A very comfortable and well presented home great facilities and a nice new and comfortable clean and plenty of natural light.

The space was perfect for us during our two night stay. Our son enjoyed playing in the loft space as well as watching the animals in the yard. Natalie was very helpful in providing plenty of ideas on things to do nearby. And everything was an easy bike ride or drive to get to. We will definitely stay again if we get the chance.

Had a lovely weekend in Geelong! Danielle is a wonderful host giving clear instructions and providing a welcome package and a beautiful house! Hope to stay there again in the future. Thanks again!

An outstanding rental. Supplies exceeded any expectation: fresh eggs, sourdough, milk, butter and honey. A great assortment of teas, well equiped kitchen. The house has lovely living areas, both inside and on covered verandas with everything needed plus extras. Beds all comfortable with plenty of places for our personal gear. Beautiful little blocks of luxurious handmade soap. We felt lucky to have found Susie’s house.

We had a lovely stay - a nice cozy home with stunning views. We’d definitely book again!

Everything was great, from the moment you walked through the front door, even the doggies were well catered for, bowls, toys and a bed! The location was terrific and within a 2 min walk, great coffee. Polly was so on top of things, and so our time at this beautiful home was carefree.

Loved staying here! Booked in for a weekend stay and will be booking again. Aurynes's communication was excellent. The unit had everything we needed from snacks, drinks, fresh fruit, eggs, body wash, shampoo, plus much much more. Mine and my friends expectations were well and truly exceeded. The unit was also very spacious! Cannot recommend staying at Aurynes's unit when in the Geelong area.

What a charming little cottage! So nostalgic. Very well appointed. Very clean. The breakfast provisions were fresh. The hosts were very accommodating when we had to change plans. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the authentic feel of the cottage. We look forward to booking again in the future.

This airbnb was a beautiful place to stay. Great view with a balcony to relax on. Soft bed and a nice bathroom. Werner and Karys were lovely!

We had a great stay at Paul's place. It is very spacious, actually larger than the photos show. Everything was perfectly clean. While is is on a busyish road, it was very quiet, and after 10pm there we could not hear anything. The bed was very comfortable and shower pressure excellent. Breakfast provisions provided were very generous and excellent quality. It is really close to restaurants and a less than 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We would definitely stay here again.

Christine was super responsive and helpful. She was quite relaxed about the whole deal and I loved her attitude towards service. Her communication was very open and gracious. Thanks Christine! Sending love and light!

We were down for the weekend to watch the footy. Lots of places booked out, it was a busy weekend in Geelong - boat show/racing, regatta, footy, air show next weekend, lucky to find Nicks place available. Walking distance to GMHBA stadium and eateries and waterfront. Nice place, old unit that’s been done up. Garage is small/low, our hatchback fitted but an SUV wouldn’t. A comfortable stay in a good location. Nick was a friendly and helpful host.

Kaylene thought of everything for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The space is nice and quiet with a lovely little kitchenette (stocked with bacon and eggs, cereals, milk ,juices etc) I highly recommend this AirBNB.

Beautiful little hideaway. lack of kitchen facilities is a bit of a drawback, however we were made fully aware of this before we booked and there are are plenty of cafes and restaurants in Sorento - a short drive but a bit too far to walk

Fabulous place! We had an amazing time and it's probably the best-equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed at. The attention to detail is impressive, with everything thoughtfully provided, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The host truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The location was perfect too—close to town and beach but still peaceful and private. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

Ralph & Robyn are the most gracious host's, I stayed in their cabin situated at the bottom of their beautiful cottage garden. It has everything you need for a short stay, they even include provisions for a yummy cooked breakfast & more. All amenities are extremely clean & well thought out. It's the little touches like the chocolates on the bed side tables & a bottle of port waiting for you when you arrive that I really love. This is my 2nd stay at Potters Garden and I will definitely return the next time I make plans to to visit the Hot Springs again, as it's only minutes away which is very convenient. We stayed 3 nights at Batesford Lodge and were immediately taken aback by the peaceful surroundings. The host Michael is very friendly and welcoming. Our room and ensuite were large and comfortable. We experienced a great sunset at Dog Rocks and wandered through Michael's established garden. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us some foldaway chairs for the airshow to borrow. Continental breakfast was supplied which was an added touch. Jedi and Trixie are gorgeous dogs who love people. We loved our stay there thanks Michael.

I had a wonderful stay. Fay's place was a perfect place to stay for my overnight visit. The space was spotless, very comfortable, roomy . It had a nice, very clean bathroom, comfortable bed and sitting chairs. Fay also provided a wonderful , fresh, healthy breakfast with plenty of options and a couple of snack treats which were very much appreciated. Highly recommend Fay's place.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kuldeep’s . The front section of a house on a new estate on the Bellarine . All as described- very comfy bed and good shower, lots of onstreet parking and walking distance to shops and food outlets. Always feels strange entering by someone’s front door but all sectioned off and private. Only downside was reaching over the bins to get at the lockbox and having to have the blinds down most of the time as the bedroom window is on the street.

The room, artwork, ambience, provisions, verandah space, garden and overall vibe are so lovely & retorative to one's soul. High recommended! I'll be back there soon too.

Relaxed location with a host that is friendly and well informed. Highly recommend the location if you want to relax and rejuvenate. Met all our needs for an overnight stay with good food recommendations. Check in and out very smooth and welcoming. We will be back

We see and appreciate the thoughtfulness put into the space, eg. micellar water wipes, anti slip bathmat and an array of yummy snacks and drinks for midnight munchies! Helen and Julie were so hospitable and friendly that we felt right at home! Thank you for the taking the time to talk to us. There are also wonderful food options just a few mins drive away, and they provided a whole folder of recommendations of things to do / food to eat around the area.
