Both, listing as well the Host are amazing. The place was clean and the Host is available all the time. She will make sure your stay is comfortable. The house was clean and AC was on when we reached, just to make us feel comfortable. I personally loved the place, however my only concern were her dogs. She is a dog lover and they are out all the time, so I had to call her all the time whenever I had to go out. I really felt bad cause I checked out early in the morning and had to wake her up just to escort us out. Secondly, I thought that I had booked the entire place, however the owner stays downstairs. I personally like private space where I can come and go anytime without bothering anyone but it just to add that the Villa is not private. Rest the place has no flaws.

Mr.Rohit is super host very friendly Always available for any support. Very beautiful location. I recommend it and in future I stayed at his property.

Lovely stay with a perfect location near Dal Lake, Nishat Garden, and Pari Mahal. The host was exceptionally responsive and attentive to our needs, even arranging cab services for sightseeing. Their politeness and care made the experience truly special. The garden was beautifully maintained, and the bonfire on request added a cozy touch. The electric blankets were a lifesaver in the winter, and the well-behaved caretaker was always available to assist. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay!

A Peaceful Getaway with Amazing Hosts! We had a wonderful stay at this property! Even though it’s a little away from the town, the location is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and enjoy some peace and quiet. The views from the property are stunning, and the garden area is a lovely spot to relax and unwind. A special mention to the caretaker uncle and aunty—they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us with delicious food on request, which added a homely touch to our trip. If you're looking for a serene retreat with warm hospitality, this is the place to be. We had a pleasant stay at heavens villa and resort. Hosts Hafeez and Hammad were proactive and responded well during the times of need. Hafeez took care of our travel plans by booking a professional driver and preplanned itinerary. He was very helpful in the kitchen as well. Apart from minor fixings in kitchen and washrooms (which I have suggested them to do and they responded to fix them immediately), this place is budget friendly and super comfortable for a large group as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and gave us a true home-like feeling. I visited with my family, including kids, and we all felt at ease from the moment we arrived. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel like part of their family. They genuinely cared about our well-being, guiding us whenever we went out and ensuring we had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful—not just as a host, but more like a friend—suggesting the best places to visit in the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the food! Basir’s cooking was simply magical. We tried one meal outside but missed his delicious food, so we decided to have all our meals at the house instead. If you have Basir in the kitchen, I highly recommend enjoying the home-cooked meals—especially his Kashmiri dishes, which he prepares to perfection! A big thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We are lucky to have one more family in Kashmir now.

The place is as described in the pictures and the place is loaded with everything you need . Neighbourhood's : Peaceful, clean and beautiful. Caretaker : Aslam is very helpful and available in property as needed. Cook : Ilayath was a great cook and he makes whatever you need and is very tasteful houseKeeping : Junaid keeps the house clean and ensures to keep the place pristine clean as needed.

Bien que notre arrivée fût tardive, Maggy était là pour nous accueillir. Nous avons eu le plaisir de déguster le repas qu’elle nous avait préparé a notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle résidence de vacances.
