Amazing host, and was willing to work with us and our travel time getting in. Very responsive and friendly, would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Central to a lot of things to do like shops, eateries, and downtown Denver.

Second time I’ve used Ling’s place as it is perfect for my needs. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Will stay again.

Mike's place was clean, comfortable and had extra little touches that made our stay great. We all loved the shower and the very comfortable beds. Only complaint, as others stated, the constant creaky, scratching sounds coming from the upstairs neighbors during the nights. Luckily we bring our white noise machine so we were able to sleep through it. Overall, we would definitely book Mike's place again!

The place was great and in an awesome location. It was very comfortable and she had everything we needed to make the stay relaxing. We will definitely stay there again.

Such a great place to stay for my family of 4! Sherri was so easy to communicate with and the space was in a great location for exploring Kittredge and the surrounding towns of Evergreen and Morrison. Peaceful back patio and the workout equipment was a plus for us. Full size kitchen with everything you could need. We walked from the house to a really great nearby children’s park and felt right at home. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay while in Golden! Kelly had chocolate and half n half in the refrigerator, which is a nice treat. Location is perfect for walking everywhere.

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

I was in the apartment several times from August to December. I had a great stay here during my working hours in Colorado. The very nice condo corresponds to everything in the description. It's all very clean and newly decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet and without any noise. In the area you have a lot of Shops and Malls. There are also many parks for various activities. Kathleen was always a very good hostess, helpful and communicative. I can recommend the condo more than 100 %%%%%. Thank you very much for everything.

Daniel’s place was perfect, clean. Plenty of room for us. It had everything we needed. It is a good area that was close to Red Rocks and close to downtown.
