Location is in a quiet neighborhood, but easy access. Can do walking or jogging at the premises, friendly security guards. The house is so homey that I didn’t feel like staying at a hotel. Complete utensils at the kitchen. They provide coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil. All areas in the house are clean. Bed sheet, towels are clean. Bedrooms are so artistic with cute decoration, moreover the main bedroom! They are cute and lovely. Ibu Yanti whom I met during check in and check out was so friendly and helpful. All, 6 of us love this place. Keep it clean and artistic.

Tempatnya enak. Ada private swimming pool hanya untuk villa ini bukan shared. Kang Saeful sangat responsif dan membantu sekali. Sedang dibangun 2 kamar lagi di atas, jadi bisa untuk lebih banyak orang nantinya.

Magnifique!! Tout à fait ce que nous cherchions. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps mais disons que nous avons changé de plan!! Du coup nous y reviendrons très certainement!! Il y avait absolument tout!! Les chambre sont spacieuses et agréables!! L’hôte a été très accueillant et est venu nous saluer à notre arrivée c’est à dire minuit passé. Il y a du café des fontaines d’eau!! Tout pour cuisiner ; on est pas loin des commerces. Il a même mis à dispo une moto pour aller se balader NON mais c’est GÉNIAL!!! Je recommande à tous ceux qui souhaitent un peu de dépaysement !! Merci pour votre accueil et les petits déjeuners

Had a great stay at this place. The house is nice and fairly clean, with complete amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The location is easily accessible, though traffic can get a bit heavy during long weekends. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience—would definitely recommend.

one of the best Listing for it's price in Kota Bogor, perfect place for large group who wants some privacy and serenity. Strategic location, less than 5km distance to good restaurants (Bumi Aki, Gurih 7, Lemongrass, et cetera.) and toll entrance. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Salah satu penginapan terbaik, rumah bersih terawat dan nyaman dengan peralatan masak dan makan yang lengkap. Hostnya Bu Jaju dan Mbak Dijah sangat baik dan responsif, lingkungan perumahan sangat asri dan aman, teras rumah asyik untuk ngumpul bareng sambil ngeteh plus kursi pijatnya yang oke banget. Wir haben vier Schlafzimmer gebucht und sind im Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und dem angeschlossenen Nebengebäude mit zwei weiteren Einheiten sehr gut mit allen Personen untergekommen. Die Unterkunft eignet sich daher auch optimal für größere Gruppen wie zum Beispiel ein Familientreffen um einige Tage in der Stadt zu verbringen und für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung.

Pak Ade is very nice and responsive. We tried to communicate during my stay in his Airbnb. The place is incredible, the lightning is very great and everything is very clean. Just some things can be upgraded for value added: 1. No Water heater, it is very important (although he does not mention this in the profile, but for a big house it is very crucial). He said that he will install the water heater soon. 2. Some windows in the bedroom next to the bed is not covered enough and its for the peace of mind and better sleep quality. This is for security concern especially no adult men with us at that night. But nothing happen supposedly as the area is pretty safe :) 3. For those who want to stay in Villa this is a very great choice, but if you want to commute around the city center, it took 30-40 mins to arrive city centre and it also very dark at night. I think point no. 1 and 2 above are fixable. And once they had been solved, this place is amazing 9.5/10 Thanks Pak Ade

The house is big, clean, safe and very comfortable, easy self check in and check out, our family feels like we are at home. Everything works fine, it's just that the AC in the front bedroom doesn't work so I have to move the fan in to the room to make it more comfortable, the rest is all OK. Pak Anton and Pak Rofi (the housekeeper) are very communicative and quick to help. The location also very good and close to the city center. Next to the house there is a small shop which is quite complete to find basic daily needs. We highly recommend the AW Simply Homestay and sure will be happy to come back and stay again when we Travelling to Jogya. Once again thank you and best wishes for you.

We had a nice stay in Adora home. It is really homey and considerably clean. Host and Co-Host are very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We came as a group of 3 families, so it was really nice to have a bathroom for each family. We didn't sleep at the room upstairs, but the kids loved to play there. When we went home, we asked the kids what was the most special moment to each of them, and they all said it was the time when they played at Adora Home's room at the second floor :) which means it ranks higher than Dusun Bambu and Asstro Highland, hahaha. We took grab (easy to get) to Tahura, and spent a day staying in the villa. We could hear the adzan early in the morning, and music+instructions of exercises activity on Sunday morning, but other than that the place is quite quiet. Thank you for hosting us!
