This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

Legoland perfection! The location is unbeatable, and the property is both clean and welcomingly warm. A fantastic stay overall.

We had such an amazing week for our party of 7 family reunion!!! The house was exactly as described and so well stocked with amenities, most especially books, toys, and any children’s item you could think of for your young boys. Our family had tons of fun using the pool and hot tub, we definitely utilized the wide assortment pool/beach toys and floaties as well. We had a very good time with the special treasure hunt game which was amusement for all ages. Communication was top notch and the recommendations were much appreciated and spot on. We’re already planning our next vacation here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Meaghan's place! She was non intrusive yet quick to respond when we had a question. As for the airbnb, it was spectacular! Inside was comfortable and had everything we needed. The outside - well the pictures can't quite capture the intense beauty of the surroundings. I loved the yoga platform and playing with her cats. A great place to decompress and make peace with the world.

The photos don’t do this place justice. The home was so comfortable - it had everything we needed. The yard is massive and the dogs enjoyed running around. The games in the garage and the barn were so entertaining and it kept my family and I busy. The beds are extremely comfortable and Courtney left us a small welcome tray which was incredibly thoughtful. Communication was great. Courtney is a fantastic host. We LOVED our time in her home and we made some very special memories. We can’t wait to come back!

All I can say is that Cynthia is a great host, and a decent human being. It's a nice house it doesn't bother me that it's HOA but I got complaints from my partner about that. HOA doesn't bother me, it wasn't like we were going to have a wild party. Cynthia's house is everything that you could expect on a vacation, and the mattress in the master bedroom was like sleeping on air. You might have to travel a bit to eateries and fun but it's peaceful and homie when you return to Cynthia's home unfortunately it was cold so we did not go swimming but I have absolutely no complaints. I said she's a decent human being because I lost something and she was willing to ship it back to me. A blessing to have people like her in this world.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It’s hard to find beach houses this close to the ocean that are both comfortable and stylish and clean, but this certainly fit the bill. We adored the lush back yard, appreciated the extra towels and beach gear, and thought the beds were super comfy. There is a tenant upstairs (as noted in the listing) but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Parking is a BIT tricky due to the busy-ish road the home is on, but free and easy enough to fit two cars. And it really is steps to the beach! Can’t recommend this house enough.

If I could give more stars, I would! The place was incredible! The backyard was amazing! The sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous. The house was clean and had everything and more that we needed. Patrick was a dream to deal with! Very responsive, offered advice and tips to navigate his amazing city. We had an absolute blast in San Diego, but would've been perfectly happy just lounging around the house for the 4 days! I would love to return to San Diego again and again, and would without a doubt, stay at Patrick's house every time.

Staying at Nancy's place was a fantastic experience for my family, a family of four including two children. The house is beautiful and Nancy was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is very well equipped, the front and back yards are lovely to sit in. The only difficulty we encountered was that we didn't have longer to stay! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This place was amazing! I stayed here with my family, which included two dogs, and it was perfect! The house and yard were great for my family and pets, and the neighborhood is quiet and private. It was also close to many great restaurants and things to do. Isabelle was a great host! She left us a personalized message, cookies, snacks, and drinks for our check in and was extremely nice and responsive when we had questions. She also had some great recommendations for food and places to see nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, especially if you are looking for a family and pet friendly location close to many great spots in San Diego. I hope I get to come back to the area and stay here again in the future.

Cool little spot right next to everything you could need. Walking distance to the zoo😍 and Balboa park. We also walked to food and grocery. The parking spot was a bonus as well. At arrival, the house was cool and comfortable. I did laundry while there too. It was nice to come home with clean clothes and very little laundry to do. I would definitely stay again.

Our group of 3 adults and 2 dogs felt very much at home in this rental. The living room is especially inviting and of a good size. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor, fenced area was a much appreciated space for our dogs. The cottage gets good light and it was very quiet and private. Russell generously allowed us to arrive early on check-in day when I explained some difficult circumstances we were dealing with. The photographs of the rental need some updating as there is no grass in the outdoor space and the dining room chairs (which are hard and uncomfortable) are different from what is pictured. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Great spot conveniently located near the freeway and downtown Encinitas! Courtney is a great host who communicated quickly and anticipated any needs we would have. The house was clean, cozy, and had ample blankets, towels, dishes, etc. Courtney went the extra mile and decorated for Christmas since we were there for the holidays. Highly recommend this spot!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, well-kept, and peaceful. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, making it super convenient. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely consider staying again in the future. Highly recommend!

Had a nice stay - check in instructions were a little hard to find but once we found the online portal they were pretty straightforward. Comfortable bed, nice shower head, and clean small studio space. Beach gear was provided which was a nice touch. Great location with easy free parking in the surrounding streets. Host was very responsive to any messages.

The pictures on the website were a good representation of the property! Olga has a green thumb, and her gardens were absolutely beautiful! She communicated clearly and responded quickly. Instructions were all clear and check-in was simple. We truly appreciated the treats awaiting our arrival:) The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the TV and wifi instructions were all readily available. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood that allowed for walking to several options for coffee, wine, and meals. The home was truly pet-friendly, and Olga was a welcoming hostess! We'll definitely visit again!

We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

great location and amenities - we really appreciated the garage parking spot as it's in a popular beach area. Easy access to the beach boardwalk, and the house has a nice saltwater pool and spa with all the floaties and life jackets for the kids. We found everything we needed to have a fantastic spring break!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed the gardens, fruit from the trees, hanging out on the private patio which you can do even when it rains since it was covered. Was fun to watch TV outside on the patio, something I can't do this time of year back home. We also enjoyed cooking some kabob's we bought at a near by grocery and grilling them pool side. Everything was so clean and welcoming. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely suggest and would return again if in the area. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind this is the place for you. All the stars, and then some.

Our stay was fantastic -- the home had everything we needed for our family of four (baby+toddler), and the pool/beach/hot tub were fantastic. We were able to travel to Legoland, San Diego, and nearby beaches very easily. The people around the community were also extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely return and stay here in the future!

Greg en Lesley hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Ze waren steeds bereikbaar voor informatie. De woning ligt een rustig gebied op 15 min rijden van alle belangrijke hotspots in San Diego. Dit was voor ons de perfecte locatie om onze trip langs de Westkust te starten.

Super sweet place. Tons of space, comfy bed, great kitchen, great host! Easy parking and access. We will be back for sure!
