Very nice place location was great. We will be staying there when we come back.

I only stayed one night so I could attend an event down the street, but I wish I had booked two nights for the chance to explore more of Louisville and to enjoy the comfy setting of this Airbnb. This was my first time booking through Airbnb, and I’ve heard lots of horror stories, so I was a bit nervous, especially traveling solo. But Justin’s instructions on how to enter included very useful illustrations, so I was able to get inside and settled without a problem. The fridge was cold for the sodas I packed, the bathroom was impeccably clean, I appreciated the welcome binder provided on the kitchen table, and the bed was so comfortable that I worried I would sleep in through check-out time. But check-out was as smooth as check-in, and I left feeling very satisfied with my stay. I’d definitely stay here again if/when I return to Louisville! Thanks, Justin!

This Airbnb was a dream stay! The master bathroom is worth the money on its own. But the decor was exquisite and the loft comfortably fit our whole group while still having plenty of space to spread out. It had top tier amenities and we couldn’t have been happier! Street parking was pretty well available, even on the weekend. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful location very clean

Justin’s place was an AWESOME stay during our Bourbon Trail adventure! It was clean, conveniently-located, and exactly as advertised in the listing. Included parking was a huge bonus, and the complimentary coffee was wonderful! We can absolutely see ourselves staying here again when we return to Louisville!

Great four bed loft for anyone looking to visit Louisville and tour the Bourbon Trail.

Very clean and neat space. The view from up top is breath taking. We got to watch the marathon from Saturday morning. Will stay again there.

We did a combined bachelor and bachelorette party here and it was perfect! I loved that there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone, the kitchens were stocked and the vibe of the home! It was perfect for what we were looking for! Thank you so much!

We had a great stay in Louisville! Wonderful hosts, wonderful space, wonderful location. Walkable to both downtown and NuLu neighborhoods, we got around very easily and would absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Eric was great to work with and very responsive. House is as it says on the post. We were in town for a trade show and work so we didn't get to utilize it to its fullest. Enjoyed our time though!

This place suited our two groups perfectly. We went to a conference at the Kentucky International Convention Center and it was just a 10 minute drive away! We rented this place as well as Loft on Pearl so that 25 people total had a place to sleep. The places connect through an upper balcony making it very accessible for both our groups to move back and forth. We will certainly be back in the future!

Highly recommended. Three of us stayed here for a long weekend and loved the whole feel. The Hemingway’s hideaway in the basement was an extra bonus

Great trip! The apartment is just off the main drag and a super close walk to a ton! We did a few ride shares to further away places like the soccer stadium but you can easily get to a bunch of restaurants and attractions from this location. The space is large, open and very comfortable. One of the 3 bedrooms is up a spiral staircase for those with accessibility concerns fyi. Elevator or stairs to 3rd floor apt. Only one bedroom has an attached bathroom but the 3 beds/3 baths were great for our group of 3 couples/6 ppl. The Kitchen could use a few more things like mugs, baking tray if 6ppl were planning on cooking in (but why would you with so much great food so close!) and we ran out of TP on a long weekend trip. I’d recommend bringing your own ground coffee if you want to make you own. Would definitely stay again! It’s worth mentioning that a lot of bars/restaurants close by close around 10 and it seemed like the super late night spots were more E.
