Had an absolutely fantastic stay! The pictures don’t do the pool or view justice and everything is very spacious. Two things just to know are that there’s definitely some bugs/lizards that will find their way into the house but I think that’s everywhere on the island. Second is that the living room will get quite hot since there’s no AC, but that’s just an excuse to go explore! Overall the place is a gem

This place was simply amazing , super clean and had everything you would need for your stay . It's location is in a quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to beaches , grocery stores and restaurants. Annie the host is the best part of the place . She goes above and beyond to help make sure your stay is flawless. Would definitely recommend staying here . My best advice would be to rent a car so you can visit all the great places Curacao has to offer .

Absolutely fantastic stay! Stayed here during our Babymoon. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos. Both hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, provided great restaurant and activity recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect— private, peaceful and quiet, and close to the best beaches. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches like complimentary drinks, coffee and tea made us feel right at home. After a long flight, I needed a massage and was able to have a travel masseuse come onto the property (with the hosts’ permission). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Peter's place for 3 weeks and we really enjoyed our time in Willemstad. The house has an excellent location, 5 minutes from Mambo beach and 5 minutes to the grocery store.. The location is quiet at night, so perfect for a good night sleep. The community pool is a two minute walk and was very clean and well maintained with plenty of loungers. Peter/Demi were very responsive and friendly hosts. I highly recommend his place to anyone looking to be in a central location.

Like everybody else I think this is an awesome, tranquilo and beautiful little paradise in the heart of lively Pietermaai. So my review will be about the dito awesome hosts. Their love for the villa is so visible; the garden is so beautiful, the bedroom upstairs even has an extra coffee table and it's really easy to feel at home immediately. Remco and Marijke are lovely people, they lived in Pietermaai themselves and can show you all the secret gems in the area an on the island. I hope you'll meet them soon, enjoy!

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze prachtige villa! Diana is een geweldige gastvrouw, en het contact met haar verliep soepel. De villa is erg privé en het park is rustig. Er is een fijne buitenruimte met eigen zwembad en verschillende zitjes, en ook binnen is alles compleet. Enige aandachtspunt is de deur in een van de slaapkamers die niet zo goed sluit (en een aantal raampjes). Verder was alles perfect! Wij komen graag weer eens terug :)

I highly recommend! There's so much good things I can write about. Locations; surprisingly just 3 minutes drive to Mambo Beach which has good restaurants! 3 to 5 minutes to groceries. Approximately 11 minutes to the city. Now the place; stunning view of the sunset, priceless! You can see Michael has put a lot of thought into his home, spacious, comfortable, very clean and spotless when we arrived. The pool is a bonus and there is a lot of space in the yard, the TV room is larger than seen in the pics. The host; Michael has been nothing less than fantastic, even before our booking he was quick to respond with my questions, we were travelling with toddlers and had much questions, he were on point with his quick answers. During our stay he was very helpful providing hints and tips on where and how to go about our daily activities for the most fun! We had a challenge at the end of our stay (no fault to Michael) and he went above and beyond to assist us. Thanks much Michael!

Really enjoyed our stay - Ellen was an amazing host. Very responsive, met and checked us out in person - was the best experience I’ve ever had with a host. Very helpful with recommendations / where to find things on the island. The villa is beautiful and I believe undersold by the photos. Surrounding area is very walkable - easy to get to beach restaurants, a grocery store, etc… One thing for travelers to be aware of - electricity is significantly more expensive in curaçao compared to America. Just make sure you budget for that if you plan on running AC every night.

We loved staying here! The property manager was precise and proactive- easy check in and out. Very clear communication and instructions. He responded right away to any questions and was very kind and efficient. I loved having access to a washing machine, vacuum, broom, and cleaning products… my family had an all inclusive! (Lucky them:) We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the grocery store was gorgeous with plenty of produce and a short driving distance. The outdoor living space is beautiful, private, and felt safe. We could also easily walk to the beach (access was included in the stay). It was such a short distance that I could run back and make lunch … again… my family is very lucky. Bar and 3 restaurants very close on the beach as well. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

Great stay at the BambooVilla. Great and responsive hosts to a perfect location. Villa was comfortable for the 8 people we had and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when we return to Curacao!

Excellent house in Curaçao, close to several activities and commodities (grocery store, beach, harbour, restaurant and city centre). We really appreciated the very secure environment, the possibility to park the car and the quiet neighbours. Inside the house the description is accurate, it is well equipped and clean. The house was very comfortable for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 teenagers). We enjoyed the possibility to have lunch and diner on the terrace. The host is very reactive and nice. Communication is easy. We arrived quite late but the host took time to explain all the house features and activities to do around. I fully recommend this house to visit Curaçao !

Fantastisch appartement op een geweldige locatie. Ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle benodigde faciliteiten. Dit zou mijn go to zijn voor de volgende keer Curacao!

La maison et l’accueil était vraiment très bien. Elle est super bien située, près de l’eau avec un coucher du soleil magnifique. Par contre, puisqu’on y était dans le temps des fêtes, il y avait beaucoup de bruits à l’extérieur (pétards, trafics de voitures et gens qui festoyaient). Avec les fenêtres fermées et la climatisation, ça allait! Je recommande cet endroit!

Het was een mooie accommodatie. Alles brandschoon, zwembad is mooi en nu zelfs een buitendouche geïnstalleerd. Een goede uitvalsbasis om naar verschillende stranden te kunnen. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. Je kon heerlijk buiten zitten en eten. Wifi verbinding was prima, prima bedden en genoeg handdoeken. Koelbox hebben we veelvuldig gebruikt, heel fijn. Goede communicatie met de host.

Nice pool, close to good snorkeling beaches, kitchen had every thing we needed to do some diners, We had American plugs for re-charging our devices but he had converter plugs on hand and told us where they were. Could have used a nice big candle on outside dining table to set the mood and for light. A/C (electrical) and water had to be paid at end of visit. Colorful birds at his feeder which we fed with some nuts and bread. Iguanas roamed around yard, colorful flowers on bushes separating house and view of the pool from most neighbors.. Very peaceful and good WI-Fi reception. Would come back for another stay.

We hebben een top verblijf gehad in dit mooie huis! Een schoon huis, een heel fijn en mooi zwembad bij het huis en op loopafstand van mambo. Het terrein voelt ook erg veilig door security die het terrein bewaken. In een woord top!! Wij gaan hier zeker nog eens terug en raden het iedereen aan. Het enige puntje dat wij op te merken hadden was dat er net te weinig servies aanwezig was .

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The villa is exactly as pictured. Plenty of privacy. The view was amazing! Waking up and having breakfast outside on the patio was incredible! Location is great, very centrally located. Restaurants in the resort were in walking distance and excellent. Hilde greeted us upon check in and check out and was so lovely. We had an AWESOME time in Curacao! 10 out of 10 recommend! Thank you Mike for sharing your home with us!

Alicia was a great host! The property was clean and location was suitable for our plans. Communication was seamless, and Alicia was very accommodating to our needs. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and even when there were some difficulties with check-in, she assisted very well. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend this place to anyone. A good option at very affordable price.

Wij hebben hier 14 dgn mogen verblijven, en het was fantastisch!! Het contact met Kelly was erg goed. Het is een prachtige woning in een hele mooie nette wijk. Wij hebben hier heerlijk genoten, en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

This is an absolutely beautiful villa in a very peaceful & private neighbourhood. The welcome package sent by Ellen had lots of important & useful information that answered any questions we had. The villa was not only even nicer in person but it was even bigger than I thought it was going to be. The outdoor space was the perfect way to relax. The pool was great for the kids to cool down while we relaxed pool side. We had breakfast outside each morning with the birds chirping and ended each night sitting out under the stars. it was just perfect. Close to beaches, close to food trucks in Grote Berg, close to market in Tera Kora and not too far from Willemstad. an absolutely picturesque neighbourhood. There was one small issue, which was my error, Edwin responded back to me immediately with a solution. The prompt response was very much appreciated especially right at check out time! Thank you again Edwin & Ellen for the perfect stay.

Every year we try to rent a beach house with the family at Christmas. We all agreed that this house was one of the best we had rented. We felt right at home and there was nothing that the house lacked. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Note there is an old review that complained about the lack of air conditioning in the main room. The entire house has air conditioning with individual units that you can control. It is an easy 2 minute walk down to a beach and several resort restaurants. But you will need a car for anything else. We only needed 4 bedrooms so each had a bedroom and bath. But if you need a fifth bedroom the set up is a little inconvenient as the access to one bedroom is through the other. Also the fifth bath is actually the pool side bathroom. Views are spectacular and the gazebo down on the water is the best. Dora was great and very responsive to everything. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this choice. Nice location, just 8 minutes from nearest beaches. The pool pretty big, clean with jacuzzi option. It’s amazing to watch hummingbirds, other birds and lizards from open door in leaving room. I would come back again and again. Thanks for your hospitalities. Happy Holidays!

Urvin and Elisabeth are very friendly and always happy to help. The house is very comfortable and the garden is just incredible! You’re right in the nature and can watch parrots flying over it or lizards walking. Sitting outside is very nice. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We are very happy we spent our holidays there!
