Great stay. Close to campus of UAB, restaurants, grocery store and more. Host has updated and added to the apartment nicely.

I have stayed at this wonderful Southside Birmingham home twice in the past month. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. There is a lot of natural light and many restaurants are within walking distance. Everything you need is in close proximity. Furthermore, the home is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Communication is also great and the host is responsive. This home has a positive vibe and I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this AirBNB and appreciated that the hosts were very responsive. Nice apartment and great off street parking.

We had a great stay! Loved the location to different parks and places to eat! Close to attractions and events we went to! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and vintage stay. Simple and secluded. Apartment gets cold but the heater felt great. Good shower and excellent sized closet. Sheets super soft! Bed makes you want to stay in it all day. Lots of linen and thoughtful touches. Nice balcony. Place was so clean. Would definitely stay here again. The only con we had was trying g to find this place in the dark lol but that wouldn’t keep us away. Good for 1-2 people. More may feel cramped.

Though I wasn't there long, it was just what I wanted: a safe place to stay. I would stay here again.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay! It is only about a 10 minute walk to Legacy Arena which was nice!! The airbnb isn’t in the most picturesque area, but the place is gated so I felt safe. I was there for the NCAA womens basketball tournament so I really just went to the arena and the airbnb, so it was perfect for what I was needing. The airbnb was clean and all of the appliances looked brand new. Definitely a place I would stay again for an event at Legacy Arena.

Amy’s place was very clean, very comfortable and had all we needed in the kitchen. The location was great. Very walkable area which was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for a basketball tournament at Legacy Arena and wanted a place in which we could walk to the arena. The location was perfect for walking to the arena. Everything about Amy’s place was good for us. We would highly recommend her place for a stay in Birmingham.

Location was perfect - convenient & within walking distance to SoHo shops & restaurants. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable and Trey was quick to respond and easy to work with. All-around wonderful experience. We look forward to booking again when visiting family.

Such a great place to stay! Had to change dates last minute due to an illness and Trey was so understanding and accommodating for us. Perfect location to visit Samford and spend time in the cutest downtown Homewood. Very responsive and helpful host. If our son decided to go to Samford, we will definitely stay again!

Our condo was exactly what we needed. It was super clean, the furniture was comfortable and towels are high quality. The bed was comfortable and blackout drapes were appreciated. Dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and trash bags were provided AND bottled water and snacks were an unexpected treat! Thank you! We didn’t cook but the grocery store right next door was convenient for drinks, fruit and lite meals. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants. I recommend martinis at SOHO Standard!!

This place is our go to when we are in the area. Absolutely love it, super clean, and Brenchard is an amazing host and very responsive.

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Best Airbnb to be stayed at. Joanna is a great host, easy to communication with. Her condo is so clean. She has thought of all the little things to make your stay as comfortable as home. Would highly recommend to anyone !
