Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.

Great host Karlo, very friendly. Great place, nearby Split. All stairs to reach 4th floor are worth to walk couple of times a day. Terrace is superb, perfect view. We were just lucky to have excellent weather despite the fact we were visiting the place at year end (winter time). Apartment is huge and easy to host 6 adults.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Das Appartement ist super sauber und die Aussicht fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und zur Ankunft gab es noch eine kleine Überraschung über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Vielen Dank an Mate und Martina

Man kommt als Gast und geht als Freund - etwa so kann man den Aufenthalt bei Andrey & Nives beschreiben. Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte in ihrem wunderbaren Haus und können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschliessen - sie sind sehr tolle Gastgeber mit Herz! Als wir ankamen, fanden wir keinen (wie sonst üblich) leeren Kühlschrank vor, stattdessen bekamen wir diverse Leckereien und auch der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit allem notwendigen - was will man mehr, nach einer längeren Reise :-) Ihre Tochter hatte uns sogar noch einen Kuchen gebacken der wirklich extrem lecker war - und auch sonst kamen wir im Verlauf der nächsten Tagen in den Genuss von kroatischem Essen und Gastfreundlichkeit. Mit 2 Teenagern war es toll, dass das Haus sehr gutes WLAN hatte und es sogar für den Aussenbereich noch ein separates WLAN gab! Dank dem beheizten Pool konnten wir auch Ende September noch draussen baden und auch der Whirlpool kann durch einen Schalter selbst beheizt werden. Empfehlenswert!!

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

Tatjana und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und sehr sauber. Tatjanas Mann kam fast jeden Morgen um den Pool zu reinigen. Das hat uns auch keinesfalls gestört, denn er war sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man bekam meist nichts von ihm mit. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana ist wirklich herausragend. So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt. Sie ist hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Bedarf z.B. auch frische Handtücher gebracht, obwohl man in der Unterkunft auch waschen kann. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im kleinen Örtchen „Sopot“. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

Predivnih nekoliko dana u obiteljskoj atmosferi. Draga gospođa Lidija nas je dočekala, napunila frižider delicijama ( taj dan dućani nisu radili), kupila čak i hranu za naša dva psa. Prostran, potpuno namješten apartman u mirnoj ulici, a opet u centru grada, na nekoliko minuta od rive, a s druge strane par minuta do predivnog parka. Sve preporuke, a Lidiji hvala na svemu😘

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The house is wonderfully spacious, which made us feel relaxed right away. The house is in real life better than the pictures show! The location is absolutely 10/10, with everything we needed within easy reach. The short distance to The Garden was a real bonus for us, allowing us to easily enjoy the surroundings every day. A special thank you to the host for the lovely bottle of wine that was waiting for us upon arrival—such a warm welcome made our stay extra special. We had a great time and would love to come back again

Die Lage dieses Hauses ist einfach wunderbar! Direkt am türkisfarbenen Meer, ruhig gelegen auf einem sehr großen eingezäunten Landstück. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht für einen gemütlichen Urlaub, um zusammen zu kochen, grillen und essen! Man kann direkt vom Haus aus schwimmen, schnorcheln oder auch mit einem Kanu/SUP raus gehen. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und die Natur liebt wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Trotzdem ist man ganz schnell in den umliegenden Orten mit Restaurants, Markt, Supermärkten und Stränden.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach zauberhaft! Alles perfekt sauber, Marina und Famielie sind alle supernett und herzlich! Wir haben viele Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen ohne zu fragen. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und das Highlight ist definitiv der Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon, sowie der fantastische Garten mit frischen Khaki, Granatäpfel und vieles vieles mehr. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen❤️❤️❤️

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe von 8 Personen in der Anlage und hatten einen sehr sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Insgesamt sehr gepflegt inklusive Außenbereich mit Pool. Die Lage war auch ansprechend, da wir alles Wichtige in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen konnten. Hier allerdings der Hinweis, dass ein Auto vorteilhaft ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief ebenfalls reibungslos. Fazit: Alles in allem sehr gut!

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Barbara. Wir durften selbst einchecken und sie hat uns ein paar Minuten später persönlich empfangen und ein paar Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und schönen Orten gegeben. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Strand darf von allen Urlaubern genutzt werden die auf dem Grundstück wohnen ( 3 weitere Parteien) aber wir haben unsere Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Diese hat ca bis 14 Uhr Schatten und perfekt ist und danach wird ein kleiner Teil durch ein Sonnensegel beschattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Darko was a great host, left us to our own devices and was helpful when we needed anything. Even cleaned the pool area each morning for us. Villa was very nice, it was a bit out the way for us but we were a group of 7 lads that went out most nights. Would be perfect for a family or a group looking to relax.

Es war super schön. Alles war einwandfrei. In der Nähe gibt es einen frei zugänglichen Strand, dem man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es gibt auch ein Restaurant was auch in der Nähe ist, was klasse ist. Die Unterkunft selber ist sauber und alles ist gut vorbereitet im Apartment. So das es eigentlich keine Fragen gab. Jagoda ist sehr freundlich und offen. Sie fragt immer wieder nach ob alles gut ist. Das macht sie in meinen Augen zu einer guten Gastgeberin. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert.

A lovely apartment with amazing views. The location of this apartment is perfect being a 20 minute drive from the centre of Split. It is located in a peaceful area on the hill overlooking Split with amazing views of the city and the bay. The apartment has AC, a swimming pool and all the amenities you would need. There were 4 of us staying for 5 nights and it was just perfect. The one area for improvement is communication. One of Ciro's children who knows English handles the Airbnb messages for him. Unfortunately we found that not all information was relayed to Ciro and the response times can be quite slow. Ciro himself is a lovely and friendly host. Despite him not knowing English, we were able to communicate just fine on arrival. Overall I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay near Split with its great value for money, friendly host and gorgeous views of the city!
