Very easy location to find and very close to food trucks, restaurants, and bars in the area. The birds (electric scooters) are a fun way to get around the city quickly and made touring the area that much more fun and accessible. This little gem is the perfect size for two people, with an open concept living room and kitchen as well as a very large bathroom with modern amenities. Asad was easy to communicate with and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed including an entire list of activities in the area. The porch area of the home is a nice little touch that gives a garden vibe and is a nice, private place to chill outdoors. Lots of very friendly cats in the area, make sure you give them lots of pets if you visit! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and experience the hustle and bustle of Austin again soon!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Julio’s place during the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was our first time visiting Texas and it made a great home away from home getaway. The location was close to our family we were visiting. It was a cute, clean and cozy town house. It was stocked with everything you may need to cook, clean, and also the necessities a guest may have forgotten while packing. The decor was beautiful as well! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit next year! The host left clear instructions and everything went well!

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

We were down from CT for a long 10 day trip and stayed for a week at Natalie's place. It was perfect and had everything we could have needed for a long stay. We had a rental car and everything was super close, downtown was about 15 minute drive and all the restaurants were close by as well. Parking was never an issue near the bnb at any time. We kept saying how great the location was to everything. We would definitely stay again if we ever venture down to TX again.

Keith’s place was perfect for my stay while in town for work. I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen which is always a big plus for me. The couch and living room in general are soo comfy/cozy for watching movies or relaxing to read a good book. The bed is very comfy and on the more firm side. As mentioned before the upstairs neighbors are pretty heavy footed. I slept so well and noise was not an issue for me. There’s a sound machine that helped. I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was walkable (food, bars, shopping).

We really enjoyed our stay at Omer's place in the Domain. We stay in lots of Airbnbs, and rarely do they come with all the extra things needed like K-cups/coffee, extra TP, toiletries, water, snacks, etc. Omer's place came with all of the above and more! Such a great surprise. The location is ideal, with many restaurants and middle to high-end shopping. Beautiful place, great location...perfect weekend! Thank you, Omer!

Sarah's place was easy to find and easy to access. It was clean and spacious, and very comfortable. Sarah was quick to respond when messaged. Thank you, Sarah!

We chose the King Ranch for a 50th birthday celebration. It was absolutely perfect. Kristen was a thoughtful host and great communicator. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space. The indoor and outdoor areas are well appointed and very comfortable. The pictures look great on the listing because the place really does look that awesome. We had a chef come in for a birthday dinner and he was in heaven. You’ll want for nothing while you’re there. If you need a place for a crowd that looks and feels like luxury living, this place is for you.

My first priority is cleanliness. It was very clean. Great location to Georgetown Square and Monument Cafe. Could use a few more living room chairs as the house sleeps 6, but only sits 4 in living area. Same with dining room. Nice that coffee, sugar, and creamer were available and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. Would stay again and recommend.

Beautiful condo for my family of 7. Peaceful, serene and super relaxing! We loved the beach club and the golf cart offered was enjoyed by the whole family. Such a beautiful experience and we loved how each room had its own TV. The condo was super clean, very modern and very comfortable for a big family with little kids. I DEFINITELY recommend if you’re staying in Austin.

We had a great stay! The views from this balcony can’t be beat and walking to Rainey St. was a hop, skip & jump away. It was very clean and had the amenities listed. Would stay here again and/or recommend to others :)

Very clean apartment with great views. Centrally located and walkable. Natiivo is mostly short-term leases condos building and gets a bit busy. Roof top pool was heated and amazing.

Jason’s place was beautiful! The perfect amount of space for 5 girls. The rooftop was particularly great for a sunset. And the location was great for a walk or an easy Uber to anywhere you’d like. Would stay again!

This lovely place is an amazing Austin gem. From the amazing location…steps away from downtown and UT…to the lovely double en-suite bedrooms… and the authentic Austin decor…you will find a home away from home. Jessica’s personal touches are sprinkled throughout the entire home and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. We loved our stay so much we plan to rebook for our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful views!! Wanted a quiet relaxing getaway & I’m so glad we went with this listing. Very roomy, stocked kitchen with appliances, and host is very responsive. I do recommend Smiling Donuts :) definitely book if you’re thinking about it

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.
