A nice, cozy, and spacious Airbnb. It’s in a good location and not too far from downtown Denver.

We had a great time. The accommodations were so nice, very clean and well appointed. We were welcomed by deer and cute fox who slept in the yard our last night.

We had an amazing stay at April’s Airbnb! The space was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals, and we loved enjoying the stunning views from the windows. The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to Old Town Arvada, where we explored great shops, restaurants, and breweries. April was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was a terrific studio apartment with a very responsive and accommodating host. Gwen made sure we had plenty of coffee. The beds were extremely comfortable. The easy walk to downtown Morrison was amazing! If you are interested in anything Red Rocks, this is the place to go!

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood close to downtown. The place was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos. Loved the hot tub!

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

Cara was incredibly responsive! Place was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it was quite chilly & snowed, so we weren’t able to enjoy the covered seating area out back - next time!! Cara had great suggestions for local places; delicious pumpkin spice latte at Bardo’s & fun breakfast place at the Cozy Cottage. Thank you, Cara!

We enjoyed the house and spacious yard. Super clean, including the hot tub. Responsive host. Would have loved more coffee and some foil or storage bags. Comfy beds and excellent cotton linens. Beautiful space and great books.

Erica's place is one of the best AirBnB's we've stayed at. The place was tastefully decorated and lovely. The bedrooms were larger than normal for an AirBnB and the entire place was so clean. We had one question for Erica and she got back too us almost immediately. We were there for 3 weeks and had no problems at all during that time. We highly recommend!!!

This was my favorite place that we’ve ever stayed! The house was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was high quality and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Absolutely book this spot!

This condo was a nice homey-feeling place for our group to spend Christmas. We have family in Wheat Ridge and this location was very convenient for us to all get together and enjoy the holiday. Plenty of bedrooms - each with a different firmness of the mattress so we could all find the one we liked best - and ample gathering space on the main floor.

Had a little difficulty finding the entrance, but once we did, check-in was a breeze. Very nice place with beautiful scenery right off the balcony. Matt was a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a short stay at Kelly's place to check out the Golden area. Great access to a paved walking/biking trail that we used to get downtown. Kelly's place is very nice, clean and as advertised.

This condo was very nice. I like to use the kitchen and all the necessities were present. We had our yorkie with us and property was very pet friendly with pet stations throughout. Thank you so much for a lovely Christmas stay!!!

Kayla was a fantastic host and the space was beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean and there were plenty of snack and drink options in the cabinet- perfect for if you forget something before the trip up! I’d recommend staying here and I can’t wait to come back. :)

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

Great location, very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Condo had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfortable and shower was great. After long days hiking it was great to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!
