felt cramped. We had 4 children under 3 and they provided a crib and highchair...which we did use. We loved how it is an older home, but updated kitchen and baths. It did remind me so much of a house we lived in for several years on South Central Ave. We felt right at home from the minute we walked in. The bedrooms are large with plenty of room to stretch out...so much better than staying in a hotel. I honestly felt I could live in this house long term. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have NO complaints. The owner has thought of everything that you would need for a very comfortable stay. I would stay here again!

Beautiful condo at Woodson Bend! The kitchen is HUGE as well as the patio! We will definitely stay again!

Woodson Bend is always a great place to be. We love the pool, ability to put your own boat in the water at the resort, the golf and the golf cart community. Debbie’s place is clean, well stocked and as it is shown in the pictures and description.

Enjoyed our stay. Nicely updated condo with plenty of room. Convenient to pool, playground and restaurant. Stools around the kitchen counter instead of table with chairs.

I enjoyed my stay at Woodson Bend and Shannon was a very helpful hostess! Pros -Scenic setting, great for evening walks -Quiet neighbors -Access to resort amenities: pool, golf course, pickleball, basketball and tennis courts, bocce ball field, playgrounds, picnic areas, restaurants (seasonal) -Very responsive hostess who went above and beyond for me when I locked my keys in my car -24 hour gated security -Furniture & beds are comfortable -Plenty of new, fresh-smelling linens are provided -the unit is updated and uncluttered -Excellent wifi strength Cons -No washer/dryer in unit, so bring quarters if you plan to do laundry. The machines in the on site laundry are older but worked well enough. -This unit backs up closely to a nearby condo so be prepared to consider your neighbors -No ice maker in unit. Trays are provided & ice can be purchased onsite. -No coffee pot. There is a Keurig. -Verizon cell service is spotty when exploring the grounds. No issues within the unit

We have been going to Woodson Bend since I was a kid. We finally outgrew my parents place and needed a place of our own. We had a great stay at this Condo. We have 4 kids and the bunk beds were great, the condo was clean, and they had very detailed instructions.

Audra's place was perfect for us! We were staying in town for a wedding at the Legacy Lakes venue, which is only 15 minutes from the Airbnb. We had 4 adults and a baby, and the place had plenty of space for us. It was very clean and had modern decorations that made the space feel cozy and inviting. The location was in a nice and safe area. The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend Audra's place!
