The property was absolutely good. Also the property manager and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This place is located in a serene area about 20kms from Srinagar City. If you want to be away from the hustle bustle and have a peaceful stay this place is perfect. The entire house is very clean and has all the amenities for comfortable stay. It has a lovely lawn and garden, amazing place to have breakfast in the morning. There are apple trees and various other plants. Shahnawaz sir is an amazing host and is always prompt in solving any issues. Powercut is very frequent in area as is the case for entire Kashmir. The house has inverter and a generator for such cases. Only geysers, bed warmers, room heaters are not functional during power cuts. Gas heaters are available in the living area and kitchen. Water pressure is slightly low on the top floor rooms, but pressure pump is available if required. Overall it is a great place to stay with family and friends.

We were a party of 12 returning from a trek and Khalid's place was the best choice for all of us. We felt right at home throughout the stay. Khalid had called me right after booking the property and informed about dinner and breakfast availability. I am glad he called because after an exhausting week, we were treated with great food and beautiful property. Our friends have bookmarked this property to share with their friends. I am grateful to Khalid's staff to have made us feel at home.

To sum it up, we felt like we were at home. I was travelling to Srinagar with my parents and wife. We stayed for 4 days and it was a very comfortable stay. The place sparks with homely vibes. The rooms are cozy and the lawn outside gives you ample space to walk after a good meal. Vidur ji is really an amazing host. He would come down every day to check on us if we needed anything, gave us some good recommendations to eat and shop and took care of all our requests. Desraj ji and Arjun daily served us finger licking meals in breakfast and dinner. They also prepared some local authentic dishes. Overall I would definitely recommend their food over any other restaurant in Srinagar, it was that good. They would make you anything that you would ask for and that too fresh and hot. What else do you need on a vacation. They would also make you great tea whenever you would ask for. Overall I would definitely recommend Wazir house to anyone looking for a cozy stay with great food and location.

The sunvilla is a great property to stay if you are in a group of around 10 members, 4 bedrooms with dining and hamam area with wonderful garden outside is a lovely experience, just 1 thing is missing there that is paid kitchen which i felt little disappointing as every BNB includes it but they clearly mentioned about that so not their mistake. Overall everything was great there and Mr. Faisal is friendly supportive man taking care of the guests very well.

The place was extremely beautiful with the snowy mountain view treating the eyes, the first thing every morning! The accomodation was also cozy & comfortable. The caretaker, Mr. Happy, was very amicable, helpful and enthusiastic. He carried our heay suitcases effortlessly and without any complaints to the 2nd floor accomodation. We were welcomed on our arrival, with a hot cup of delicious apple tea, just the thing we needed to warm us up in the chill of Dalhousie weather. Mr. Happy also helped us to get our lunch delivered from a nearby restaurant on our first day, and also in delivering to us some vegetables we needed for cooking the next day. Overall, we had a very comfortable and memorable stay at this place in Dalhousie.

We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

Outstanding experience, great stay. Hafiz uncle was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole trip. He also suggested some great restaurants and places to visit nearby. This is a must recommendation for everyone. Cheers.

Great place to stay with family. Good peaceful location with all the amenities nearby. They have a caretaker who makes great food and the host is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!
