Daire güvenlikli bir sitede yer almaktadır. Sitede binaların altında yüzlerce dükkan bulunan kendi başına bir mahalledir. Binanın girişinde metro hattı yer almaktadır. Açıkçası jakartada en keyif aldığımız anlar bu sitede geçirdiğimiz vakit oldu. Sitenin hemen dışındaysa yerel bir akşam pazarı kurulmaktadır. Ev temiz, yataklar rahat. Ödenen paranın karşılığını alırsınız.

I would like to highlight that Dennis was the most supportive, kindest, and most responsive host I have ever had. I stay at many airbnbs throughout the world. There are many great hosts. However, Dennis went above and beyond as a host which was a really humbling experience for me. He was always supportive of my inquiries and helped me with various things during my stay. He was always very kind and cordial during our interactions. Everything I needed was provided in ample supply. If I needed something, it would happen the day of the request or inquiry. Again, I cannot emphasize enough that I was truly humbled to have stayed here. In a way, I fear that this good review will jeopardize my ability to book this place in the future because of my good review. However, Dennis deserves such a wonderful review due to the level of service - and I am happy to provide this. Truly, it was like having an older brother helping you out and looking out for you. Thank you Dennis!

I had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb. Not only was the place decorated beautifully, but it was also super easy to access the mall and a great place to stay in passar minggu. The host was super friendly and quick to respond and gave me recommendations for local eats when I asked for them. I also find the included washing machine super useful. I would definitely come back again when I stay at passar minggu again!

Unit yang didesain sempurna dengan peralatan masak cukup. Disediakan cukup banyak freebies: garam, merica, minyak untuk masak bahkan teh, indocafe, dan gula tersedia. Peralatan dapur pun cukup lengkap: dispenser, microwafe dan kulkas. Bisa enjoy seharian nonton di atas springbed yang nyaman.

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and had the best facilities—everything we needed was available and in excellent condition. Julius was very responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. Also loved the location—just a short walk to the mall. Highly recommend!

the location is quite and strategic, very convenience with private lift. the unit is very clean and comfy like home.. I love the sofa btw.. the wifi is working well. there is a food court just accross the building. highly recommended 👍🏻

Skolastica's place is comfortable, quiet, and really great for a weekend getaway. The drinkable tap water in particular is great if you're from overseas. Recommend!

Budi was a very friendly host, and it was easy to check in and out of the location. Very comfy place as well!!

We had a pleasant stay at Mirza’s place. Very strategic location, so it made us easier to reach 2-3 places in one day but still could come back before rush hour, also there is a mall under the apartment with lots of cafes and mini markets. Mirza is a nice host and very responsive.

Beautiful place in a great secure location. Great gym and public areas. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable.

Flexible and early check-in was offered by the host, and it was nice for us! They had inventory list on the room so we can check what we can use in every room. Spacious bedroom, nice for 8 people max. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Very strategic area. It was a nice stay!

- my kid loved the bunk bed - main room has a small WIC to put my lugage. - its important : the aircond is cold. Perfect for stay at the hot weather. Thank you - sofa is big and soft. - have a wifi but very slow conncetion. - direct to shopping center. - the kitchen is clean. - the refrigeratior quite cold. Our stay at the apartment was enjoyable overall. The apartment was comfortable, strategically located, and offered a great view. The swimming pool was a highlight, making it ideal for a family vacation with kids. The security felt safe, and free parking was a plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness needed a bit more attention, and the bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to pool after showers. It took about 10-15 minutes for the water to drain completely. Additionally, there was no drinking water provided, and the location was quite far from any convenience store, which made it a bit inconvenient. The TV and AC remotes also didn’t function smoothly. Despite these minor issues, our stay was very pleasant and definitely worth the price.

Ibu Ida is very friendly and responsive also helpful with accommodating our needs and requests.. very generous with complimentary snacks and necessities.. we are very thankful to find and stay at her place..
