Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Very comfortable and a great location! Close to some excellent restaurants and it is easy to walk to the shops, la isla, and the beach. The house is located on a very quiet street away from some of the louder tourist areas. We would definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon!

This spot was so perfect. Especially if you want a night out on the town. Being so close to the night life and having to just walk outside the house was so nice and perfect. I think this unit is one of the luckier units of the building because it’s the highest up and farther away from the street and the night life sounds. The rooftop was amazing to see everything that the city has to offer. My only wish was that I got to the listing before someone else did for the weekend!! lol

Staying at Gabriela’s place was amazing! We had 9 girls and more than enough space. The balcony was the star of the show as well as the larger communal condo pool. We used her recommendation for Chef Jose and he was INCREDIBLE!! Highly recommend hiring him if you are looking for a private chef. Ubers were very easy to get from the condo down to the town and very affordable. Same goes with grocery delivery through uber eats. One thing is that the transfer from the airport was a very large van holding 10 of us and they had a hard time getting up one section of the hill because it is very steep. Just beware of taking very large vans and consider a smaller car. The place was clean and the bathrooms were nice and the place looked like it should have. One thing is that none of the pools are heated which I’m sure is fine in the warmer months but was a little chilly for Feb.

Very nice place and relaxing

Rob's apartment is a hidden gem, perfectly located within walking distance of the city center and nearby restaurants and shops. The stunning view from the room is a standout feature, and the responsive hosts, Rob and manager Alfredo, ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel pool in front of the apartment plays lively music on weekends, which can be slightly loud. However, the music stops by 11 pm, and closing the windows effectively reduces the sound to a barely noticeable level. Weekdays offer a tranquil atmosphere with the soothing sound of waves. The apartment boasts a comfortable mattress and stylish furniture, creating an inviting ambiance that makes it hard to leave. Highly recommended for those seeking a convenient location, breathtaking views, and a memorable stay!

We've stayed there for 6 years and just love everything about it. Great friendly neighborhood and easy to walk to places. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

My time at Francisco's place was quite good. Francisco helped with anything requested and was very quick to respond to queries or issues concerning the property. Like others noted, it is located on a steep hill, but this is great for exercise! The location is ideal if you want to walk to the Romantic zone or just around 5 de diciembre. Francisco's hospitality will make you want to return to Puerto Vallarta.

Excelente comunicación con Jo & Fer, si buscas un lugar para descansar, que esté en una zona tranquila es el lugar ideal. Nada más como consejo al momento de ingresar revisen bien el inmueble, hay detalles que para uno son insignificantes, que al momento no le tomé importancia, hubo un mal entendido, pero se aclaró.

My new favorite place to stay in PV. The unit is beautiful and clean. The building is my gorgeous. The rooftop is breathtaking but pool is not heated so too cold to swim in.

Giovanny made our stay absolutely amazing. He was super responsive and helpful during our check-in and check-out. The Airbnb is located in a prime location that is walkable (though the stairs are a killer on the legs when climbing back up) and we were able to navigate the neighborhood easily. The room and everything else were spotless thanks to Diana! Such a great stay!!

My stay at the appartement was lovely! It’s in the heart of the zona romantica. There’s a lot of good restaurant and bunch of options to go out at night, only few minutes from the appartement. The appartement is situated on a small hill and at the 3rd floor but it’s wasn’t an inconvenience. Luis is a good host and flexible. I definitely would keep this apartment as an option for another trip to Puerto Vallarta.

It is a beautiful, safe and very comfortable condo with everything needed for a great vacation. Condo & security staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication with the host was excellent making things go smoothly. Location worked out well for us being centrally located, about a half hour walk to the Malecon. Close to grocery store, ATM and a variety of great restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Just was extremely responsive. Place was just perfect. Next to a grocery store. Easy 20 minute bus ride to downtown or a quick Uber ride. Ubers available within 3 min. Super clean. Great view of bay and cruise ships. Rooftop pool. Security 24/7. Building very clean. Nothing bad to say about this place except that we would have liked to stay longer had we had the time. Thanks

Grab your swim suit, sandals and book this place! We stayed here over the holidays and our trip was amazing! The amenities are great. The condo and property is larger than what it looks like in the photos. Great location! We paid extra for a later check out which was worth it. We really liked using the gym, 4 or 5 pools and 4 or 5 hot tubs. The host responded immediately for anything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It has a beautiful lobby and gardens that shimmer at night. Two pools with different vibes, both relaxing. A comfortable bed and rainshower were appreciated. The location is convenient to everything in P.V. Most are about a mile away. El Coloso is a fascinating neiborhood because of the diversity, restaurants and church. Alex was a superb host who checked in on us via messaging and Nuit transferred us to and from the airport. This made checking in and out easy. On top of that, I unfortunately injured my knee and Nuit arranged delivery of a cane for me! We tried 3 of the many restaurants they recommended, all great. Thanks again, we can't wait to return .

I am not one to write reviews for anything but I just had to after staying at Jame's 2 bedroom condo! Even though I gave the stay 5 stars and it was; that is only if you are not into a pool scene. There isn't one. There is a cute small pool that we used twice. Location - Its basically just outside the heart of the Romantic Zone...5 minute walk to my favorite bar, Margarita Grill and another few minutes until you hit the beach. And everything is basically a 10 - 15 minute walk from there. Now to the how great this condo is! You are on the top floor (4th) facing west looking at the city. One of my biggest fears when I rent an Airbnb is how is the bed! And this condo has one of the best/firm beds I have ever slept on! 2 full baths and 1/2 bath! There are individual built into the wall A/C units that worked great. Only used the one in the bedroom at night. The condo is just like the pictures!

Edda, Fred, And their team were great . Their manager that did the walk through was very professional . One challenge was that we did not speak Spanish nor she speak English but google translate worked great so we were able to communicate quite well. Not really an issue. The place was amazing! We loved the views . The pool was fantastic for those that like to swim . 140 meter pool ! Great morning exercise to then enjoy our day of hikes , walks , and delicious meals and drinks in the area , or at malecón, or at the marina .
