The place was as described. It had all the amenities that we needed. Beach items was a plus. Location was great. Walk to the beach in minutes was awesome. Heated pool in December was great.

Ricky was extremely responsive and accommodating for us with check in/check out. The place was just as described, kitchen has everything you need and the rest of the space is amazing. The location of the villa is also a prime location. Highly recommend for anyone coming to enjoy beautiful Sea Pines!

Loved this place, beautiful view, very clean and tidy, everything looked exactly as pictured, smart tv, WiFi, beach access, close to all the shopping and restaurants, owner even recommended his favorites to us before arriving, would definitely love to come back and stay again!

Frank’s condo was perfect for our family of four plus our dog! It’s a beautiful condo with a fully-equipped kitchen and very tastefully decorated. The beach towels and chairs were so nice to have provided. The location was great with being close to the beach and close to Coligny shopping and restaurants. Frank’s directions were very accurate so we had no issues getting to the condo and getting inside. Our family will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful home! This was our first time in HHI SC and it did not disappoint. I would definitely come back for another vacation. Amy’s place was very peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable. If you are looking for a very relaxing vacation place to stay this is definitely one not to pass up. Thank you for having us in your home! Best restaurants that we are at were Smokehouse and Reilly’s.

Michaella was very easy to communicate with. The place was very well lit (lots of windows). The indoor pool was open, the outdoor pool looks very nice and big. It wasn't open for repairs (no water in it). The walk to the beach is across the street and about 9 minutes. Michaella's place looks like it had a professional decorator. She left us beach chairs, coffee, and many extra touches to make us feel welcome. Down the street- popular restaurants/coffee shop that was about a 4 min. drive or we just walked. The best part about this listing is all the space!

Great location; easy access to beach, bike trail, shops, and restaurants. Extremely clean. No mold or mildew in bathroom shower; new shower curtain liner. Even the inside of the garbage cans were clean. Decor made you feel like you were really vacationing at the beach.

What a great condo! Exactly what we were looking for in Sea Pines. Came for our anniversary and to escape the cold NC mountain winter. Who knew HH would get over 4” of snow while we were visiting! Made for a memorable trip for sure! Kim was so kind and understanding and reached out to us to offer us another night or so to be able to travel safely out of the area. Enjoyed being able to bring our dog and walk right out across the street to the beach and walk the beautiful paths to salty dog. We’d definitely stay here again (didn’t mind the walk up steps to the 3rd floor at all - happy to get some exercise - but that would be a consideration if you had knee/mobility issues.) All in all, this was a very nice condo, comfortable, clean and well stocked and we are grateful for our lovely stay.

The location was absolutely perfect. Everything was within walking distance including the parking garage. Lots of thoughtful details throughout. Although there is only one bathroom, there are plenty of mirrors which made getting ready for outings a breeze for two couples. Would definitely go back!

We are regular visitors and near-future residents of Savannah. This is a beautiful home in the Historic District, only 2 blocks from Forsyth Park. The two HUGE bedrooms, both with en suite, second floor w/d, and reserved off-street parking are rare luxuries in our beautiful city. Luxurious linens and rugs make this home best suited to adults and older children/teens. Private work-space, well supplied kitchen, beautifully appointed.

Milan was a fantastic host, he was responsive and so easy to book with, the condo is fantastic! it had everything we needed and more, it was very clean and spacious. the furnture was super comfy. and the area was so peaceful and quiet. everything is within walking distance by a few blocks. I could not believe how easy and convenient it was to get everywhere, there was great food all around, we biked to the grocery store, enjoyed celebration park, and truly can't wait for our next visit back. thank you Milan for everything being wonderful, from check in to our departure! we look forward to our next stay !

Wonderful condo! The screened porch added a lot to our enjoyment. Very clean, comfortable beds and close to everything. A short walk or bike ride to the beach. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s pet-friendly condo! It was so nice to find a place that welcomed our dog. The location was perfect for morning walks and very close to restaurants and shopping. Fantastic location and outstanding host! We will definitely be back!

The rental was very nice. It was as described and looked like the pictures. My family was very comfortable. I was a little disappointed about the distance to the beach. There is a picture of a walking path in the listing that I wasn’t able to figure out so we just drove and parked each day. Not big deal at all. It was less than a 2 minute drive and parking was directly across the street. This part of Hilton Head has a lot of shops and beach activity so that was very nice to have so close. I would definitely stay again.

The space was super easy to get to and the TreeTops community was easily anywhere between 10-20 mins to the little pockets of shopping and restaurant on the island. The condo is lived in and well loved. Neat and suitably furnished…a perfect size for our group of 4 and 2 pups. Would def book again!

This is a wonderful condo that is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is very close by the historic downtown area. If it had been a bit warmer (I was there in February), I would’ve enjoyed the outdoor deck and swimming pool but there was no loss because I loved the indoor hot tub! Brendan was very responsive when I reached out to him , he’s a great host. I also slept really well in his bedroom. It is located in the back part of the house away from the street and it’s extremely quiet with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place if you come to Savannah!

Very proactive & quick to communicate! We had a wonderful cozy stay. Walkable to restaurants & great playground for kids! 10 minute walk to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was fast to respond when we had a few questions. She was able to let us have a few hours early check in and late check out, which we appreciated. Great shower with hot water, quality bath towels, lots of kitchen supplies for preparing meals, tons of clothes hangers, super comfortable bed and sofas. The location was quiet. Location is ideal with a bike/walking path right there and a short walk to beach and stores. We were very comfortable and thank Jennifer for being a great host.

This place was perfect for my daughter, her friends and myself! Right by the pool and easy access to all places in Hilton Head. Kim went above and beyond and helped coordinate birthday desserts to have waiting in the condo when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Our stay was terrific. The place was clean and was just as described. Would definitely stay again. Great location, close to beach and the shops at Cologny! They offered a welcome kitchen and bathroom packs which were very helpful! You will need to bring your own garbage bags. The walls were a little thin, noticed it more so towards the end of the week. Would have liked two fobs so we could split up during the stay with ease. William’s place is a great place with lots of space to relax.

We had the most wonderful time in Hilton Head. We had never been before but everything was within walking distance. The beach, restaurants, playgrounds, etc. were all so clean and well kept. We especially loved the short cut to the beach and the beach wagon and chairs. We also loved the back private patio for lunches and just hanging out after a fun day.

A textbook example of how Airbnb’s should work. Descriptions and pictures comprehensive and accurate. Communication was flawless and response time near immediate. Heather was incredibly thoughtful when kitting out the unit—absolutely everything you could need or want (no more, no less). The unit was spotlessly clean and, importantly, all linens, towels, bed pillows seemed new and fresh. And the beds—a common frustration I have with Airbnb’s—were high quality and super comfortable. Just really GOOD VALUE for the money, again, a standard that too many Airbnb’s these days don’t meet. The location is ideal, easy walk to the beach. Piggly Wiggly right across the street and the highest density of restaurants anywhere on the island. Heather was a joy to deal with. She obviously takes great pride in the service she is providing and this is manifest in every aspect of the transaction. Reserve with confidence.
