This a huge, well laid out and modern house in a quiet, traditional neighborhood away from the craziness of centro. We loved our neighbors and the easy access to stores, fish, and restaurants around us. It's an Uber to beach, but very, very worth it.

Wow! What an incredible stay we had at Jamie’s place for our honeymoon. The air bnb had everything we needed and more! A beautiful private oasis, we never wanted to leave. Jamie was friendly and had us well stocked with water and treats when we arrived. The neighborhood is outside of the tourist area (which we like) but it was a cheap uber downtown. There’s lots of great food walkable from the house as well. We loved brewings, happy house, and the tacos right on the corner! Do yourself a favour and stay here on your next trip to PV. We will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough about how amazing our week was at Marg’s casa! Our family of 6 plus our 2 yr old granddaughter stayed for 7 nights and it was perfect. Not only was she extremely helpful and responsive during the booking process and with all questions prior to arrival, our accommodations exceeded all expectations. The highlight of our stay was Carmen and Fidel. Fidel greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the home and how to operate things like air conditioner, tv, pool lights, etc. we had Carmen prepared breakfast and most dinners and these meals were by far some of the best meals we’ve had! She is an amazing cook and our family loved everything she prepared! The ceviche, guacamole, fresh fish tacos, chicken enchiladas, freshly squeezed orange juice, French toast, eggs, and literally everything was a 15 out of 10! It was an absolute pleasure to have her around! The property was beautiful and all rooms very clean. I wouldn’t change a thing and looking forward to going back!

Stunning place!! The perfect escape with short Ubers to anything you could want! We will definitely be sharing this Airbnb with friends for them to book. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Liz was very attentive and responsive from Day 1. The home was great, cozy, we loved the AC and fan in each room, good night sleep each night ok 👌 kitchen was fully equipped with items to us to cook. Liz was very respectful and helpful with everything.

Buen lugar, cumplidor y a pocos minutos de Bucerias (15 min) la cocina es muy pequeña y faltan cubiertos por ejemplo, el detector de humo está en la cocina y se acciona con alguna comida que emita un poquito de humo, como saltear verduras, los 2 sofá camas ya están muy usados son duros y se siente la armazón, sin embargo son cosas menores que no impiden disfrutar el lugar ya que la mayor parte de las cosas están en su lugar y la relación precio calidad es buena, si volvería y la atención de la anfitriona es muy buena.

Fue una estancia agradable y placentera , la hospitalidad tanto del Propietario como del personal son muy atentos y amables , solo un detalle a mejorar , sería encender las luces de la alberca al atardecer ☺️ , Muchas gracias por todo :)

Upstairs bathrooms showers it takes a while to get hot water some of the time we took a cool shower.

My wife and I just finished two months in this amazing house. Having lived in PV for several years before, we knew the neighborhood well - it’s a quieter little enclave across the river, but very quickly walkable to zona romantica. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with so much Mexican style and charm built in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The bedrooms are super comfy and quiet. The bathrooms are nice. The roof terraces are beautiful and so relaxing. And the internet was fast and electricity was reliable if you need to work, like I was (only comment re: this is that the house next door seems to raise roosters, so you’ll definitely hear them - bring good headphones that filter the noise if you need to for work calls :) ). Janine was also super responsive whenever we had questions, and her local caretaker David was always around to help with anything needed. We truly loved this house, and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay.

Great place to stay at if you’re looking for something close by everything in Puerto Vallarta!

La casa cuenta con todo lo indispensable, la ubicación está excelente si vas a tomar tour para las diferentes playas ya que esta por puerto mágico y llegas caminando. Juan Carlos responde muy rápido, y las instrucciones fueron muy precisas.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants. Super close to the airport as well which made traveling easier. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

This has to be one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had in a long time. Heidi’s apartment was wonderful to stay in, peaceful, well thought out and extremely cosy. The pictures are great, but I’d say they don’t do it justice. The courtyard with the pool and the little rooftop area were great to hang out on. The place has everything you need for short or longer stays, there’s even a garage which is great if you’re renting a car. The location was also a highlight: far enough from the touristy chaos to relax and experience the neighborhood feel but just a 5-10 minute walk to everything you could want including bars, restaurants and a beautiful market. Heidi was also a great host: always responsive, helpful, pro-active. She even organized a driver to pick us up from the airport and back. Would definitely go back!

Fantastic house. Literally right on the beach & close to many great restaurants. Our group of 9 had plenty of room. Hope to come stay again.

What a beautiful place! Photos cannot do it justice. The spaciousness and open design of the main living area, as well as the large bedrooms, made this a perfect accommodation for a large group. Our family spent many hours in and around the lovely pool. The beach was a walkable distance away, and we enjoyed swimming in the waves. Food options are numerous in Bucerias. We especially enjoyed some of the local eateries. The house is located in a residential neighbourhood where local shops and street life are part of the experience of vacationing in Bucerias. Communication with hosts Lara and James was easy, and they were accommodating of our needs. For example, they provided a playpen for an infant to sleep in. When our flight to Mexico was delayed, James kindly met us at the house in the wee hours. We highly recommend this amazing place.

The stay couldnt have been more than what I imagined! Great place to stay with a team of staff that was readily available with whatever question or issue I had. The place looks even better than the photos. Comfy feeling the entire stay for even the times when we were too tired for the city it was a perfect nest for the whole family. Would definitely recommend!

Casa Isacamil was fantastic - perfect for eight family members celebrating a fiftieth birthday! We all had plenty of space and the beds are comfy. Climate control was easy and effective. Rooftop seating, pool and view are amazing! Location is great - in a little neighborhood away from the resorts but close enough to everything you might want to do. Five minute walk to beach, stores, restaurants and short cab ride or 2 mile walk to Zona Romántica. We had dinner catered from the restaurant next door and it was awesome - fresh, local ingredients, beautiful presentation, and lovely staff!! Chris and Karla were very responsive and helpful from start to finish. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and both Polo, the house manager (who’s great!) and the hosts, were good about getting someone over, but it was not resolved by the time we left. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient. Overall, we loved our stay and would book again!!
