Loved this air bb.. it’s walkably close to the downtown area that’s full of restaurants, shops & entertainment and also great porches to relax on.

We loved our stay at the Painters Garden! Very lovely home and everything you need they had available.

We stopped here on our way down from Columbia, Mo. To say we were satisfied is an understatement! Erin was so sweet and extremely responsive. We absolutely adored the cute farmhouse overlooking an entire beautiful plot of land with what looks like a tree orchard right before “Weaver Lane” (which is one of the many places you can visit on their trails). Between 170 acres it’s the perfect place to get in a nice hike with your furry friends/family as well! It was so beautiful out here and we will definitely make our way back!

This was a great stay for us and close to State Tech where we were visiting. House was clean and the views were gorgeous. Keith was very helpful in suggesting places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Alan's place! Had a small issue when we first arrived and Alan was very responsive and quick to propose solutions. The area is absolutely sublime, our dogs had fun chasing ducks off the little beach, the sunsets and stars at night were incredible, and the home was incredibly comfortable.

Thank you for such a cozy, comfortable stay, not far from downtown, and much quieter! It was so wonderful to have Chelsea's place to come back to each evening as my "home base" after full days on campus, which is just an 8-minute drive away. I especially appreciated all the green touches, which helped me lower my impact, which is important to me when I travel. Appreciate it - I will definitely book again when I come back through!

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. We like the quite area and yet is close to everything you need. Beds were very comfy and the addition of the second TV in the bedroom really enhanced our families stay. Looking forward to next year!!

We just returned from a fantastic spring break at Kathleen's residence in Margaritaville! The space was perfect for our family of five and our beagle! The residence itself is beautifully appointed, offering plenty of space for our family. The open layout provided a perfect setting for family bonding, while the cozy bedrooms ensured everyone had a restful night’s sleep. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. The location is ideal, offering beautiful views of the Lake of the Ozarks. We enjoyed lounging in the private hot tub and exploring nearby attractions. Kathleen was an outstanding host, always available to help and provide local tips. Overall, we had an amazing time and created unforgettable memories. We highly recommend Kathleen's residence and can't wait to return!

We had a great stay. Very large living space. Like huge!! Everything was super clean and a thoughtful host. Lots of a little things to make you stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again.

I decided to take my kids on a last minute spring break trip and was happy to find this great deal! There were no hidden fees which was a plus! There was lots a sleeping space for everyone and the location and view was perfect! We came in the spring so the water was too cold to enjoy but we still floated in our inflatable boat! Lol we couldn’t find a thing to do besides a cave tour which was pretty neat but pricey for a big family. The only thing we were able to do was shop a little and eat good! I was disappointed at how boring the ozarks was this time of year! But it had nothing to do with the home or the location of it. Everything was nice and clean, we just came at the wrong time I guess! There were at least 2 swimming pools on the property but they were both closed for the season. Once I do more research about things to do at the Ozarks, we will likely be back and rent from Kurt and Peggy again if the home is available! Overall good experience, just boring in March! Lol

Very nice 3 bedroom/3bathroom condo. Beautiful view of the lake. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed playing games at the large kitchen table too!

Home was in a great location with views of the lake & the host was very responsive with all my needs making my stay more pleasant. Also, the home was clean & it was better than expected I’d def rent again when I go back to visit

Beautiful little house with great view and access to the lake. Enjoyed fishing and kayaking from the dock. Good communication from the hostess. She made sure we had no issues with checking in late. Thanks!

We had a great stay at Christophers. His pics did not do it justice. We walked to the Capitol, walked to local eateries. Lots to do. Christopher was always responsive - house lacked nothing! Great bathroom, bed, kitchen and we enjoyed the front porch with comfy swing. He has a surprise for guests that I wont spoil, but we never experienced that before. Thanks Christopher, was nice for weary travelers. We may come back as we didn’t get to bike the Katy trail - very windy. But Ha Ha Tonka State Park was a great place! Highly recommend staying in Jeff City at Christopher’s place.

I loved the stay! I loved the close proximity to the capitol! My pug and I enjoyed that park behind the capitol building. The location was close to the highway which also made it easy for me to get to where I needed and quickly. I also enjoyed finding the local stuff such as the Irish Pub which was a 10 minute walk, a local coffee shop and a few great things downtown! I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi upon arrival and Mike was very responsive and helped me fix it quickly, so thank you!

Karen was wonderful to work with, flexible and communicative. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Backyard and deck area were perfect for morning coffee and evening unwinding. Basement bar area with darts was a bonus hangout area.

Had a blast! Enjoyed every minute of it!

We had a wonderful stay here. They have everything we needed and even had a little basket of snacks and treat for the dogs which was a nice gesture especially after a long drive! We love that we got to bring our dogs along and enjoy a peaceful weekend with us. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
